Not sure why the reviews are so low! Had a great experience with my fillers! My lips look great and couldn’t be happier

Not sure why her reviews are rated so low. I’ve been going to her for years and I love her services. She has an artistic eye which is essential for this type of work.Lately, it’s been impossible to get an appointment. No one answers the phone nor do they return your phone call after leaving a voicemail. I’m pretty bummed because I really like going here but I’ve been calling for a week straight and I get nothing.Are they still in business?

I appreciate Kathleen so much. This was my second visit. I returned because I had such a good first experience. I think she is very honest and knowledgeable. I tried a couple of other places and it’s not different from finding a good auto mechanic. People will often tell what will get you to spend money, even if it isn’t necessary. Not here. She spent time talking to me about options on both of my visits. And in this visit, there was no charge for the time she spent with me. That’s not something you find very often. This is why I had to post this.It should be kept in mind that people sometimes go into these things with unrealistic expectations and may even be counseled accordingly. Outcomes can’t always be fully controlled by the practitioner. This is a given. There are many other factors at play on the patient side as well. But from my experience, Kathleen is worthwhile bet. Posting reviews isn’t my norm but nor is exceptional service. I am very appreciative.

Just had lip augmentation done and Kathleen is AMAZING :) She took the time to really go over what I should have done to achieve the look I want. I will be recommending all my friends here.

I tried making an appointment here and unfortunately had to try to schedule something on the weekend because my weekday schedule is insane. The lady who always picked up the phone told me she would call me when she would get her Saturday schedules for the month... TWO months and she never called. I called her back and tried to schedule again and she said that now the office was closed on Saturdays. I had a Groupon for this place that my mother gave me and I had to cancel it. Screw this place. I cant believe they have an office in Rittenhouse.

Not really sure how I feel about this place. Been there 3+ times and spent over $1500 and have never left with my lips looking exactly how I want them & Kathleen telling me thats theres no way I will achieve the look I want with only injections, yet Ive seen numerous tutorials of people with lips like mine achieve the look they want with certain techniques with the juvederm. I also asked about the key hole pout which she had no idea about.. again made me super skeptical. Dont know if Ill ever be going back .

If I could give 0 stars I would for the EXTREMELY RUDE receptionist. Think of a word that rhymes with witch and she is it. Instantly cancelled my Groupon with this place. I wouldnt trust them performing any vein removal procedure on me.

I was skeptical of this place solely because the reviews were absolutely awful, but I took a chance and purchased the Groupon for Juvaderm injections. The new location at the Medical Arts Building is very nice, warm, and clean. The receptionist was funny and comforting. I walked in with low expectations, but Im VERY PLEASED with the job that was done. Ive suffered severe under eye bags my entire life from genetics, and now people tell me I look like a completely different person. I plan on referring as many people I possibly can to this place. Maybe its a new staff, maybe its because of the new location, but I had none of the trouble any one else had seen to have with Inject.

Avoid. The Groupon is not worth it. Please trust me. Go to Abington Aesthetic for a genuine, good experience and pay full price for your procedure and walk out comfortable and happy and even happier with your results. I walked out on the verge of tears here, shaken up by how unprofessional and uncomfortable the people and environment was. Talking to the doctor was the most stressful part of the experience - and what almost had me on the verge of tears. From the moment I told her what I wanted, her response instantly made me not want her to touch my face with any cosmetic product. The doctor was not kind at all, fake smile and talked down to me. Told me I had a joker smile, then walked me out.

I went for juvuderm have a small line under lower lip..it did Nothing she tried to convince me that it will take a week.Bull, nothing happened..paid $354.00

Very rude and unprofessional service . I paid over $300.00 for a service and didnt get what I asked for then I went back and Kathleen is saying to me that its my acne. I told but this is not what I wanted this is not that I asked for she then told me . Im sorry i have another client waiting on me and that I need to leave. Very unprofessional and rude the receptionist is worse saying to me it works for some and not all what kind of answers is that. Quick to take my $349.00 bucks. I would given them no stars NO NOT GO THERE YOULL BE WASTING YOU TIME AND MONEY!!!

The worst experience ever, had Sculptra done 6 months ago and the results were least to be desired, my face is fuller on one side, I tried to see the Doctor to see what could be done, but could never get a person on the phone, just a constant voicemail, with NO call back, it seems as though Im being avoided, what kind of business is this?

ZERO STARS!!! The nurse totally screwed up my legs with the sclerotherapy injections she administered to me (I have huge raised bumps all over both my legs that have not gone away after 3 months now!! My dermatologist says this is permanent and will need surgical intervention) and my face is botched and permanently damaged from juvederm injections. I do not want anyone to go through what I am going through. This place has totally ruined me! I cry everyday! I am in constant torture from pain in my legs and huge bumps all over them and also my face is now asymmetric with unevenness and permanent nerve damage.. PERMANENT!! because of the awful treatment I have received. And the medical director said to me oh well, these things happen. Youre not the first one this has happened to here and you wont be the last. But people will keep coming because we have the best deals on groupon. I kid you not, this was said to me!! The ruthlessness is astonishing! I am in a whole legal mess with this place as well as physical and psychological scars that will never go away. And Its not over... I have to have surgery on my legs and plastic surgery on my face...Do not trust this place at all!!! even if they come across as nice up front, believe me it is a total front! and they are scamming you!! Go anywhere else for your upkeep and enhancements even if you have to pay more (i.e. board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist).. A good deal is not worth permanent damage for the rest of your life. I posted this review on Yelp but Yelp classifies all one star / bad reviews as other reviews that are not currently recommended all the way at the bottom of the web page. Ridiculous that I cant have my review posted for all to view and possibly help people from making the same mistake I did. It is posted but hidden in the not currently recommended section. Yelp blows! Im hoping people will see this on Google reviews and save themselves from this awful shady atrocity of a business!!
