Nice people at sunset WM in Irvine CA, but they are not organized at all. Everytime you come to this place you have to weight empty after you dump your waste. All other places you get and empty weight per year no matter who are you working with or for. And after 1200 noon be prepared to be here more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. Other think that I saw here was that most of the employees dont know there duties at work and talking there personal matters during work hours.

$128.00 minimum charge per load. Are f serious? They dont take cash, only card. Wow this is the most ive ever paid in a dump site in the whole state of California. Insane.

They recycle your mattress for free

Unless you have an account, you must re-weigh after dumping your load. They used to record (by license plate number) the weight of your truck so that when you arrived with a load, they could easily calculate the fee. Getting weighed twice wouldn’t be so bad, but the facility is overcrowded and can be very slow. Waiting in line two times because of poor management practice, only adds to the crowding, and I think one star is a well deserved rating.

This is not a convenient way to dump trash if you were just a resident. I have been to way better transfer stations. It took me an hour to drop off some cardboard

They dont take credit cards says the small hand written sign on the window. Cash or account only. Obvious sign of corruption. Not listed on the web site that they dont take credit cards.

$110 minimum dumping charge for normal residents with a truckload of junk. A bit expensive and the process to dump and then pay is cumbersome and can take a long time during busier times.
