I got chemical peel done for underarms due to pigmentation. I might need total of 4 sittings. But the service was amazing, i am loving the results already. I feel so positive about it, it is worth every penny. I would highly recommend going to this place, its safe, the staff is very friendly you can explain all your concerns and problems. They get to work right way. So go for it.

Lauren is great! Almost painless hair removal on my top lip and chin. Annoyed that I wanted this long to get this treatment. It is way better than waxi g and less painful in my opinion. I had the micro needling done on old stretch marks and I have never been so impressed. After the very first session my skin is more smooth and more firm than before. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I got lost on the way there and they came outside to help me navigate through the city to find the building, which was a great first impression for me. I’m scheduled for my next session in 2 weeks and cannot wait to see the results after that session! Highly recommended.

I went here twice for Botox. I was very happy with the results. During the second Botox treatment I inquired about getting fillers to decrease the dark circles under my eye. The injector told me I needed to treat two areas of my face to receive the results I was looking for, I made an appointment and returned a week later. I paid 2200 and received ZERO results. I returned a week later and was told that I didnt need to get both areas treated, that it was not necessary. Then why was I told I needed to treat two areas???I was told there was results. I look at my face every day. There was ZERO results. I requested multiple times to have the owners email address. They keep saying they were sending it but I never received it. Finally they told me to email the spa and to address it to the owner. The owner did not respond.I would never go back here and risk not getting the treatment I paid for. It seems a bit fishy to have zero results after pay 2200!

I never had Botox or filler injections before - I love the filler in my cheekbones that gave me a natural lift to enhance my cheekbones that with age were not as prominent. The improvement was instant and was fairly painless.I had just 5 units across my forehead and my ‘scowl’ lines between my brows that improved over a period of about 1-1/2-2 weeksMy lips had filler - I am fairly happy but am not as pleased as they are a bit wavy under my lower lip - not the results I was hoping for but hopefully after a follow up they can make a few adjustments to improve and give me a more even natural filler lip to help soften lines that also come with aging as I do not smoke. Overall I am very very happy but am hoping they are willing to do a little RE-do with my lip area!Will definitely do it again- I feel like I look more perky and awake - skin is definitely smoother and overall more youthful looking.

I called as a first timer wondering if they just did extractions. Woman who answered the phone was SO SO RUDE. “No we don’t. It’s part of a facial”You sure ? First and foremost let me just preface with how warm and cozy the office is. As soon as I walked In I INSTANTLY felt comfortable. Then once I spoke to Michelle I felt like I’ve known her for years. She’s absolutely great. VERY knowledgeable and a true professional. So easy going and down to earth. All of the staff just gave off a great vibe.

Jamie is great! She makes you feel comfortable and explains everything to you. Im very happy i chose them for my laser sessions!

The office happened to be under staffed that day. Michelle, the nurse, was calm while answering the phones and processing my paperwork in a timely manner. I was having issues with my brilliant distinctions and was perfectly fine not using them. She had no problem taking the time of helping me with them. As a client of the Rittenhouse location it meant allot to me that the customer service wasnt compromised from being understaffed. Michelle is AMAZING! I am also really happy with my results.

Terrible customer service on the phone.I called fourth different days several times and no answer. I was always directed to voice mail. After a week of trying to contact the center Debbie answered the phone. Not in the friendliest tone. I learn that all calls get directed to her. I booked my appointment and then asked her to provide me a direct number to the Rittenhouse location. She gave me the wrong information. when I called the number she provided me she answered the phone again and when she heard my voice she hanged up on me. Rudest attitude I’ve ever had on a call trying to book an appointment for a package I already purchase!

STAY AWAY I know you are excited to get on with life after stay at home measures get gradually lifted, but dont make the mistake I did last year. The staff is NOT medically trained. I came in for a routine IPL treatment for my rosacea and they burned me, I have a scar on the side of my nose. You can read one of the messages I wrote them (below) when I was trying to be as levelheaded as possible a couple of moths for which I received a we will get back to you, but the truth is they have made me extremely self-conscious and kept my money. I am happy to talk with you about my experience firsthand if you are on the fence. As youll see from my review history, I usually abstain from posting bad reviews since I prefer to tell people in person so that they have the chance to fix it. In this case I already informed them ahead of time.Feb 10, 2020 12:30Dear Bella Medspa,I am writing to request a refund for remaining ipl sessions. My reason for asking for a refund is  that I cant get myself to go through the procedure again after my left nostril was burned last time you treated me on Sept 24th in your Rittenhouse Square location.  The burn hurt and it oozed, and I was left pretty selfconscious at a time when I was interviewing for jobs. Please remember that I already felt selfconscious about the rosacea on my nose, this only attracted more attention to my nose. Ive had this procedure successfully done over the years at least a dozen times and I have never had any downtime nor burns. While Micaela did provide me a regimen on how to take care of the burn there was initially no indication as to what could have gone wrong, later I was informed that Micaelas procedure of multiple pulsing over one area without proper technique can result in burning.Since you cannot guarantee that it wont happen again I cannot help but to keep postponing when to use the comped session and remaining session. I am a man, I cant cover up my face with make up. I want to say Thank you to Bella Medspa for doing their best to keep customers happy. I had Cool Sculpting done and didnt see any results and the company allowed me to go back and try again. I must be one of those rare people who it didnt do what I thought but I would go back to this company because they stand by their work and I truly appreciate that.

I had great experience with Bella. It’s quick. I normally don’t have any patience waiting too long. I called to make an “emergency “ appointment and was able to get the service done on Friday morning. Very accommodating. The price is fair. Mostly, the result kicked in two days later like great. Michelle knows her stuff very well. I got 40 units on my upper face. I have good skin for my age. I am 43 years old. But I stated to get frown lines in my mid thirties. Since then I have been getting Botox probably once or twice a year. I also have small lines on my forehead. Michelle also injected some on my eye corners to lift my “droopy “ a bit. I am very happy about the overall experience.-:)Also Michelle looks so young. I probably will get some injections (filler) from her later as she obviously doesn’t overdo it. I hate fake, plastic look when it’s too much.Hope it helps

I was really worried about bruising but she made sure to do it in the way that to my surprise I did not bruise at all. DO NOT GO HERE! My experience with Bella Medspa has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I made an appointment to have 2 areas of coolsculpting done. They cancelled my appointment THREE TIMES with less than 24 hours notice. I have a job, as many of us do, and I took off work to have this done, and they couldnt have cared less about not only the inconvenience, but my hours lost at work. Like an idiot, I decided to still have the coolsculpting done by them... I would have let this go, except I just had my 3 month check-in and had barely any results. They say you will see a 25% decrease, and I saw, maybe 5%, and the lady who did my check-in agreed with that. They are not offering to do any other treatments or refund me in anyway because thats why they had me sign the waiver. DO NOT GO TO THEM. There are plenty of other places who actually care about their customers.

I have been ordering Latisse through their website for years and never had a problem until recently. I placed an order for Latisse almost a week ago on their website and had not received the usual phone call I get confirming that I dont have any medical/eye issues, so that they could ship it to me. Well, its been almost a week and I had still not received a phone call. So I called them just now and the girl who answered had the worst attitude over the phone, like I was causing her an inconvenience to even bother calling to check up on my order. She said she could not locate my order, put me on hold, then said she found it and that my card had not gone through. They had some random phone number for me that I have never even had before and said they could not get a hold of me. Maybe try the cell phone number I put on the online form? Or maybe even try emailing me to update me?! I was sick of the girls attitude so I hung up and ordered from somewhere else. This place is unprofessional and disorganized. Definitely has gone downhill....

I went to Bella at Rittenhouse for CoolSculpting. I had no prior knowledge on the service and learned so much from the consultation. I felt like I was in great care and the staff was very knowledgable and friendly. I ended up seeing great results and plan to go back for more treatment!

The staff is lazy and incompetent. All they want to do is sit a nd chat. A treatment area of the upper and lower lip and chin takes more than 90 seconds. Staff would argue when i pointed out that they were not covering areas not appropriately lasered

I have a very fair skin and hence even the normal facial hair used to be quite obvious on my hands and sides of cheeks. This was of a major concern when I wanted to wear those short skirts for outings. It was during these times that I came across Bella Medspa, which suggested laser hair removal as the right solution. Due to my skin color, I was extremely scared of the marks that this treatment would leave behind. But to my surprise, Bella Medspa had used a special diode that was clinically proven and approved by the FDA for safety. Though I did have some rashes and swelling with redness for the first three days, everything started clearing out slowly form the fourth day. At present, my skin is so smooth and free of hair that my friends say how much they envy me. I did tell them that this is not really expensive and they too can opt for laser hair removal method instead of spending on threading and waxing for their entire lifetime
