A no frills gym that offers everything you want and need to workout and live a healthier life. There is a lot of equipment available for cardio and weightlifting. The equipment is clean. The floors need a cleaning. Most, but not all, of the front staff is professional and kind. There is a particular person who has an attitude. Don’t let that individual ruin your day. The hours could be increased. If you want to look at yourself this isn’t the place for you. Otherwise, check this place out.

Jun/23/20217:30pm - 7:35pmNot a fan was completely denied a guest pass when i came with a friend that was a member. Why should i invest in a gym that i dont even know what it has to offer and what kind of atmosphere resides.I had to leave and go to L.A. fitness on the bully which at this point i would also suggest others to go. They at least are trained professionals that can give you a tour and a guest pass for first timers.I dont even know if they offer a silver sneakers program because the clerk was very disinterested in talking. Almost as if they wanted me to leave.

Overall great staff. They are very patient with my kids. Front desk personnel are amazing. Karate instructor was a little off but good experience otherwise.

The staff is really nice; the facility is huge and they have everything you’d need at a gym including a pool, hot tub, sauna, they also have group fitness classes and one on one personal training everything is included in the membership and it’s really really affordable. I’d highly recommend Northeast Racquet Club!

Place have a big space. Gym, basketball, tennis, pool. They have kids activities.

Went from a 5 to a 1. They are forcing people to wear masks again. The cases are so freaking low its ridiculous. No thanks. Shame on them.

Best facility Ive personally found in Philadelphia. Staff is polite, respectful, and quite efficient. not only do they have a hockey rink, but they have just about anything else possibly imaginable for a health club. I take public transportation for one or two hours to get to and from this place.

A truly great place to workout! Northeast Racquet Club is the place to go. It is always clean, and the staff here are wonderful. The layout is very simple, and the variety of workout equipment is nice and well-kept. The experience here is great, and this place is very highly recommended for a great workout routine of any kind.

A very nice gym . People of all races, ages, shapes, and walks of life come here to exercise. They have a swimming pool, basketball court, hockey arena, tennis court etc .This gym is very kid friendly and has something for everyone . They also have an extensive amount of various kinds of weight lifting and exercise equipment .However many of their equipment is quite antiquated and old . It also would be nice if their dumbbells went up to higher than 100 lbs since I bench press much heavier than that weight. This place reminds me of an older version of LA Fitness . I also think that the entire building is in need of refurbishment in order to make it look more contemporary .But otherwise I would highly recommend this place to any excercise enthusiast, hence the four star rating.

The best! A lil pricier than most gyms but worth it! They have all sorts of classes, a pool,sauna, tennis, basketball, hockey rink, jacuzzi and family friendly, place is huge and clean ♡

My youngest and middle go here because their activities are fun. A great place to hang out because they make you feel at home.

Friendly staff and nice members. The group fitness trainers are knowledgeable & most of them will take the time to answer fitness questions after the class. Excellent kids programs. This is a very enjoyable place!

Great Gym. Multiple floors Pool, BasketBall Court, Lots of Tennis courts and all the equipment you could possibly need. If you are looking to sign up for a gym, I would definitely recommend coming to this gym.. They offer advice, tips and are real personable people. Great place! Cool people and very affordable! I love that its multicultural and multigenerational. My kids love the activity and the slamming Saturdays. I only give it a four because of the cosmetic updates that it needs.

Great Gym. Very clean, great accommodating staff. Great pool, full gym, kids activities, classes, trainers, staff. The basketball courts are great and it also has a full size hockey arena.

Nice place for Zumba water arobics. Everyone has a great workout at their own pace. No pressure just supportive staff members.

Did not visit, I went in to return a phone I found outside it the parking lot, that happend to belong to a customer. They called the phone and I answered it and they asked me to drop it off for them.

They have an amazing kids program. Drop the little bugger off, and theyll take care of the rest. The parking lot is very small thou, but this gym is next to a shopping center with plenty of parking.

So far so good, I have an 11 and 8 year old and There truly is a lot for children to do which I love very much. The facility is a bit dated but all in all it serves its purpose great exercise classes, The club does offer a trial so thats how I made my decision for our family and the rates a decent for what is offered check out the website.

Both my son (13 yrs old) and I can workout together at this place. The hours of operation on weekends are shorter but I can live with that.

I take my son here for swim lessons but when we are done I’m not coming back the whole locker room/bathroom are coed which creeps me out the changing rooms are disgusting they have carpet that smells like pee, the whole pool area is disgusting yesterday there was a used bandage on the side of the pool and someone just left a used pamper under one of the chairs this whole place needs to be updated 🤮👎

This place has everything. Tennis courts, fitness center, basketball court, swimming pool, etc.

You would think that such a large complex would leave plenty of room for everything but the whole place feels cramped including the parking.
