I so grateful that me and mom found this place. I had only two weeks to find a place. And process with application was super fast. Since I been at diamond green I have Nothing but great things to say. He management team is awesome. They are very understanding and will work with you with what every you need. I definitely recommend diamond green.

My Daughter was a resident of Diamond Green for her Second semester sophomore (2019) and junior year (2020). During the COVID-19 scare. She came home for about three months. From about March to June.I continued to honor my contract and paid her rent, even though she was not there. As many parents broke lease and we’re not penalized, I continued my obligation to Diamond Green. My daughter was moved during her lease agreement. She endured a confrontational roommate and was moved to the other unit during midterms, so that Diamond Green could accommodate 4 new residents who wanted to room together.She also had to call campus police on one occasion to deal with a roommate who was told by management, that my daughter had spoken with her mom(me) and I spoke to management. This put my daughters life in immediate danger. Former leasing manager- Patricia was largely responsible for this incident.For the inconvenience they gave her two months free rent and little assistance when moving her things to another unit. There were serious management discrepancies then. Once my daughter moved out of Diamond Green at the end of her lease, we were told that we would receive our security deposit within 90 days. To date we still have not received our deposit, even after being reassured that the check was mailed and never received. Now we are getting the obvious run around and recorded messages only minutes after making contact with the leasing office.This is a million dollar REALTY ORGANIZATION.I’m pretty sure upper management at Oren Brother’s would not tolerate this type of misfeasance from there staff. I would just like to have the check mailed. The new management was given my new address just two weeks ago.Not here to rebel rouse, but enough is enough.😣Thank YouKyra Williams

I recently signed my lease and moved into Diamond Green with my Friend, we were false advertised and feel uncomfortable in a place that we will be paying for. We were told that we would be matched with suitable roommates, instead we were put in a unit with grad students while we are second year undergraduates. I want to move to a different unit with my friend as soon as I can. I am extremely disappointed, I feel taken advantage of and misled. Our bathroom has a broken Mirror, some outlets don’t work and there were mosquitoes in here. Already having disagreements with our roommates.

The staff is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, theres a nice gym inside the building, and is in a convenient location from campus and the train station!

I am writing as a parent of a Temple student who lived here all four years of his school experience. In being from out of state, we were initially panicked when we found out dorms were full, and there were no options for on campus housing. In our research, we heard about Diamond Green apartments, and checked it out. Long story short - the staff here, particularly Brenda, have been fantastic. To be clear, this is like an upgraded dorm situation. The rooms are a bit on the small side, with two bathrooms for four residents. There is a common living area with a kitchenette, and an outside patio. But it includes all utilities, all appliances, and wifi. It turned out to be less expensive than the dorms, and from what weve heard, much better. Its furnished with better furnishings than in a dorm. There is onsite laundry, a place to lock up bikes, and a fitness area. They have an attendant who monitors those entering and leaving, Mail and packages are signed in by the attendant as well. Weve also been able to easily find street parking during visits, and its a five minute walk to campus. Any issues with the apartment were addressed by maintenance in a timely manner. (When their refrigerator died they had a brand new one in place within 3 days.) Over the years, my son experienced a couple bumps in the road with roommate situations, and Brenda and her staff were there to help my son through those. After four years of being in the same apartment, (!) he is now readying to move onto his next journey. If you find yourself in a similar situation as ours, please dont hesitate to check out Diamond Green. Its been a great first apartment for our Boyer School of Music grad, and is a great choice for a busy Temple student who wants a safe, easy to manage and decent living situation. We are grateful to have found Diamond Green!

It’s a nice place and really close to campus! I really love the little activities they do for us tenants, makes it feel like a little community.

Diamond Green is very affordable and nice. Also is it very close to campus which is a good thing when I’m running a little late to my class.

Diamond Green is in close proximity to campus which is great. The management team is magnificent and will accommodate your needs to make sure that resident is satisfied.

I am a future temple student and have been searching for the off-campus housing that is right for me. The management staff are very nice! They also do monthly events for tenants that help grow the community within the building. I am looking forward to my time here.

Terrible management. Unresponsive to residents requests. Overpriced rates for limited space. Dont even bother wasting your time or money here.

I had the worst experience living here. The management is awful and they were never attentive to any of my requests. I would not recommend this place. They also charged me for chips/scrapes in my apartment that I did not do.

The perfect location, the staff of the apartment are very professional, the attitude is very friendly, the apartment has a full facilities gym, what can I ask for?

I moved in within the last two weeks and Im disgusted. I expected a clean apartment instead i got ROACHES and FLIES nasty. The shower head is rusted and dirty I tried to talk to managment and they said there was no property manager because she got fired. A mess go somewhere else I would if i didnt sign the Damn lease. Ugh

I am currently living here the apartment mangers are horrible they dont get anything done. My unit has a bed bug problem and they havent done anything yet its been 3 weeks of constant bites with NOTHING BEING DONE.
