Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with West Village, especially in regards to the Leasing manager Mike Tsarfati. My boyfriend and I relocated last year from Chicago and the fact of being in Chicago and looking for an apt in Philly was quite a task for us. Fortunately we found West Village Group and Mike thoughtfully handled the whole leasing process very professional as well. We signed our lease online and when we got here our apt was all ready, neat and clean, very modern and beautiful. We have a 3 bedroom apt with our own garage and a gated driveway.The staff is friendly and helpful. I love that anytime I put in a maintenance request the next day it’s solved.Here at West Village they do a very good job with keeping up with tenants’ concerns, always there to listen and fix/help.So far I really like living here and looking forward to renew our lease. We have just moved in these several days, we got some trouble to get the gas and electricity work, so the office has helped a lot, the place is really quiet, we like it.

I love this place, I have very good neighbors, the view of the city skyline is absolutely amazing. I could not get a better deal for the price I am paying. My place is 3000 sf with all the bells and whistles. To me I love the trade off, I got triple the space for my money, compared to my downtown apartment. The owner is a real nice guy, and he seem to always make improvements, or add things to make the place better. I remember the first day I met my girlfriend and she seen the size of my place, she could not believe how large it was, and how much closet space I had in each room.I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a very nice place with tons of space.

I am a current resident!!!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The walls are paper thin! I wish I wouldve known this before signing a lease. I didnt know because no one is occupying the units next to mine. But I can hear EVERYTHING above me and I can hear when they show prospective tenants the next door unit! DONT DO IT! I do live alone but there are plenty of families here with multiple children and Im sure those children are not quiet throughout the day! You will not have peace in your own home! Find a better quality apartment home! I CANNOT wait for my lease to end! My shower squeaks when I step in it. The faucets are loud when you turn them on! Just dont move here !! Your money is more valuable!!

Beautiful modern apartments. Gated in with lots of greenery :) love it here! Maintenance is always available and management is so nice!

I moved out over six months ago and still haven’t received my security deposit. You call and call and no one ever picks up. I have emailed too and now my emails get no response. Terrible experience living here for sure. Would not recommend this place at All

The VERY thin walls 🥴

Apartments seem fine. But they try to pitch this as location as close to University City. Wasted my time visiting this place. It is in the hood and not close to UCity at all.

Like everyone said- run in the opposite direction. This neighborhood and lack of privacy due to the poor building structure will grant you NO peace living here. if you are on the first floor you will definitely hear what ppl are doing and saying up on the third floor- insane. when ppl walk, it sounds like bombs dropping over you.

I honestly am beyond upset and angry at this point. I have been living here for about 9 months after relocating for work, and my boyfriends car has gotten broken into (window broken) and on my way to workout I had to see a mans body lying on the ground that had been shot, just two blocks from our home. All this within the last 2-3 months. I wont go into the plethora of issues I experienced upon moving in because I am officially exhausted now after giving this management group a fair shot. I cant wait to leave this place. I do not know how families with their children feel safe living in this area. Way overpriced for everything that I have had to deal with in my short 9 months here.

Have seen some of the bad reviews and have to say they are 95% fake reviews, stayed here for a couple of months and couldnt complain at all about my stay here ye the area is abit tough with the antisocials but you get that in most neighbourhoods across Philadelphia, the maintanence was well kept and very approachable with any problems i had which was very little if any

I have lived here for 7 months now and this is absolutely the worst place to live in. It is overpriced, the quality of the homes are terrible, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing at all hours, the mail never gets delivered, the office scams their tenants, and it is in a terrible neighborhood. Please avoid this place and spare yourself from the stress that comes with it. A home should be a place where you can relax, but not this place. I lived here for 2 years and while it wasnt a bad experience, it definitely left a lot to be desired.The apartments are very cheaply made. Super thin walls, rooms sloping to one side, moving floor boards, etc. The neighbors are mostly younger people (thats where the thin walls become a problem).They do monthly preventative pest control, which was greatly appreciated considering the layout of the buildings (everyone is connected), but notice was often not adequate and resulted in strangers in our apartment while we were sleeping or showering quite a few times.Management can be slow to respond to comments/questions/concerns, I never got the impression that the slow response was malicious though. They probably just need more help around the office.TLDR; If you are young, easy going and can find enough friends to move into one of the 4 or 5 bedroom units (they are on the top floors so you only have people next to you instead of all around), do it

Worst place to live. Gotta wake up everything morning with someone’s car window broken. It’s been happening for ages now and the building’s management does not seem to care. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Was told my brother who just came back from deployment & NO CRIMINAL RECORD couldn’t be added to my lease because he has a low credit score & student loans so I guess the expect me to put him out I paid for a application fee for him & was just adding him because it’s a requirement I still was taking full responsibility of the rent but this is CRAZY & it isn’t like this place is a prize WALLS are super thin all I hear is dogs barking all night ppl running over top of me all night ppl arguing and LOUD music so for them to take my money and tell me he can’t stay because of something that’s irrelevant is absurd and if I had 20k to give away I definitely would BREAK THE LEASE plz save yourself the hassle don’t move here
