If there was a no star I would do a no star, the dentist at the bustleton location did a horrible job on my daughters root canal, that they sent me to their Loretta location and the dentist will not even touch it and send her to a specialist, I have called several times to their office and all they are telling me is that the general office manager will call me they sent him an email.....Im taking my whole family from this practice and I will be putting this on social media and everywhere regarding their services. They were not even professional about handling the situation and correcting their mistake.

My nephew and sister came as 1st time patients and they loved the office short wait time and pleasant staff. will be referring more people!

The hygienist Roxana is the most wonderful pleasant person you can ever meet. She makes you feel at ease and any questions you have, she will make sure to answer every question you have.The front desk staff is the most efficient team you will ever witness.Def a must for me.

The first day I came to the office I was greeted with 2 lovely ladies at the desk who were very Informative and super nice. The office is so clean which is one of the reasons I stayed with the office after meeting everyone. The dental hygienist Roxana is AMAZING. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE CLEAN MY TEETH LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE. DR ROSEN IS SO NICE AND REALLY WANTED TO HELP ME IN EVERY WAY TO FEEL CONFIDENT AGAIN BC I HAVENT LIKED MY SMILE SINCE I WAS 15. I went in today for a dental exam and cleaning. The staff there was great. The front office was friendly as well as Dr. Rosen. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new dentist to go see him.

Outstanding Staff and ServiceAs a former employee of a dental office, my standard of care expectations are much higher than most. I went for an emergency appointment and was quickly seen the same day. Dr. John took care of my emergency with ease. The front desk at the time (Amanda) talked me in to coming back for a cleaning. After some hesitation, I agreed to see Roxy the hygienist. Any time I have had a cleaning in the past I always leaving bleeding and crying. Cleanings are painful for me due to my gum disease and lack of routine care. Roxy was extremely gentle and caring! She checked on my comfort often through the visit. I left happy! No bleeding or crying! Of course I needed some fillings, to be expected when you dont go for routine cleanings. I was there today to start my fillings and the ENTIRE visit was pleasant! Dr. John and his assistant kept me laughing and worked quickly and efficiently. I cant recall have a filling done while smiling!! I have to go back for more but I look forward to Nipas (Front Desk) warm greeting and smile, Dr. Johns bedside manner and the care and concern from the assistant. They used to have a number a dentists and people who could care less about your phobias or your comfort. NOT THE CASE NOW!! Whatever changed, please keep up the good work. I am beyond impressed and will be a patient for a long time. Thank You to all of the staff, I am grateful that a nice office is available to me.

We have been going to A-1 Dental for a couple years now. In the past I was not always very happy with the service and the dentist. However, the new dentist is amazing! He puts you at ease and does excellent work. I would highly recommend this office.

I couldnt be more pleased with this office!! The receptionist is wonderful & Dr. Newland may be the nicest, most calming dentist Ive ever been to. He rebuilt a tooth I thought I was going loose. I am thrilled & will 100% keep going back. Amazing job guys!!!

Great new dentist,I have been coming off and on for the past couple of years and I had one bad experience several months ago and I was thinking of switching. But they have a new Dentist who is very experienced and very easy to talk to. I trust him and I will definitely keep coming back.

Stop going to this dentist office because it seemed as if the dentist was undermining me and also left me in extreme pain during my visit and for weeks after.....Well I had to make a emergency visit today and I must say, times has changed. Polite staff and Doctor Newland is amazing he is very nice to talk with and it was painless. Im definitely happy with the improvements that was made at this office....Highly Recommended!!!

PROBABLY THE WORST PLACE TO EVER GO. IF YOU LIKE GETTING SCAMMED AND LIED TO YOUR FACE PLEASE GO HERE.got x-rays AND DENTIST DOEST show me the pics. They tell me its 4 cavities and threw priced for each one saying one is worse than other. Called later and asked about the insurance and the co-rates, the EE tells me the computers are down and will call me NEVER CALLED BACK. Sounded fishy. Went to another dentist and they did the x-rays and they only found one minor cavity, thank heaven. Furthermore, they didnt even properly clean my teeth, I still have plaque and my gums hurt bc of it. Now I have to pay OOP for a cleaning but at least I saved 500 dollars from the cavities.

Took my 6 year old Austistic daughter for her routine check up at this location for the first time and I didnt get the Drs name because he didnt even identify himself to me. It was an older male Caucasian dentist. The first thing he said out of his mouth to the nurse in the hallway was, what am I walking into here? When he walked in the room, he stated I dont know if I will be able to treat your daughter, so if she doesnt cooperate I cant treat her. My daughter turned her face towards me and he stated of I cant, she wont cooperate Im not a pediatric dentist. After I waited in the waiting area for nearly 2 hours. I clearly wrote it on the form that she is Autistic. I will never take my child again, nor will I ever go for myself.

Been coming here for 10+ years and its always neen a quick and good experience. Btw the new dentist is a hoot - hell make u forget your at the dentist. Highly recommend.

Terrible service! Waited an hour in the waiting room. I was supposed to get 2 fillings & only received one. The doctor told me I was an hour late when I wasn’t, I was in the waiting room for an hour. So I did not receive the service I originally made my appointment for.

Thee worst dentist office EVER! I would probably rank it as low or lower than the dentist who used dirty tools.Although I have been going to them for years I went to them recently and saw Dr. Jay. I went in for a simple filling and now have to get a root canal that my insurance does not pay for. I went in about three weeks ago for a filling. They said I needed 3. He did them and I was still feeling pain 3 days later and started taking motrin. I have been taking motrin everyday for the last month. I went back to him after 2 weeks of pain and even more sensitivity than when I went. He said the filling wasnt sticking and used some kind of laser on my gums and they are now infected. That was Thursday. After 2 days of still constant pain I decided to find another dentist. Apparently none of fillings were done correctly, decay left in my teeth over years by this dentist office not just this particular dentist. As old as I am I feel dumb that I even went to that hole in the wall and I am taking further action. They should not be able to do this to people!

Trying to get anyone on the phone is crazy but the dentist is very good is not out to gouge your pockets!

One doctor cleaned my teeth and chipped my tooth, the other doctor started a root canal and never finished it, now the whole right side of my face is in pain. I’ve had a incident where they were numbing my mouth and hit a nerve and it sent a shock through my entire face. Dentist assistants are ghetto and unprofessional. Worst dentist

I had to give it at least one star to be able to post a review for this place. I dont know where to begin. I was seen By Dr. Song for a simple cavity filling last May. He started injecting me and I knew something was wrong right away. Well later that night the feeling still hadnt returned to the left side of my face, by the end of the week I was in the ER with excruciating pain and pressure, by the next week I had seen an ENT ( Because Dr Song said it was a sinus infection- that was a lie), and Endodontist,( because Dr Song said I needed a root canal-that was a lie) and been to Wills Eye Hospital ( My left eye socket went numb) all due to the work he did - I will have this pain and numbness on the left side of my face for the rest of my life. I started to document everything that I was going through and everything he did and said to me. I am under the care of a neurologist and in meds for the rest I my life to treat Trigeminal Neuralgia. That is what they say I have now. Never damage. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. If there is anyone else he has permanentmy damaged please reach out to me. I will be suing him.

Dentist is the worst i wish i would have read the reviews b4 i came here,also they say they have oral surgeon,NO THEY DONT! They send u to the another a1 dental, also who gives you antibiotics twice with a big hole in ur teeth an no pain meds had to go to the ER the doctors asst.sorry but she dont know what she was doing untill i toll her im not tryna get 100 xrays just to see one tooth, to make a long story short its like the reviews say stay away from this place these tech an sectary an dr.s are very unprofessional an if u care about ur health take time to find some good caring service

The dentist left in the middle of my procedure to talk to another patient whose dental insurance wasnt covering some procedures. That shows you their priorities.
