Dr.Patel was very informative and pleasant. The staff was very nice. I just moved to this area and they made me feel at easy changing from my childhood dentist but Im glad that I did.

I went to this Dentist the beginning of March 2021 for dentures this is June I still have not received my dentures Don’t go here for dentures they don’t know what they’re doing I made the mistake of paying for my dentures before I receive them Now I’m screwed

Dr Patel is an amazing dentist. She is super nice very gentle and very Sympathetic to her patients who are scared of the dentists. The staff is very friendly and kind and works with you. Dr Patel makes you feel very comfortable while getting your teeth fixed or cleaned. Best dentist Ive ever been too.. And she is great with kids. The office has a tv, toys and magazines to read while you wait.

Polite and respectful staff. My appointments are quick yet informative. Dr Patel always listens to my questions and concerns.

My children love visiting the dentist especially my 4yr old. Dr. Patel (dentist) allows them to participate allowing them to be ‘little helper assistants’ using words like ‘me thirsty’ To make it a very approachable situation. They are excited and love getting their picture taken after a visit and getting little surprise toys, a nice extra touch. Staff is wonderful, professional and responsive to all calls. They use text reminders to make follow up appointments which is great every 6 months. Dr. Patel is an outstanding dentist for both children and adult populations. We look forward to many more years in her care.

I was called about my upcoming appointment and spoken to in a respectful manner. Getting to the appointment, the staffs were nice and accommodating. The doctor herself was excellent. Talk to you along the way . You feel at home and relaxed when there.

Best care team Ive met in my 22 years living in NE Philly. Treated as family and very thorough. If you want to be treated like a HUMAN, with feelings & emotions, this is the care team you NEED.

Always an easy visit. They go out of their way to accommodate you even when you show up an hour early. Really nice people.

Dr Patel is a really good dentist with very attentive staff. The waiting room has a TV, magazines and toys but they never keep you waiting. Scheduling an appointment is easy and they have an automated system to send you reminders about your appointments. There isnt much parking but Ive never had a problem getting a spot close by.

Always a pleasure going to Smile Philly! Staff is courteous and professional. In and out like clockwork!
