I am extremely happy with A1 Family Dental Care!The staff is wonderful, Dr. Kopp is FANTASTIC. I unfortunately have had absolutely horrible experiences in the past 2 years with terrible dentists. I have been with A1 Family Care for 2 appointments now and both were completely pain free. I will be telling all of my friends and family about this beautiful, clean office. I could not be more satisfied! My teeth look gorgeous!!!

Hi, thy are ok with cleaning, but when it comes to major dental work their dentist will rush the work as I noticed they have only one dentist and the result is catastrophic end i ended up with a bigger problem and I had to Chang the office and the dentist. Be well and do your research before you schedule with them

First let me state that I have been going here about 7 years but the last visit will be my LAST! I had put off a cleaning during COVID because it wasnt worth risking my health over. In January this year I finally booked a cleaning and discovered I had a cavity. I booked another appointment to have it filled and was told since I opted for the white instead of silver filling it would be $50. When I went to check out, the receptionist quoted $65. I told her I had been quitted $50 and that was what I had paid previously. She stated that it was a cost of doing business during Covid but they would wave it. *Note Providers were told after November 2020 that they could not add a Covid charge to a bill. Then I had a cracked tooth in May and had to go in for a crown. Temp was put on and I was scheduled in 2 weeks for the permanent one. Dr. Kopp didnt even numb my mouth and 3 times I called out in pain for him to stop. I then get a letter from my insurance carrier that I have no exams left in my plan for the year as A1 billed every time I went in as an exam and even billed a cleaning to clean away residue from the crown. They had padded my bill so much that I have no exam or cleanings left for the year. Time to find another dentist

They make sure you finish completely satisfied and with a great/functional bite. I have found new confidence in my smile and have no regrets. The staff was very attentive, efficient and friendly. The waiting time was approx 15-20 before they called me into a room to take x-rays and then to my room. As soon as I went in, the nurse took more pictures and the doctor walked in right away. The office manager is very efficient and explained my plan, step by step.I’ve been looking for dentist office for a while. And by looking I mean visiting. Until I finally found the right one. Im very pleased!

I found out upon arrival that they didn’t have my new insurance in the system since I went on my own. They were super quick to correct the issue so I didn’t have to reschedule.

Dr. Kopp is the best dentist Ive ever had. I had several things to do on my teeth when I came to him and the whole treatment took about 1 year. He was very thoughtful during the whole process and explained me all the procedures I needed to do. His work is impeccable and I highly recommend her to anyone.

I came for a checkup for the first time since 2019 ( due to COVID, I did not want to be in a dental offices waiting area), I find out that my dental records are not available. I receive a call while Im at work to come early for my appointment . I come early, and they take someone else before me that came AFTER meI need recommendations for a STELLAR dentist, beause NEVER will I utilize these services again!Unprofessional does not even begin to describe!!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Kopp for four years and he is the only dentist I trust to work on my teeth. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and he always puts the patients comfort and peace of mind first. The fillings and restorations Ive had done by him are totally invisible, look great, and have never given me any problems going forward. I highly recommend him practice, especially if you are pain sensitive or have a fear of dental work.

Poor service in the office. They billed my insurance for a dental cleaning. If that was a dental cleaning it was less than 1 minute. I asked for my dental x-rays, they gave me a photo copy. I told them the new dental office wants the xrays sent to there email. NOTHING. the new dental office I’m going to is charging me $95 for an exam or a cleaning and x-rays. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been coming to this office for about 5 years now. Dr. K is great and I tell him all the time. I just came home from a very painless extraction. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and easy to work with. Never ever had a problem.

There is not enough words to say how amazing Dr George Bandelac is! This man along with the help of Dr Kopp have saved my sons smile. Dr George went above and beyond for us and I will be forever grateful for him and his magic that only he can do! Thank you a million times Dr George.

The dentist here is very nice very professional no problem. but, his nurse. went in to get some work done .in the waiting roomIm standing in front of nurse who arrogantly yells my name in my ear. she has no manners. Ms.. long black hair.get rid of that nurse. as soon as I walked in I didnt like her bad energy.

This place is really going down when I first started here the service was impeccable to say the least but for the past 2 years it is slowly declining the hygienist was very rough in handling my periodontist cleaning she is not very friendly and doesnt not engaged with patients. She was digging in my mouth so roughly and did not even numb my area. I will not advise anyone to have her do anything to your mouth. I also had another bad experience with another lady that use to do the cleaning but she no longer works there. i will be looking for a better dentist with better bedside manners.

I tried to find a Facebook page for the office because I needed to tell everyone about my experience. I went in there and the atmosphere is amazing the employees get along like they are family. I had an assistant named Chrissy she had me laughing so hard I forget I was at the dentist. Had an appointment for a filling. Checked in, sat in office for 45 minutes, finally called my name to tell me they didnt have the necessary supplies to see me today.AFTER I WAITED 45 MINUTES AND CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT 2 DAYS PRIOR.DO NOT GO TO THIS OLD, DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE.THEY WONT RESPECT YOU OR YOUR TIME.

If I could give this ZERO stars I absolutely would. Went there for a routine cleaning. I was told I could not leave the building unless I paid a 158 dollar bill. On top of charging me they also charged my insurance company 270 dollars. Over charge their customers. Definitely some insurance fraud going on in this place. I dont know how they sleep at night. Overall, unpleasant experience.

He is very patient with me as I have anxiety about dental work.Dr Kopp came highly recommended to me now I am highly recommending him to you. He is a very experienced dentist as he has seen and worked on hundreds of patients through the years. Dr Kopp is also highly educated and professional and I will now be his forever patient. This is the worst place you can possible go. BEWARE!! I called for an appointment and that was cool. I asked for the price of the procedure and they told me the price. When I get there they jacked up the price because I was quoted the wrong price.They should have been more thorough with professional questions so the could give the right price quote. There response was It must have been the answering service even when I call during normal business hours. I took off of work lost money there and I am still in massive pain. LOOK out for the low price bait they will screw you in the end. The manager cant even speak English clearly and the office did not look professional. I would not go there if they were the last dentist around. Like I said before Beware of this company A-1 family that is a joke. They are more worried about how much money they can make then actually addressing the problems at hand. Numbed my entire bottom jaw big no no if you talk to any dentist! Gave me a crown that wasnt even needed and then canceled a root canal 1 hour before my appointment and left me in agony for over a week from a broken tooth! Then my daughter was in the hospital for three days on antibiotics and steroids because they never prescribed her anything and just sent her home with an abscessed tooth! You know the saying, one bad apple spoils the bunch. True statement for this dental office! This office is changing for the worse. If its not being placed on hold forever, its leaving messages and never receiving a return call, which I have ignored numerous times. Nonetheless, I wish I could give zero stars. My family and I have been patients of this dental office for years and loved everything about them; until now. Come to find out that they allow staff to be unprofessional, disrespectful, be intrusive and tacky to say the least towards patients and still be on their payroll. Worst communication in a dental office. The dentist comes in does not speak. I was appalled at the lack of communication from the dentist to the staff. Will be looking for a new family dentist.

The appointment times dont matter. Its first come first serve, if you can even call it that. A man came in after me and he was seen first. When I asked about it I was met with a curt response. Youll be seen soon. I dont know when but soon. My appointment time is 12pm, I dont expect to wait til 1pm when I arrived 15+minutes early. And the time before this I brought my brother here and he had a 10:30am appointment. We left at 3pm. The man behind the counter is the worse. The doctor is quite rude as well. wont be coming back and I recommend you dont come either.

To be honest I didnt go in, I just called and was told I had to come in before I could get pricing for flat rated codes. She had them, but she wouldnt tell me.

I love everything about the place from the front desk Mathew and Niba to the nurse and the dentist I am with. Matthew and Niba are very friendly and willing to help you with anything from insurance coverage to the treatment plans.The star of the office is doctor Kopp who is not very chatty but does his job really well and thoroughly. I personally hate deep cleaning but he made it so easy and comfortable. The filling was also not very hard as I expected.I also love Lubov, the nurse who is very tender every time I have the procedures done. The manager Maulik is also very caring. I brought my mom there for the checkup and when I came back the other time for my own appointment, Maulik touched my heart with how is your mom doing? That is very good customer service done from the heart.The hygiene is also five stars to me. I know some people take it for granted that dental offices have to be clean but I am very picky about the hygiene and I am totally pleased with how they keep everything clean from the rooms, the X-ray place and the front desk.One little tip to avoid the waiting time: getting the appointment in the morning. They have the Saturday appointments but Saturdays are always packed.

This practice is not what it claims to be..They where paid alot of money to fix my daughters teeth and within 7 months all the work they did was wrong and her caps all fell off..Tried to resolve the issue, per Regional manager, and office manager.......and they are avoiding the situation..Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They hang up on me....claim they will all back and never do.....sad how you can take the money....and not do the work correct....I call that a bad business practice to not take responsibility for your mistakes....

As a new AARP /DELTA DENTAL customer (my coverage started Nov 1st) I got a tooth ache on November 17th, a friday, and was told that 2 dentists were off and they only had 1, so they couldnt take me. The following week was thanksgiving and they said that the office wouldnt be open until the 27th. I made an appointment for the 27th at 9am. Even though I had a CARD with all my numbers on it and THEIR office, they told me my insurance was cancelled. When I got home I called the insurance company and they said I was covered. Needless to say I switched offices. DONT GO HERE!

This place is the worse! My daughter had a visit and they asked me for my id and my insurance card then before I was finished filling out paperwork they rushed us i the back. Not giving me my id or card back. They called next day anx apologized ( they were laughing and not paying attention ). But I let that pass because it was no wait time for appointment (red flag) I called the new receptionist and he had no clue if they took my insurance but then said come in anyway I think they take it. Give me your id number and I will call in in advance for you. I said I didnt feel comfortable so when I came in I did not have me card so I said well since you were going to call it in the first time can yoiu call it in today? He said he asked his manager and she said no. I have Id DL! To be fair I was 5 min late. But the office really seems like they do dentistry on the side because it doesnt seem like a priority.

I had the bad luck of finding this place.First, the dentist may be skilled and competent as a dentist but he failed miserably at knowledge of killing pain. The science of anesthesia.The object of all my dental experiences is to find a painless dentist.Instead at A-1 I had the misfortune of finding a dentist that did not know how to numb my tooth for a dental procedure. Then to add insult to my painful experience he told me to find another dentist. He was not pleased that I was complaining to him that he did not know how to stop pain.So, I have to say if you Love pain this is a place to make an appointment.But if your quest is for a pain free Dental experience go elsewhere.You might even thank me?UPDATE: NOW the billing department is trying to bill me EXTRA for work I paid in full Many months ago.HOW do we report them? ARE they legal?I read here many complaints have mentioned faults with their billing procedures.AVOID!

Amazing doctors and staff

Just picked this dentist off my prvider list becasue I needed someone. Made an appointment, left work early to get to the appointment, and the person who took my info didnt put me on the schedule. So that was my first experience. 6 months later right before my second cleaning had to see the dentist for a broken tooth.They fit me in dentist told me i needed a crown and i had to wait on my insurance to approve it before he did the work.I called my insurance company after going a week with a broken tooth and they said the office didnt put the request in,i called the office and they said it can take weeks to get an approval.i told them the insurance company said the office can call it in as an emergency and get the approval and the office didnt want to do it. I should have taken the first sign and went somewhere else. I was suppose to get a call back from the office and never heard from them.I was on a scramble trying to find a new place. went 3 weeks with a broken tooth becasue of them.My new dentist fixed it in one visit and i didnt even need a crown or root canal.These people are only out to make money and LACK customer service. So i advise you to go elsewhere!Wish there were real reveiws on here before i went there. I already had anxiety over the dentist and they made it worse!

This place is a joke!!!!! All about money. My child was there with an infection they charged me 110 dollars for a prescription no work done at all.. 110 dollars just to hand me a piece of paper. When I asked why I had to pay so much the manager was very rude and told me he could charge me 125 if I pushed the issue any more.

I have a bad tooth thats bothering me. I was told to wait for approval and my teeth is black under my crown. Also, was told I have gum disease and no treatment.

I asked to speak with the Dr and was directed to the office manager.Customer service is not a quality that this office holds there strictly speaking from my experience. I have been coming to A-1 Dental for more then 10 years and Dr Kopp is amazing. The whole facility is super friendly and always welcoming! I would not to go to any other dentist. Anytime I have gotten dental work done for me or my children there are never any problems and Dr Kopp is always gentle and very careful.You have many dentists out there that will create problems in your mouth just for money and this is not one. They do not rush their work and everything is done extremely professional. I overly recommend this dental office and if I could give it 10 stars I would. This is coming from somebody who has had really bad experiences with previous dentist in the past. So to come across such an amazing facility I’m just thankful!
