I was really nervous on my first visit, because I have severe anxiety. After being in the office for a few minutes i began to relax because the staff is really supportive. I initially went for a simple teeth cleaning, but because i was a new client i was told that they needed an x-ray of my teeth. The simple cleaning turned into about 10,000 worth of dental work. i didnt realize that my teeth was that damaged from just looking at them in the mirror. The damage to my teeth was done by me so i take full responsibility for that. I was told i needed some teeth pulled, some fillings etc. In the midst of my teeth getting pulled i was advised that my back teeth where getting pulled because i didnt need them. I had to go back a couple of times for some work to be corrected. Its been 2 years after getting the work done and my teeth are literally falling apart, because all my back teeth were pulled i have to use my side and front teeth to chew(most of the work done was to my front and side teeth. Most of the time im in pain from chewing with my front teeth. I have also developed an indigestion problem because i am unable to chew my food properly before swallowing. I have been to another dentist for cleanings after dentist offices opened back up, but they couldnt do much because they said it may cause more damage. I must say that I was satisfied at the time, because the staff is truly amazing, and i heard really good things about this dentist office, but i was not prepared for the thousands Im going to have to pay to get my teeth fixed again and to be honest im terrified to go to another dentist to get the work done that i need.

Without a doubt this office has amazing staff and dentists !! I am a travel EMT, just recently I was able to come home and I booked an appointment. The hygienist said she couldn’t continue with my cleaning because I had to schedule for a deeper cleaning which cost differed than what I originally came in for. I was going to go home and discuss this with my fiancé, till I was asked to pay $150+ for x ray’s taken. Unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover this office visit at all ( I really wish it did) I trust them, I am just displeased with how I was treated my last visit. I was excited to come in and talk about possibilities of veneers whitening ETC.

I love this dental office! The only one I’ve ever felt comfortable at. Dr. Tau and his staff are kind and comforting. They talk you through everything and make sure you’re comfortable. Will never go anywhere else. :)

I bought a cleaning and exam through Groupon. It was an inexpensive way to evaluate a new dental practice for me. I liked the professionalism of this practice. Rosie the dental hygienist was thorough and explained to me her findings. I then saw Dr Han for the exam. Again, exam was thorough. Dr Han communicated her recommendations. I like that they printed out a sheet with costs and let me know the priorities.

I went to a dentist office yesterday and had a very bad experience. I called this dentist office today and needed a emergency appointment. I am back to work on Monday. I would like to thank the office staff and dentist for being knowledgeable, professional and quick. The office is also very clean and has up to date working equipment.

Everything went smoothly without issues. My options were given to me about the current situation and future planning.

Dr. Tau and his staff were really great. They took amazing care of my 12 year old son who has mild dental anxiety for the first time today. Hes seen several dentists to date and has never found anyone that made him comfortable. We were not rushed and Dr Tau took more time than any dentist I can recall to talk with us about his dental care going forward. When it was done my son said he really liked Dr Tau and wants him to be his dentist from now on. I drove over 30 mins to get here and it was well worth it. Dr. Tau and his team were really great.

This was by far the absolute best trip i ever made to the dentist. The level of compassion, respect and professionalism was 10 stars, 5 wont be enough. I walked out knowing my issues as well as a plan in which to solve them. Not to mention they make you feel like you truly matter to them. They are awesome from the front desk all the way back.

Let me tell you how hands on & wonderful this office was Me ....As a brand new patient Just during the scheduling process Had a little issue or more like I was being bratty and wanted in right away. The dentist himself call me from Florida to introduce herself and make me feel more comfortable and accommodate what it was I was trying to do. Not only this but when I did show up for the appointment I did not wait it was one thing after the other people taking care of things and explaining all my options along with prices And if anybody knows you can get a lot of surprises it a dentist .....I do ! In this office I did not I was very pleased instead he using them as my 2nd opinion I went ahead and went with them!

I have been going to PA Center For Dental Excellence for a few years now. I have never had to pay upfront for my cleanings. Today I was told that The Dr. was out of network and that my copay was due upfront and would be reimbursed by my insurance. To start it would have been nice to know upfront I had a $337 copay prior to getting my cleaning done. I pay for out of network coverage and while my deductibles are a bit high I continued to go here because I liked the service. My visit today did not feel right. It just felt pushy and almost like a sales transaction. Definitely not what I am used to.Thank you Rose, Alex, and Michelle for always being pleasant.

Follow up to my previous review. Returned here this week for my next cleaning and had a great experience yet again. The office seems to have even more measures in place to make their staff and patients feel safer during these unprecedented times. The whole staff is super friendly and I feel my dental care is in great hands at this office. Everyone was so professional. The Dr. and the hygienist went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t in pain during my exam and cleaning. They used gum numbing cream and made sure to frequently check in with me about my comfortability level.

Went to see Dr. Tau for a second opinion, he was super helpful and went above and beyond expectations to provide sufficient information for me to make an informed decision. His staff are all super friendly and doing a great job of managing the space and customers under pandemic restrictions.

I know this place has good reviews and whatnot, but I am not afraid to Share my experience and tell others what I did not appreciate with Leonard. He is very slick and has a swindle like personality. I simply came in for a check up and cleaning. He came in and started offering me to consider replacing my dentures, saying they are low quality and old and he has a better product. and can offer me it for a discounted price if I paid out of pocket. This place was recommended by a colleague of mine, but boy did I not expect this kind of service. I would definitely not come back to this place and not recommend this to any one.

Went there with my son using a groupon because we could not get appointments through our dental for the last few months due to COVID. This was mainly for cleaning. They were extremely kind, caring and welcoming. They did the xrays and the dental hygienist. Rose, did an amazing job -about 40 minutes to thoroughly clean my 15 year olds teeth. She made sure he was ok and was very gentle. The doctor did a great job explaining how his teeth are and ideas for a broken teeth restoration. They were overall excellent. They also have so many beautiful cartoon pop up artwork on dentistry everywhere on walls, just very fun and engaging.

From the time I walked into the office I felt comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The dental assistant was awesome. When the dental hygienist came in to introduce herself she was courteous, professional and friendly. She did a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth. Dr Tau was great also. I highly recommend Dr Taus office.

I am a new patient at PCDE and I am was thoroughly impressed with this office. Dr. Tau and his team go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of and that you are getting the best dentistry possible. I had not been to the dentist in a while and COVID-19 and being quarantined caused my teeth to fall apart. The process in the office due to the virus is amazing, the mobile checkin, temperature being taken prior to being taken back to the room, the very cool text to pay feature where I get a message on my phone to pay the bill all made me feel at ease that I was being well taken care of. I did some research prior to choosing this office so I knew what the requirements were in terms of personal protective equipment and it was obvious that they exceed the requirements. Even though I have insurance I was willing to pay more to see Dr. Tau because he obviously takes things seriously. I am so happy to be a new patient in this practice. Do yourself a favor, if you are thinking about finding a new dentist, have a concern that you have an issue or just want a second opinion, make an appointment and see Dr. Tau and his team at his office.. Anyone that knows me, knows my fear and unpleasant experiences with the dentist. My first experience with Dr. Tau was so good, Ive already been recommending this office and Dr. Tau to everyone at my job since we are nearby. The staff was very sweet, pleasant and made sure I was always comfortable. I called at 1:05 PM for an emergency and was seen by 1:30 PM, I dont know of any other offices that would do this. They have locked me in as a patient for life.

I have been with Dr. Tau and his amazing team for 7 years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else! I started with invisalign, then began transforming my smile with new crowns and crown replacements, and even implants. My new smile is more than I could have ever imagined! They are all experts in their craft and I am fortunate to be one of their patients 💙

This company overcharges and does not do the work they said they were going to do. I have great insurance. So far I have paid $400for a cap and they want to charge another $150 before they put it on. Terrible rip off! They don’t tell you ahead of time. Now they take your money they won’t finish or refund. I will be reporting them to my insurance and the BBB. They should not be recommended by any insurance and should not be in business. They tried to swindle me into paying for things that i did not need to have performed, more so, to pay out of pocket because my insurance wont cover the full price. Unbelievable.

The staff and service was excellent. I ran into a complication while having a tooth extraction. Dr Tau personally drove me to a dental surgeon to complete the extraction. He stayed with me the entire time I was having the extraction completed and then drove me back to his office. He and the entire staff are very caring and professional.

Dr. Tau was great! He was able to find out that I had a cracked tooth. When my dentist never found it. I went to his office recently for cleaning. His staff was so nice and I felt so comfortable during my cleaning.

I called Dr. Taus office as a new patient. After breaking my tooth on Saturday, the day before hurricane Sandy. I now had a very uncomfortable situation. By Monday I was desperate for help. A friend, who is a long time patient of Dr. Tau, encouraged me to call the office. On Tuesday morning I called, not expecting a response for another day or so, given the storm situation. Dr. Tau called me within an hour of my phone call and gave me an appointment an hour later!The tooth repair was very successful, but the cost caught me unprepared ... not to worry, Dr. Tau was able to help me manage this expense in a most reasonable way.The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. My specific needs were treated with respect by all staff members.In summary, though I used to have a wonderful dentist, his move to NJ left me without a dentist. I feel very fortunate to have found such a skilled and attentive provider in Dr. Tau!
