This place is outstanding they go out of there way to please you they spenda lot of time asking a whole mess of questions about your teeth in the past and present Id recommend this to anybody I give it an e for Excellency, they tell your family members what is going on.

I have never written I review but felt compelled to express the horrible experience I had at the Krewstown office. I made a appt to get a second opinion. Since I was a new patient they asked I come 15/30 minutes before my appt for paperwork. My appt was for 10:30 I arrived at 10. I signed in and sat down waiting to be called, several people came in after me. They were called to complete paperwork. Finally after a half hour I went up to the desk and asked if I had to complete anything. They gave me a bunch a papers to complete. Well they continued to call people back who came in after me. Finally after waiting 2 hours I left. Worse experience

I have received excellent services from A1 Family Dental. The staff are always courteous and helpful and professional and resolve any problems that come up. Dr. Cerato always does quality work and thoroughly explains the details of his work even in complex situations such as my own. I recommend them highly.

Friendly staff and the dentist appears knowledgeable that is why the 3 stars. Overbook patients. There were many patients waiting even during the pandemic. Waiting 1.5 to receive treatment shows lack of regard for one’s time and certainly unprofessional. The lady at the desk is rarely there to schedule new appointments. I do not know how this office remains in business unless it’s because accept many types of insurance. The dentist needs to chat less and work faster if they want to overbook.

Dr. Cerato is the best dentist and he is very caring and wonderful. He and his staff are all wonderful, kind and always make me feel great when I go there and relaxed. I highly recommend Dr. Cerato for all your dental needs.

Dr Cerato is absolutely AMAZING. Makes sure you’re okay the whole time and guides through the process if you’re feeling scared or nervous. Definitely would recommend to everyone I know! Love going here such an amazing environment. All staff is amazing and so welcoming.

My daughter had a horrible cavity and had a lot of pain, and this office could not have been nicer or more accommodating. From the young lady that answered the phone, to the nurse that offered to hold my daughters hand through the root canal. Dr. Cerato was very nice, gentle and explained everything. I can’t essay enough great things about this office!!!! Thank you all again!!

I’ve been going here for years and they always fix’s what needs to be fix! I get really worried about needles and such but they always make me feel more comfortable and I love all the workers!! From the people in the front to the dentist in the back, all and all good people and make it a great environment!

Dr. Cerato and his staff are excellent. I have been a patient of his office for several years and have had various types of dental work done without a problem. Scheduling never seems to be an issue. The wait time has not been a problem and both Krewstown Rd location and Bustleton Avenue locations are clean, pleasant and welcoming. It’s nice doing business with Dr. Stuart Cerato and his staff.

He has excellent “chair side” manners and knows how to work with your insurance plan.Presently, his office is taking all required and recommended precautions.Sometimes his office can get a little backed up because Dr. Cerato does not rush through his patients.I highly recommend Dr. Cerato to family and friends.

My experience with Dr. Cerato has been phenomenal each time. I have never been to a dentist like him, he is so well mannered, easy going and has such an amazing personality. I had a tooth extraction at another dentist, this man butchered me. We call A1 the day after xmas they saw me right away. Its a challenge to treat me cause I cant lay down. They were so kind and caring. They fixed what they could of the dry socket. I was treated with such respect and kindness. They are top notch there. Dr cerrato is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain it. His assistant is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable. They really helped me in a time of great pain. Dr is really nice and friendly only thing i didn’t like about his work is really old once he started doing my teeth he’s hand was shaking really bad and he did my crown from now on i feel so much pain in my teeth it wasn’t pain like before, the reason i did my crown i lost my crown. i highly recommend people not to go there!!

I used to love this office until they hired a new dentist. I went in for two fillings. I could not eat after. I came back a week later so that the same (new) Doctor could fix it. She did a little bit of drilling and told me it should be fine now. Still could not eat. Called back and made an appointment with another doctor. He said okay come back next week Ill redo the fillings. I came back the next week he told me looks like youre going to need a root canal, come back next week. Its been two months and I cant eat. They keep telling me come back next week, come back next week. And each week nothing is done as if people have all the time in the world and no life. Cannot wait to get a new dentist!!!

My kids had perfect teeth until I took them there for a cleaning the Dentist claimed that my daughter had a cavity and had her come back for a filling. After that appointment she had massive pain in that tooth for years. She went to another dentist and they filled it correctly. Dont trust this place all he wants is to make a buck. I will never recommend him to anyone.

This place is completely crap, seriously like these are procasinator to the max. Next week? and rescheduled? Its the thing they ALWAY say. Like when are you actually going to do it then, if youre a professional then please be ABSOLUTE with your word. I do not know but when i first go there you guys really gave me a bad impression like how the staff were rude and mean, plus the appointment took forever. Seriously you guys dont even deserve a ONE star, if i could give you a ZERO star i would. Had me waiting for an hour plus each and everytime I went. Came for an extraction for an appointment at 11:30 didnt get worked on until 2:45. Very poor customer service, will never come back again.

I used to go to this office and I can only say that this location and rising sun location is the best. the dental assistant Jeanette is so nice. Ive seen her for the past 3 years that I started going here and she was amazing every time. If I feel pain, When I leave the pain is gone and the dentists here are professional, clean an friendly.
