I would give them 0 stars if i could! I am never going back here. Dropped my car off at 9:30am and picked up at 5:15pm. They had it ALL day and when I arrived to pick it up they were still cleaning the car when I arrived. Upon further inspection the floor of the drivers seat was still dirty and could see the mud. There are marks from the cleaner they used all over the doors, frame, and seats as if they were not fully cleaned. There are now SCRATCHES on the inside of my passenger side door and the frame in between the passenger seat and back seat. I’m so frustrated with the work they did and would expect more from a company who “specializes in detailing”. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

The car was cleaned. It was really dirty but, but there was an issue with the cleaning solutions that they used. It pealed the silver strips around the console and caused my phone holder to fall. It was really stuck to the side window. But I got in the far days later found it on the floor. Also, there was a lint residue left behind. I am not sure if I would go back. I think I expected more.

Fineline Auto did a great job with my car!! I purchased a Groupon for the interior detailing. I dropped off my car at 8:30 and was told it would be done between 3-5, but got a call at 11:30 saying it was done. When I picked it up my car looked great! It was so clean, it looked brand new. Very happy with the job they did. Thank you!

I took my car to get it detailed before I traded it in for a new one. I got it back looking practically new! I will be using them from now on. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend. Complete waste of time and money. I would’ve been better off going to a regular car wash. They washed and vacuumed my car when I paid for a full detail exterior/interior. They even missed spots with the vacuum. Chipped a little paint on my hood as well. Staff continued to say the seats were shampooed while I was looking at dirt. I’m extremely disappointed.

This place was amazing. I got a Groupon which I’m sometimes hesitant about, but they did a great job. My car looks amazing. Got out coffee stains on my seat and floors that were years old. I dropped my car off at 9, and they were done by like 1. Highly recommend this place.

They were very busy, appointments are best. They are a little pricey but worth it also they are cash only place. They do not accept CCs.

Ali did an awesome job shampooing and vacuuming my cars interior it looks great and took the smell out.

Took my car in at 9:00 a.m in the morning and left the car all day and they said they would call when the car is ready. They chose the appointment time for me. At 4: 30 p.m, I called to get an update only to find out that they never serviced my car and the people who was supposed to do the detailing had left at 4:00 p.m and the place closed at 6:00 p.m. They could have called to let me know that they never touched my car. I work two jobs and have a family. They have poor communication, horrible service, would not recommend this place especially if you have Groupon.

Do not buy groupon for service🤦🏾....hard to schedule it was a waste of money

Terrible customer service. I left three messages over three separate days, never received a call back to schedule. If this is how they do their work, I would not recommend.

They could use some updated signage so you dont drive past but excellent service. They have leather rocking chairs along with TV/cable in the waiting area, very comfy. Prices are reasonable for the quality service we received. We will return and refer our friends. Dave is awesome!

Would not go back. Went for interior and exterior detail. Claimed to have shampooed the inside but was completely dry inside and no shampoo smell or anything. Basically did a quick vacuum and wipe down, calling it an interior detail. Also, very difficult to get a hold to schedule an appointment.

Just had my car detailed today. Got a Groupon for a full detail, and the results are awesome! Every part of my car is clean and shiny. The outside and even the rough of my car is shining. They did a wonderful job, were so kind, and even remembered when I mentioned my plans for later in the day, asking me about them when I came back to get my car. Incredibly kind, prompt, and great value for the awesome work. Will definitely go back!

I brought my minivan here for an interior detail last week. They did an excellent job for the price and it was done on time just like he said. He got all the dog hair out of my car that I couldnt get out with a vacuum (no dog in the car for 3+ years but that hair I hadnt been able to get rid of). The seats and floormats were nicely cleaned.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone! I called this shop to make a reservation to get my car completely detailed and asked a few clarifying questions because of previous negative views I saw online. David assured me that he would take care of my car and that it wouldn’t be an issue. I drop my car off at 10:00 am because my appointment was for 10:15. I was told that it would be ready by 5:30. I called the shop at 5, because I hadn’t heard anything. No one answered or called back. I arrive to the shop at 5:45 pm and they just started on my car. They completely were nonchalant about the fact that they had completely I conveoenced me. Just don’t go here.

Appt was 9am and I arrived at 845. It is now 955am and I still have not been serviced. I have called both numbers several times which goes to a cell phone. The number rings twice as if someone is sending you to voicemail. I left a few messages and still no one has called me‼️😡 I am extremely furious, as I worked an overnight shift prior to coming here.!!! There is a sign outside of the bldg that says the shop opens at 10am. I will wait until then because I live almost an hour away. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL‼️

1st of all I drop my car off in the morning for they group on special for a $125 for a full detail both interior and exterior. They had my vehicle for about 3 hours then I go the pick the vehicle up in notice the roof of the inside of the car was not done this was unacceptable. I tried calling the owner David left leaving him a voicemail and then the calling back a second time to see if I can get the interior of the roof done no response. I will not be going there again bad customer service and their card machine was brokebrin so, you have to pay cash I had to go to the ATM another inconvenience. I was not satisfied at all with my service and will not be returning or referring anyone. Please make sure you check your vehicle inside and out before,you leave I know now lesson learned.

Horrible service I have ever seen. Actually, there was no service. ThisFirst of all, I perched an internal cleaning from Groupon. Then I came to the store. The worker there told me we are available after two weeks. I cant wait until this time because I will travel. He told me if you cancel the Groupon, he can give an appointment to clean my car on Thursday 6 June at 8.30 am.So, I called Groupon customer service to cancel the order. Then, I came on time for my appointment. He told me your car will be ready at 4 pm and that just for internal. Guess what happened when I came back, my car never taught. They didnt do anything. The guy who took my car never showed up and didnt apologize for anything. I dont know why he did not at least tell me. I would understand if he has any circumstances that prevented him. I lost time and money by Uber. This will not happen if I purchase by Groupon. I recommend anyone DO NOT deal with them without Groupon or at all because they dont care about their coustomers. They dont respect their word. I will contact Groupon to tell them what happened. Hopefully, everyone rethinks again and again if they want to come to this horrible place.

I have to give props to Fineline auto spa,I arrived at appt on time and was greeted by staff and then they went to work on my vehicle and was done in efficient amount of time ..great job I highly recommend!

Wish I could rate them based on their ability to detail, but they never answer their phones nor do they return phone calls.

I also purchased a Groupon because I wanted my car cleaned. I tried for two days to contact this business with no answer and the voicemail is full. I will probably request a refund from Groupon.

Made an appointment the week before. was unable to reach them again to confirm. theyre not close to my house and it required changing my work schedule to go, so i called many times and could never get anyone on the phone but the phone (a cell number) sometimes only rang once or twice - meaning someone was choosing to not answer those times. i texted & nothing. so i went there anyhow the morning they were scheduled to work on my car and honked and knocked and called as the sign said - and nothing. a really bizarre and frustrating waste of my time.

I used my Groupon on 9/14 . David the owner was nice. I was about 15 minutes late, after hrs, picking up my vehicle. I called David to ask it was ok. Him and his worker waited patiently. His worker went over my car with me . I didnt noticed until today, that a few spots were missed. When I op-ed my trunk there was dirt in the hinge and doorway area. Also Im not sure if the clothe ceiling was supposed to be cleaned, but it wasnt. Its light gray. Vehicle was clean but not shining as much as I thought it would . ( Inside or wheels ) Also, I was told when I made the appt. that I would be charged $15 extra because I have a 3rd row. Then when I picked up my vehicle it was $20 because of taxes.Looks better than it was though.

Dont use groupon, call them directly. They will honor the prices. I was late for my scheduled appointment, however Anthony was flexible and understood my situation. I had to wait, since I dont have anyone to help drop me off. Expected to be there for most of the day. My car was finished in a very reasonable time. Anthony reviewed the car with me and did an exceptional job. Keep in mind Im in my car for many hours a week, with a small child and at the beach often. My car needed a deep cleaning. I was thrilled with the service. Only con is they were initially hard to reach and VM full. Once i spoke to them, they were accommodating. It is understable when offering groupons at a very affordable rate. Again, best to call directly since groupon takes a percentage. I would highly recommended and I will be going back.

Just left arrived on time and finished 15 min before my requested time! Car is impeccable! They are amazing!!!!! Customer service is rop-notch! Waiting area ha. Comfortable seats with tv and keurig for coffee!!!

If I could rate it worse than one star I would. Worst service of my life. They NEVER pick up their phone. After several attempts to contact them I finally got ahold of someone and they told me they couldnt take my car they were too busy and would have someone call me back later to schedule an appointment. No one ever called me back. After a week I called again and still wasnt able to get ahold of anyone. Finally after several attempts to make an appointment I was able to schedule something for Saturday. When I showed up with an appointment I was told that they didnt have room to take me that day because they only take a certain number of Grupon orders a day and I was paying with a Grupon so they turned me away at the door; when I was there with an Appointment! Never going to go here again. I strongly recommend never going to this place very getto! Between the customer service and lack of reliability this place is horrible. Dont waste your time or money. I would never trust them to touch my car.

I took my car there to do a interior cleaning these people they dont know how to clean the interior they use some kind of cheap scrubbing pad to clean the dashboard scratch the whole interior. My car only a year old I would never go back there or recommend anybody to go there. Im trying to see if I can upload pictures but I dont see no option to upload the pictures.

I tried to make an appointment, This is my first time and my last time I will try to come to this place !! I asked the guy what time are you available next Wednesday anytime early afternoon, he said come at 9 am I told him I wasnt available at that time, he got mad and hung up on me so I called him back over 10 times and he didnt want to answer the phone after he hung up on me, very unprofessional
