BEWARE. Ive been meaning to leave this review for a while now. Im reminded of my bad experience every time I get into my car. I took a chance with these young brothers and brought my car here for tint. They did the worst job Ive ever seen. 3 of my windows were peeling the very next day, and my back window had large bubbles in it. I came back to get it fixed, and they made it seem like it was my fault that they did a bad job, and told me they didnt have time to fix it because they had too many other appointments.So they gave me a date to come back 4 days later, and I did. I was told to be there at 9am, and when I arrived, they were closed. I called, no answer. I waited 30 mins, then left. I came back in an hour and 2 guys were there tinting a car. But they told me they couldnt pull my car in because neither of them had a license, and that I had to wait for the owner Luke to come. So I waited another 45 mins and he finally came in, but decided to work on another car first when I had an appointment for 9am. They finally pulled my car inside around 12, and I waited until 4pm for them to finish. The next morning I noticed that now, my defrost lines on my rear windshield were scraped off!So I came back AGAIN to ask for Luke, but there were just a bunch of kids inside the garage smoking weed and rapping with the music blasting. So I asked them to call the owner because I wanted a refund, and one of the guys tells me that my car is, corny as s**t and that, this aint no bmw along with a bunch of other negative remarks. I expected so much better from our people.Now I am out $250 to replace my rear windshield because my defrosters no longer work, plus $100 for this horrible tint, $150 to get it removed, plus another $180 to get it done right at a reputable shop, and also a whole lot of time wasted that Ill never get back. $100 tint turned into a $680 nightmare. Thanks Carplay... You are all real disappointments.

I got my car tinted from the owner, Luke, last week and I am amazed of the outcome. I had old tint on my car that I got about 1 year ago from a previous tinter. Luke was able to remove the old tint and applied new tint on my vehicle. Hes mobile, arrived on time, has great communication and also added in a car wash for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Not a good experience business professionalism was low upon arrival I made a appointment and was told a price of tints that I wanted done. when I arrived for my time Schedule I was told to come another day after scheduling for appointment that I did not miss and was on time for. I had text messages stating the time was good to come and the following day after not getting work done the price that I was told had doubled with no clear explanation why ?After 6 hrs of waiting the job I had thought was being done was not complete after being told multiple times that my car was almost done business was not handled well and I did not feel like I was a valued customer quality of work was not up to par and the confusion of transactions determined me not to go back or refer others to them...

Bad Ownership & Professionalism Not only were they not on time for appointment but upon installing my tint on my car after install there was bubbles everywhere in my window tint along with dirt film.Once owner Luke Lavon Lassiter was contacted after being giving the run around he finally agreed he would have to redo entire window after third day of install.Appointment time was for 10 arrived 30 minutes late took almost 4 hrs to install & not only was my back window poorly tinted missing tint in one spot but damage was done to my back brake light window & when I texted owner about damage he took forever to respond finally after doing something I was told he would get to the bottom after I sent numerous photos of bad tint install & damage to window.To make a long story short the owner agreed in message to take care of the matter only to lie once an estimate of my light was gotten mind you brake light 220.00 & labor which total 513.00 he wasnt willing to pay or try to offer something on damages of a new vehicle that was just purchased so please go to an expert when dealing with your vehicles & pay the extra money if you have too so you wont have to get the police involved as I have too.Stay Away. Unprofessional at an all time high!!!! Most companies give a receipt automatically here you have to ask for one & you may get it four days later 😡 I personally dont think they deserved a one star at all thats just how bad service is.

I had my tint done at CarPlay. Luke did my tint when it was originally applied and did a repair for me. Great customer service and I was in & out within a reasonable time

Got a good deal on my window tinting but still never got my receipt!(I need it for tax purposes). (Today is 6.6.18 I originally wrote this review on 3.25.18 for the wrong place since this business does not have a sign or name out front. I got my tint in November of 2017)The workers/tinters whomever, are kinda slow. And its a little unprofessional in my opinion what with music blasting and no discernible organization system, as well as the wait time, but I hope they get better. I waited a good minute (more than an hour and a half) after they said my car was ready to get it, but the work was great. My tint looks good. I have a small chip from wear and tear, but they did a good job.

First detail spot that didnt rush on my car. They actually took there time and detailed my car. Made it look like it came off the show room floor

Tint isn’t that great of a job people doing the tint seem like they really didn’t care to do any better when ask about the issues they said oh the tint is prob defective which it is but the the issue with bubbles really isn’t from defective tint if the bubbles where not there I would be fine with the rest any way the guy says well you can come back a different day if that is really a issue for you and we will fix it why not just fix it then
