Theses guys are FANTASTIC, just had my car done buy these guys last minute couldnt be happier my car was parked at my job no problems, my car looked liked it went through an off road rally, and now after one session with these guys it looks like it came out the showroom floor . I had the Premier Detail Sevice done to my 2015 F 150. Ebby came by a and completely done an excellent job on cleaning the truck. She shines as she just came out of the show room. Professional, fast and beyond easy. Not your typical car wash. My car was parked outside my house the whole time. I didnt have to come outside or talk to anyone. Best part is my car looked clean and shiny!

The detail never happened. The upcharge for oversized vehicle felt like a bait and switch for me. I think it should have been conveyed at the time I entered my make and model but it came after payment was made. Thats a tipping point for most consumers and most would accept it. I promptly declined the service and a refund came in a timely fashion.

I contacted Phine on their mobile sites chat. They answered promptly. They showed up AT the scheduled time, and did a nice job getting the city grime off my car.
