Heard all good things about the location on callowhill! But, I have experienced completely otherwise. I called the store to set up a reservation? & somebody picked up with a British-like accent.. mid conversation their accent switched to american!? Me being an native for Britain—I found it quite offensive. Will not be storing here.

Staff at the storage sites are great. Very nice. Very helpful. Otherwise the company nickle and dimes you to death.

Associate emiyah was an great help. My team originally wanted an 10x25 but emiyah showed us an 10x35 that was convenient for me and my team and made a lot more sense. Look forward to storing here long term! Amazing facility

I used a parking spot here for a couple of months. The woman working at the front desk on the first day was super friendly, and in general the whole process went really smoothly, I was really happy with the whole service.

Building is big, they have a lot of storage units. They are expensive, in my opinion. They have about 3 unloading docks, which can be full at certain times. All in all a good experience.

Found the perfect sized unit exactly when I needed it . Very easy to sign in . Access so easy - security gate, door and elevator. on line billing. Checked out of unit the moment I emptied it .the site is clean, well lit . never felt creepy there . Temp control excellent . The staff is amazing - and could not have made it easier!

The staff has been great. When they didnt have the size unit I desired, a lady called a couple days later and said what I wanted was available. When I called to pay a male employee said to pay online and I did it but accidentally didnt complete it and he even called to let me know it did not go through. Very pleased! Weve been storing stuff there on and off for 3 years and have always been very happy with the service.

The representative had a warm demeanor and really actively listened to what I was looking for. He made it quick, easy to understand the terms and even stayed a bit late for me (and on his birthday even! Hopefully our silly jokes eased that inconvenience a bit.) It has been a pleasure dealing with CubeSmart. First, they do what they promise - keep your goods dry, temperature controlled (if you elect) and safe. Plus you have incredibly easy (24/7) access. And when I needed to consolidate my stuff into a new unit, the office was incredibly helpful and even managed to lower my rate. What more can you ask for?!

I have had a storage unit at this cube smart location for over a year now. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly, competent and uncomplicated. They have just helped me out when a delivery was made while I was not able to be there. That is great service!

I’ve had a storage unit at this cube smart for over 10 years, and I wouldn’t consider switching at this point. This place is great because you can have deliveries of pallets dropped off in the lobby and then pick them up later. The parking lot is also a nice touch, and it’s in the perfect, convenient location!

Do not miss the chance to discuss your storage options with manager Joan P Vaughn and General Manager Mike Rodgers. I have been working with them since April 2014 on a complicated 2-step move (which means 2-step storage as well). I am a regular, until the move is over in November 2014. They are consistently efficient, offer service above and beyond the call of duty, and are also very wise and funny about the world of stuff. (Yes, a sense of humor is important when moving and storing). The facility is clean and glitch free. CubeSmart should clone this amazing managing team. When my 2 step move is over, I plan to send both Joan and Mike some beautiful flowers. They deserve it! -- very satisfied customer.

The staff at this cube smart is very helpful! They are quick to respond and guide you in making the best decisions. Whenever you have questions, or need support they are they for you. The space is safe and the neighborhood is conveniently located near major highways.

Great customer service by Jesse M. Check in was smooth and quick. The unit was clean but a bit beat up. The one elevator was temporarily out of service which was inconvenient upon move with other customers. I would recommend though. Good location and fair prices.

My experience with CubeSmart has been nothing but extremely positive! From the moment I came in searching for unit, the staff were standouts. Miles, in particular, was a godsend. Every company should strive to have managers like him. He was extremely informative and pleasant while I was researching a unit and trying to figure out what was the best fit for me (and all of my stuff). Jesse was also fantastic...on my second or third trip to the storage unit on move in day, he must have seen that I looked tired and maybe a little dehydrated (the sweat dripping down my face could have tipped him off). Before I knew it, he was handing me a cold bottle of water. Thats customer service folks! I would highly recommend CubeSmart to any of my friends or family looking for a storage unit.

Friendly, pleasant and professional. Great service for businesses. CubeSmart has more capability than some of the other storage services. They can receive shipments and in some cases will put the shipment in your storage unit for you!

She is one of the reasons why I will be using this storage company above all other. Its hard to find this combination at other storage facilities in the area. Its also downtown so thats really good. Great customer service, friendly, easy to access unit

Unfortunately, this storage location is not safe. My unit, along with many others, were vandalized last year. It was a traumatic experience, and management did not even inform us. We filed a police report. Management did not care! Their chicken wire that covers the top of the units is really flimsy and thieves entered from there. Looked like an inside job! Worst place to store your belongings, as we saw many flying cockroaches in the night time!

Would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. After 6 months you will get a price increase. In my case a 5*10 unit went from 163 a month to $263 a month, a $100 increase. They are well aware of how much of a pain it is to move your unit in response to a price increase and will take excessive advantage of that fact.Not an ethical increase, they are still renting units at the price I was paying. They disclose that they may increase the price after 6 months but never disclose how much.Bad buisness ethics, find another place

I have been using this storage facilty since 2000. Even though it changed hands I still enjoy good service and assistance whenever I visit the facility. I plan to continue using it knowing that my beongings are safe, I have easy access when I require it and can always ask for advice.The staff is service oriented and on the ball.
