Very nice clerk in the front desk clerk believe his name was Elijah he help my family and I and the place is clean well organized I actually moved from a previous storage facility and self storage really met my needs .

Left my stuff in a basement unit untouched for a year, just came back and everything looks well maintained. No signs of flood or water damage. Staff is always courteous and helpful, especially Elijah on the day I had to load out to a truck for a few hours. Would use again!

Melita was over the top awesome . She removed a dead mouse from my unit thank God, It was freaking me out!!! Secondly, she found me the perfect larger unit at the best possible price on the best floor! She made my day and I later praise God crying for this blessing!

I’m a new storage customer & my first time experience was amazing Melita helped me through with everything her customer service was EXCELLENT I’m happy I choose Store space it is very clean and spacious.

My husband and I are using Store Space while we take an extended road trip. We found the rates cheaper than nearly all local competitors and since we dont need regular access, we decided to pull the trigger based on cost. When we showed up, though, we were really happy with the decision. The space is clean, with ample carts for loading and unloading.Most importantly, the service has been great. Michael has already become one of our favorite people. He was friendly from the start, showing us around the space and making sure we were happy with the unit wed booked online. He went above and beyond when I ran over their official hours trying to load some last-minute belongings before we left on our trip. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and working as quickly as possible. He kindly told us not to worry and then left us along for another 20 minutes to finish up. Im sure staying late at work was the last thing he wanted to be doing at 6pm on a Saturday night but he sent us off with a wave and the same friendly demeanor. A storage space is a storage space, but for the price, cleanliness, and the service, I highly recommend Store Space.Pro Tip: the ground floor is actually the basement and requires an elevator to reach. Its discounted for that reason, but we definitely misunderstood the online advertising. 1st floor = ground floor (no elevator required).

This was a fantastic experience! Michael was phenomenal and went above and beyond. It was a very stressful move and he had a cheerful disposition and was friendly and outgoing, and he made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Mice get inside your storage box, and destroy it. They call the police on you if you have nowhere to put your trash, or leave it behind! I wont be there to long.

I never had problems till now where I didnt get a email saying rates went up.... I been here for over 2years now so I was never told about the rate going up via email or phone call.... I went through the construction while that was going on, I dealt with the bug problem never complained.. I was told they sent me a email that I never got. I would love to speak with a manager or someone higher up BC when I contacted the office I got a nasty remark then hung up on.... Like i said I never had a problem till this so I hope it can get resolved ASAP.

If it wasnt for the good brother, whom so happens to be the property manager Elijah. I would have left this storage place along time ago. This storage company has my five stars, for C street and Alleghany location where the person to person customer service is wonderfully helpful. Aside for all those compliments, which in turn is for Elijah and his staff. Company and their constant rent fluctuation, is the worst. Especially for the location of the storage property. Very disappointed as a long time loyal customer.

The nicest people ever, the best service and the best prices in Philadelphia. Very clean and professional space. They helped me immediately with an immediate storage need that I had. I got the first month rent free, cant get much better than this! Highly recommended! Definitely check them out if you need a safe, quick and cheap storage like I did!

I cant say TOO much negative bc this is my second time renting a unit here. The location is perfect for me tho. Only issues I have with this place is ....the access hours are terrible. Not open on weekends at all....and they close at 530 during the week ...hard to get things . And the late fees!!! Bayyyyy Beeeeeee! A late fee costs as much as my unit. Dont forget to pay them when ur supposed to. but this issue I mentioned need to be worked on to get the full five stars.

I have one c st. The 2 day i got the locker i went and it had a yellow lock so i had to take everything back home. I called they said because of covid noone was there but that theyll leave a note. Went two weeks after and my locker still had the yellow lock i called because it was the secound time i rent a uhaul and i had 2 hours left to take it back. I called they said someone was suppose to be there i waited at the office and hour and finally someone came in. I asked if i can get a refund for them days my storage was lock the guy said i will have to call in which i did and 4 months later no refund but they quick to charge u

The managers at this location were both super helpful. Accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this storage facility.

The male manager there is always a delight to deal with him unfortunately the female there could improve her customer service skills on keeping your customers instead of making them want to go elsewhere if im spending $180 a month and ive been a few hours organizing my unit how can you deny a customer the access to the restroom by saying you lost the key ...so how does she use the restroom?? Bad for business

I was lied to about having one month free when in reality i was only able to get half a month . The manager act like she couldn’t fix it. Then the place was freezing when the guy on the phone told me it was heated so that we would be comfortable bringing in my furniture. Then they make you stand outside in the cold while they’re in heat to sign all your papers. Overall truly dissatisfied and would of picked another place if i had time.

New management. New hours. New payment. Lol. Small adjustment but still an increase. Never had issue getting in or out. Easy to get a hold of someone on the phone. Ladies do their jobs, very serious and want u in and out of the office. Can use carts now without giving id. New security cameras. Working!!!

I have a unit at this storage king and by all measures it is a great facility. Safe, good access hours but above all else the staff are extremely helpful, in particular the manager Brian. This guy went above and beyond for me and my girlfriend, helping coordinate with a moving company we had coming on a day when we had a flight out of the city and had to leave in a rush. I would recommend this spot top anyone needing storage in the area. When you are leaving your life in a storage locker, you want to know the people running the joint have your best interest at heart, I can confidently say Brian and the rest of the team over at storage king do.

Bait and switch pricing. I chose this facility based on price alone and 90 days into the contact I was notified my unit was going from $106 to 162! I could have gotten a unit in the city, closer to my home with 24 hour access. This place is in the hood, closes at 7:00 and one of their doors is broke so I had to walk my things to the other side of the building when I moved in. People who work here have a not my problem, I just work here attitude. Do yourself a favor and stear clear of this facility. My contract is with storage king 3100 C Street Philadelphia, PA 19134.

Would not even give this place 1 star if I could help it. Very bad experience with this place they give you a good deal to get you in then keep upping the price every couple of months. They even told me they sold it to another person for reasons for upping the price. Suppose to be climate control well try to go thru your stuff when the indoor temp is under 30 degrees. Or in the summer when the indoor temp is over 100. Couldnt wait to get somewhere else.

Prices are sketchy.. cheap but they make you pay for insurance which claims they are not responsible. In the worst part of the city with drug addicts all around you. Staff comes in when she feel like it and leave the facility unattended very frequently and they will charge you $20 late fees if ur a few days late or it slips your mind. No option for auto pay and the staff only cater to hispanic customers.

My unit had a mouse infestation, mouse dropping all over the floor and I believe someone homeless was sleeping in the unit next to mine. I came one day and found a bottle of pee and a condom wrap on the ground. Told the girl and all she said was yes that happens. 🤔. Not even worth the 60 dollars.

They were closed for all of Monday, with no warning on no holiday. The person was sick.

The cheapest storage around!!! Only problem is the building maintenence. Certain areas of the building is crumbling and on certain floors lights are on a timer so occasionally you walk in the dark.

Because they are not aware or try to help the client. We pay 75 dollars for a super small space. We took out our belongings on the 2nd day of the beginning of the month and on top of that they charged us. The full amount as if we had been all month.I do not recommend it. Very careless and customer service
