My experience with W living has been such a pleasure! I have never dealt with such nice, professional, and responsive people as this group here! From the time I contacted W living just inquiring for an apartment up until move in day, I’ve worked with Maria and she has been nothing but a great help! As well as everyone else! I just moved into the new building on Broad and it is absolutely wonderful! Due to COVID our move In date, as well as some other things, unfortunately got delayed but with the great communication we received from start to finish, every change every update they received we did as well! it’s made this journey a breeze! The apartment as promised is as beautiful as I imagined and feels so much like home! These guys did not let us down at all! I for sure recommend anyone looking to get in contact with W living!
Due to Covid the new building was delayed, more then it should have been. However, Wliving did the best they could to make sure we taken care of. Sometimes they took a day or two to answer our question due to the building being owned by another person. That sometimes got frustrating. I think the most important part is that they were never not willing to help us. Overall, the wait was worth it. I can say my roommates and I are happy with our choice. It will be interesting to see how the new building holds up with the press for time to finish.
We rented at 117 Spring Garden for 2+ years and enjoyed our time there. Management was always responsive to our needs (Many thanks to Mustapha, Carlos and Wesley). The apartment was lovely with everything new!! Parking was extra but worth it. Would not hesitate to rent from W Living again.
Very responsive, and professional team of people. Theyve only managed our property for a few month, but I must say I am very please with the strides they have been making. They have installed new keypad locks on our main apartment door, and plan to install keypads for our unit doors. I definitely would recommend.EDIT 10/2/2020:This company took over management from Temple Villas in the middle of my 2019-2020 lease. Once they took over, they did not attempt to inspect the property, do any preventative maintenance, or anything related to section 3 of my lease agreement.I moved out on July 31st and they offer to return $80 of my $475 security deposit. I was “charged” for carpet replacement.....the carpet is the same carpet from when I moved in back in 2018 — it wasn’t replaced when the tenets before me left. I have pictures and emails to prove that Temple Villas (previous management) did not do their due diligence, even after my request, nor did W Living.I would not recommend.I still have not heard from them regarding my security deposit.STAY AWAY!!!!!
I want to take a minute and express my deepest gratitude to Arif Ali.He was amazing in his efforts to ensure all questions and concerns were answered timely and with total honesty.And trust me I had many questions but he never responded with annoyance but with pictures and full details. The experience was appreciated and presented with pleasure.I wanted to ensure to gets the credit he deserves and if you are interested in one of their locations he is a must have as an agent.Thank you Arif Ali for everything.
Have rented a property from them for about a year now. Always timely response and service when needed.
Management always answers communication quickly and resolves issues effectively and on a timely basis. The apartments they provide are very nice, however the walls can be a little thin.

W Living has been very helpful and responsive anytime we have any questions or concerns. They upkeep with the apartments nicely and are always willing to help anytime we have a question about maintenance or other concerns.
Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. HIGH level of unprofessionalism and confusion on their part. Have to call about 5 times for maintenance to get anything fixed. Workers are not responsive with answering phones. Not to mention staff is incredibly rude both in person & email.
