These are old apartments, but they are nice. I love the space and location. They are very close to a bus stop and upsal train station. This is a friendly neighborhood. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you don’t mind living with rodents! I have killed 5 rats in the past month. As many others have stated, maintenance is not that great either.

Worst landlord/maintenance imaginable. No one responds to calls or emails. My apartment has been for over a week at a time without heat, and even longer without hot water. The walls are cracking and the ceilings dropping plaster. The trash is collected once a week and cascades all over the back alley. At night there are rats, possums and feral cars there. Please save yourself heartache and steer clear.

Lived there back in the 80s...wasnt a bad look for a first apartment, except for the nightly car break-ins. Was pretty comforable.

Maintenance is HORRIBLE!!! Never available for emergencies
