Theyre pretty good. I highly recommend them. Its just on a busy day they do rush jobs. But, over all Ive been going there for over a year. Even before covid. I paid $45 for this set! (Dipping powder) I highly recommend you go on a day theyre not super busy so they can give more attention to your needs.

I got Gel nails and one of my nails my polish came off the same day. Regular polish on my toes came off as well. Polish was not smooth, bulky looking. Nail techs did a horrible job and rushed bc they had so many people coming in. I don’t appreciate the service that I received bc I pay my money just like everyone else. I did call and will be going back to fix these errors after 2 days so I will see how they do and update this review.

Very unprofessional got my son, daughter and myself pedicures and was going to get a new full set... well they switched me from chair to chair on top of me asking for John because he has always done my nails. Im personally not returning.... oh wait ✋ while this preteen wanted to get her nails filled well...... she only had an 50dollar budget they LAUGHTED AT THIS GIRL.... once she sat down John and his buddy decided to talk about her hair and eye lashes.... how I know because they all got up and walked over there to look and laugh 😡😡😡

The customer service in this establishment is HORRIBLE!! I just recently moved to this area and decided to stop here. I received a Deluxe Pedicure and a Gel Fill In. I paid $90 for these services. This wasn’t out of the ordinary because this is what I normally pay for my mani and pedi. Six days after services were rendered I noticed a discoloration in my gel polish and my nails began chipping off. I went back to have them change my polish and to correct my nails. I was willing to pay half of what they initially charged me for these services. They insisted chipping happens within a week! Lies! I’ve been getting the same services every two weeks, for three years and I’ve never witnessed this must damage. They wanted to give me $5 off. I insisted that I deserved a more reasonable discount, especially with the amount I initially paid. When I disagreed with her she told the workers to stop working on my nails and she up charged it another $15! I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service and would never recommend this establishment!!! (I didn’t get a picture of my nails before, I assumed they’d be fixed...”) 🙄

Awful rushed and looked like a 5year old did my nails as well as my daughter spent over 125 for a job that could have been done by a 10 year old.

First off, I wanted to still give them a chance even after the bad reviews since I only wanted a pedicure. Anyway, I went in and no one spoke or welcomed me the 1st words out their mouths was what I wanted and pointed me where to sit. The seats were nasty had nail residue all over and you wantes me to sit there?? I turned around and exited.

I’ve been going here for years but my patience has run out. They are way over priced for the quality of work they give. I’ve been disappointed more times than satisfied. They’ll see you’re not satisfied and still won’t offer to fix the problem. I’m very patient & understanding but I am done with them after 5 years.

Although she did a good job on my nails the experience of how they treated a woman who had a physical disability was so un called for. A woman had limited movement from what I could see in one if not both hands. They did not want to give the woman the nails she asked for until the daughter/provider showed up to say they are going to do them. And even then they argued with her about it. The daughter even offered to help hold her hand if that would allow them to do them and they finally agreed to do them and ended up not needing help from her much anyway.Y’all people of any ability are people too and deserve the best! I truly hope that you take the time to learn how to serve people of ALL abilities.

Today was my 1st. time here. I was very pleased. Nicole took her time with my Pedicure and made sure I was pleased. She done an awesome job on my Brows. I will definitely be back and ask for Nicole by name.

My friend and I went and they rushed through our pedicure... never received a pedicure in 10 mins. Didn’t take the time to scrub our heels and the paint job was horrible. I feel like they half did everything for what we’re used too at a nail shop.

I told myself I would never return but I did (after 3-4 years) and I see why I told myself I wouldn’t return from the start. It hasn’t even been a week and my nail is chipped. I got the “dip” powder on my nails and that always last me at least 3-4 weeks. So once again I learned my lesson never returning!!!

The guy who gave me the deluxe pedicure did an amazing job. Very professional and in line monetarily with other nail studios in the area. Would recommend and will go again.

Been getting my nails done there for the last 5 months with Emily. The last time that she did them, I did not like them. I did not make a fuss, I simply let her know that I wasnt impressed. I chalked it up to her having a bad day... no biggie. I still paid, but I did not tip. I showed up today, signed in, and was seated. Then I was told that Emily did not want to do my nails😒 Wow. Im shocked.

The customer service is really awful, and they are definitely over priced. Atmosphere is horrible, and if you ever notice scores you will see they are below average. This means that you may get athlete foot fungus if you chance getting a pedicure (my opinion)

I got my nails filled in today. Not happy. When I said something to the guy was told that Id have to pay $12 more for a manicure for him to fix them. I had already paid for them to be done.

The male nail tech is horrible. Doesn’t know the first thing about pedicures. The owner knows this and still allows him to do them and when I complained about it he looked at me like I was the one with the problem! On top of that he goes and sits down and started watching tv! Never again though, I will find another shop!

Went here for a fun night out with a friend. Was seated right away which was nice but the guy who did my nails is not someone I would ever want to go see again. He was friendly but he completely jacked up my nails. The polish didnt even reach the top of my cuticle! But it irritated me even more because he did three other women in the time that it took my friend to get hers and we were getting the same job! He was rushing through them. I could see the three others giving their nails the same looks I was. The finish was terrible and he didnt do what I requested. I ended up soaking them off two days later.

This place is a little dirty. The staff is not very friendly, they act like they don’t want to take you, or keep passing you around to different techs, very unprofessional. Horrible customer service! Horrible!

I called and asked for prices. When I got there and got the manicure they charged be over what they said. After I told them I called and asked prices they told me it was because I got the good nail polish. It literally did even last a week on my nails before it chipped and completely came off. They refused to make anything right and still made me pay over price after I got it done. They lied to me about prices! Im very unsatisfied and will not be going back!

Im so disappointed. I have been coming to this shop for atleast 3 years. Sunny (who sits at the first table now that Dan is gone) is the only one I let do my nails. Ive always known this shop NOT to be great with designs. However, I didnt think simple LINES were too much. I went in for my fill in, Nancy SLAYED my brows per usual and Sunny did my fill in. I showed him a pic of the nail design I wanted. Which was simply 3 lines on each ring finger and each pointy finger... This man put the most uneven, curved, squiggly lines ever..He also drilled so hard on my nails that I constantly told him he was hurting me. 2 nails on each of my hands looked terrible.I told him I didnt like it. He took it off and did it again. Still just as bad. So.. I go to pay and I said There is no way you should charge me full price and you know you just did my nails really bad.His reply was I know.know. ....Really?! So if you know they look bad why are you charging me full price.? I left, sat in my car 15 seconds and went back inside and asked someone else to fix my nails! Nancy had left (she was who I wanted). Sunny said he would fix them. I told him NO, Im disappointed in how you treated me. Ive been coming here for years. You dont treat customers this way! Any time a customer says they are unhappy...you dont let them leave! So no, you will not be touching my hands ever again. I let some guy who I didnt even know fix the nails that looked horrible and I left. I will actually go back and only do business with Nancy. She does amazing brows, eyelashes has done my nails a few times. Sorry for the long review.

The nail technician was very rough and did not take her time to pay attention to detail. She clipped down my actual real nails I asked to just trim down. They are over priced for the lack of services and customer service. Very unprofessional in my opinion!If anyone gets a chance, look at their rating of cleanliness posted on the wall by the city.

Poor quality gel nails peeled in 3 days after getting them done and my acrylic is lumpy as hell not worth the $180 I spent on 3 people

Walked in here today after work around 2pm. I signed in and sat down after telling them that I was there for just brows. 20 mins later another lady walks in for the same and she was told to sit in the back that the brow lady left a while ago! I sat there for 20 mins!!!! Just for no one to tell me shes not even there. I walked out for the last time!

They advertised $20 for pedicure, I asked for basic pedicure. She charged me $25 plus I tipped $3. Not a good value???
