Love this nail salon. I use Ashley and have had nothing but compliments on my nails. They are open on Sundays which is hard to find.

Great job done on my french ombré dip powder manicure by Liem. Would definitely recommend his work to anyone looking for an artist.

Honestly I used to love coming here. I’d more than likely let Ashley do my nails for the most part but recently, I’ve been getting an off vibe about the whole facility.If you’re anything less than white you’re not treated or greeted properly. If I’m a paying, tipping and respectful customer, why am I getting anything less than treated fairly? Whew.. I will never come here again.

Great atmosphere, staff, and very attentive to services provided. Manicure and pedicure services are reasonably priced as well.

They were trying to tell me 3 pedicures was $229 and Ashley told me 78 dollars for my nails once she tried to show me the price on the calculator & the price displayed 71 dollars. and told me if i was “broke” just say that !!! like no shawty if you need the money just say that !! horrible service once asked multiple times how much was everything. we got into a whole argument and i came out on top. should not play with someone hard earned money !

This place was very unprofessional. Prices were outrages! I have never paid $78 for a simple white toe! Never again! They did not have any prices up to see what we were paying for. Staff was very rude and loud.

THEY WILL ADD THEIR OWN PRICES ONCE AT THE CASH REGISTER!!! once we asked them multiple times at the pedicure spa chair (piped-in) THEY ALSO NEED THERE PRICES VISIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO SEE NOT IN THE “system”

The team is wonderful! The do the best care that Ive had. The offer water or soda. The listen to you and what you want, then deliver. I just love going there!!

Just started going here and I love them

I have been going to the same place for years, and I am a creature of habit lol but I found a design I wanted to try and he completely dismissed it, saying no one could attempt yada, yada, okayyyy 💁. Called this place on a whim and asked about free handed designs and set up an appointment within 45 minutes. Not only did my tech nail it on the head with what I wanted, but it was definitely professional, clean and properly sanitized and just overall assuring! Go check it out, they will not disappoint!

Nothing stood out as better than other nail salons in area.

The first time I went a female technician did my nails great. But these last 2 times Stephen did my nails and they broke less than a week due to him not putting enough acrylic on. 3 weeks ago I got chrome nails my pinky nail broke less than a week. Two weeks ago I got a color change and stones added. My index nail broke less than a week. 2nd week my pinky nail broke. Then my middle nail broke a few days after. Did I mention I also lost 4 stones that first week as well!!!! Unfortunately I cannot spend no more money for bad work nor waste my time traveling from Montgomery!!!! Not even in Montgomery at nail shops have i had nails to break so quickly!!!!

I love kl nails, never been disappointed with service. They are very friendly. Due to covid 19 they started doing appointments however I really like making an appointment now. I’m able to get in and out with out it being overcrowded or having a wait time.

Than is amazing !!!! Best pedicure I ever received and she waxed my brows perfectly. Will def be back.

I love KL Nails! I get my manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxings done here. I always call and make an appointment, so that is how I mitigate against wait times because they do get busy. I also am not afraid to ask them how much a service cost. They also take competitors coupons, and they have a punch card that you can get punched and after so many punches you get $15 dollars off of your next service. I have used that punch card a couple of times. I also love the workers there because they are super sweet and very talkative once you get to know them. I have tried many different places and never got the same quality of service that I get at KL Nails, so I always end up coming back to KL.

The nail technician was thee most UNPROFESSIONAL- while over zealously removing cuticles, each time she hurt me and I winced in pain, she giggled, as if she was deriving sadistic pleasure by hurting me.Every time she needed to re position my hands/fingers, she pushed my hands by using ugly and aggressive body language.No exfoliation, no moisturizer to the fingers....call it a manicure ???!(Said her name was Than)

Went to get a manicure and a pedicure and by far has been the best nail salon I’ve gone too. My nails look amazing and have lasted so long. I highly recommend to go and check this place out!

Worst pedicure. Ive been here twice and had poor quality service both times. Rushed through, polish was smudged, chipped after one day. Dont waste your time and money.

Ive been coming here for about 6 months now and love it. The young lady that completed my pedicure today was phenomenal and offered me a cold beverage which noone had ever offered that before.

First ever manicure I had without soaking my hands. Guy nipped my cuticles so many times it was ridiculous. Had to put something on to stop the bleeding. After telling him I didnt want my nails cut he proceeded to file them to nubs! Asked for clear polish and ended up with something white and pearly. Definitely will not go back.

I’m having a baby in 9 days or less and went today for a manicure, eyebrow wax, and pedicure. Everything was wonderful. My nails and toes look great, they let me sit extra in the massage chair once I was done, they gave me water, and even let me snack on a sandwich when i was Hungry. I will Be back!

When I first visited this place, I was impressed. Plenty of workers and never a wait. Now, I have waited several time with or without appointment, been cheated on nail rate twice, and the workers seems far in between. Three stars because I still frequent, but ask about pricing while service is rendered, have time to wait, and insure Im not getting cheated.

Had a gel mani and pedicure done here recently and I was super happy with my experience! Friendly staff and I was in and out. I showed them a picture of the design that I wanted and they did exactly what I wanted, I highly recommend this place!

Good place to groom ur nails

Poor customer service! No one greeted me and offered to assist. I happen to see a lady sign in on a tablet after standing there for several minutes. When I asked how long the wait which I had to do so twice before answered by the staff member he appeared put off just because I asked. I decided to take my business where I am welcomed!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is all super nice, the colors and shapes and sizes all vary and they can do A LOT of things with your nails. Ive been here about 5 times and I just love it. Its very affordable. The only thing that I dont like is that they cut my skin around my nails alot. Sometimes the nail techs are also in a rush and just put the nails on kind of sporadic... But, they usually come out very pretty, one nail might be a little tilted but it isnt very noticable. The wait is very short, and it only takes a short amount of time to put acrylics on.

Went in to get my nails done, and left so disappointed!! The guy acted like he was in such a hurry, and took no time hear what I wanted. Kept going on about getting gell nails, so i decided i would get them, because he said he wouldnt do the design i wanted. Then my nails were so crooked. They look awful! Every nail is sideways. I have NEVER been so disappointed before... EVER.

I came in and was greeted by Ben. Id never had my feet done before and being prior military I thought I wouldnt be able to get anything done to them. Sandra and Candance have helped me the times Ive came in and I will continue to come back. They are always fun and the environment is pleasant to be in. Will always come here before anywhere else.

K L Nail and Spa is nicely decorated, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are super friendly. Rarely, if ever, do I have a long wait, if there is one at all. The quality of the nail techs work is above and beyond. 💅🏻

Rushed through my pedicure which resulted in smudged polish (I purchased an upgraded pedi) and took almost two hours to do my gel manicure which ended up being uneven.

I was a walk in but they took me right away. Nail technician did a wonderful job with the pink and white manicure I requested. Will definitely be going back.

I love this place. They work hard to take care of everyone who walks in their doors, regardless of how busy they are. Anyone nail tech I get gives a thorough, relaxing pedicure.

EDITED SEE VERY BOTTOM.......Very disappointed I came in for a pedicure and all they did was put my feet in the water cut nails down and barely scrub my feet they didnt remove anything from around the nails or anything.The owner contacted me to make it right, I was very pleased after I came back it was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had and very thorough the enployee that took care of me was very kind I will definitely come back and recommend them.

I always drive to Lagrange to get my nails and feet done but this time I decide to try this place just for a pedicure. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my pedicure. I informed the lady I have ingrowns and I would like for then to be taken out. She insisted on telling me it was just skin now Ive been getting pedicures well over 30 yrs and I know my toes. She constantly told me its nothing there well days later here I am with the pain of an ingrown giving me the blues. $47 dollars later and Im totally disatisfied I will continue driving to Lagrange where Ive been going for over 8 yrs. I have 2 stars for the establishment not the service I recvd on my pedicure.

I wanted to edit my rating! I went back and was greeted by the manager Ben! He was very nice and made sure my nails where done perfect. Thank you Ben!First, the facility is beautiful and the staff was really friendly. I came Im to get my current gel nail removed and my nails redone. I didnt get the ladies name that did my nails but she was really really rough. There are several places where she broke my skin with the nail file, the worst is on my pinky. She cut my cuticle open with the buffer! It actually bled. When I reacted I was surprised but she was apologetic so I was nice. Later in the process she poured nail polish remover over my fingers and actually shhed me when I said ouch! That really upset me, but I continued to smile. My kids were with me and I didnt want to cause a scene. My nails are beautiful but my hands are really sore today (got them done yesterday) and she still charged me full price! I should have talked to a manager while I was in there but the nail tech made me feel like I couldnt.

Just depends on who you get. Ive gone twice with my friend to get pedicures. Sometimes they are great, sometimes not so great. Got acrylics done recently and got home to realize one nail is crooked but I should have paid more attention.

Rude and lazy staff. I walked in to ask about pricing and nobody looked up from their phones. The employees were sitting around on the phones and I felt like I was bothering them.

Love this place!! The BEST service

I had a pleasant experience the first time I had my nails done there (gel overlay with gel polish). The polish lasted & overlay did not chip. I returned two weeks later for a fill & had a different technician (male). Within a week the majority of my overlays had cracked & started to peel away from my real nail. Mind you, I am not hard on my artificial nails by any means. I would not recommend this nail salon due to the inconsistency among the different technicians.

Ive been to this establishment several times the last two times Ive been in there Ive been put in the wax room to get my eyebrows waxed and no one ever come in there the first time I waited 45 minutes for no one to show end today I gave them 20 minutes and no one came in they just kept shutting the door and ooking in

This place does the best pink and white powder acrylic out of any other place Ive been (and Ive been to a lot). Larry does the best job, hes so meticulous, leaving my nails looking flawless!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Ben at KL Nails for several years and I love it. But this time, I decided to try something new and went in to get my eyelashes done for a professional photoshoot. I think they called it “individuals” where they glue on individual sets of lashes versus an entire strip. Marliee did an amazing job!!! My hair stylest and the makeup artist were extremely impressed and said that my lashes looked super natural. Thanks again for my lashes Marliee!!

I come to this nail salon often and Came in an hour before they closed today. They asked me what I wanted and then turned me away and told me that they were about to leave and didn’t have time for me. Poor service and they obviously don’t need my business.

Terrible work and terrible service. I have been here several times and will not be returning. Two days ago- the nail tech was not at all thorough with removing the cuticles, the pedicure does not look nice like it should. Most annoying was having my tech and the tech next to her talk in Vietnamese continuously for 20 minutes. It came across as rude coz they never took even a single minute to talk to me.
