Seriously the worst salon Ive ever been too!!! I wanted gel at first but their color selection wasnt great, well I decided on pink and white well needless to say they look awful, I also told her I need them super short due to my job and they are far from super short...ill def be driving to Columbus from now on to the place that did them last time, they listened to me and my nails looked flawless...i wish there was a no start review...oh and not to mention that their score was an 80 but you wouldnt know until you went to wash your hands considering its posted in the back of the salon.

So first off I love the way it looked inside, It looked all nice and luxury! I had a coupon for a $19.00 full set acrylic. I told the guy I wanted a long length, he explained that the coupon allows only short length and If I wanted a longer length it would cost more. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that! I noticed that when he put the acrylic on their was spots missing! My cousin and mom had gotten a manicure and their nail polish started chipping off and spots were missed! I wont be returning to this nail salon.

I arrived at 2pm, told the lady what I wanted. 10minutes later she had me sit in the pedi-chair.the water was Luke warm at best. 40minutes later still no pedicure. I told the lady I had to leave she just looked at me like I was dumb. The only reason I went there was because I was given A gift certificate. I left the darn thing on the rubber tote that was by the chair I was sitting in. Out the door I walked. Poor service. I wasted an hour of my life at that sorry place.did I mention their health department rating is 80

The man that done my acrylic nails had the shakiest hands ever. He was obviously struggling to do them. I’ve never had nails done this badly before. He glued on incorrect sizes, layed the acrylic on messy, and did not apply the polish on the entire surface of any of the nails. I got regular polish and didn’t get them a long length. The sign said $19, but he charged me $25. I’d rate this place no stars if I could.

Wonderful visit and outstanding service. Hands and feet feel soooo good. Very clean and peaceful. Love Sandra!!!

Bad Bad Bad!!! Couldnt even do a simple french tip my toes were chipped the next day I went back to get it fixed got skipped several times when I just needed 2 of them repainted due to the terrible job go arcoss the street instead I see why they are always empty when I go and they are terrible at nails so thin broke the next day but was okay at doing pedicures so thats why I continued to go due to the quietness because they are so slow(now I know why!!!!!) but I must say its not worth my hard money I worked for pass this nail shop up!!!!

Me and my fiancé went there twice and both times were not good. They cannot cut nails straight or even apply nail polish properly without making a mess. My fiancés nails looked worse than before she came in on the second time and the worse part about it is that they still wanted me to pay for it after we showed them the terrible job. You are better off going across the street to the other nail salon. The quality is better there.

Waited a good hour before they even started doing my nails; they were not even busy; only had 3 ppl and 3 members on staff. Not worth the wait

First time here and the lady waxing my eyebrows, burned the crap out of me with wax. On top of that, I still have new growth under eyebrows. They look horrible. I have also been waiting in pedi chair for over an hour. My feet are raisins! Heard about them from the money mailer coupon thing and wanted to try them out since they are relatively close to home. Not sure if I will come back. I had a better experience across the street in publix shopping center. Still waiting for mani/pedi. Hope that at least comes out alright.
