Not personal, not friendly, and the work looks awful. I ONLY went in to have two nails fixed. My regular nail tech is 1.5 hours away and I just wanted to get my nails fixed quickly. Worse decision ever mad. The tech was very cold, rude, and did an awful job. See GIGANTIC, ill-shaped nail. Also, it was $14. Well over-priced!Update: I was able to schedule an emergency nail appointment with my normal nail technician. We found out that the substance used was NOT real acrylic. I lost $14 and time--be better than me. Dont waste your time.

Katie, Kaylee, Dustin, & Kim did so good! Katie’s daughter Mimi was also so sweet! Has a friendly family environment! They try their best to get you in! They make you feel so comfortable!! Recommend!!!!!!

They were very gentle with my feet, especially with me having men old feet. Prices were good too.

This is by far the worst nail salon! for one, they cut my nails shorter then what i asked for and when i asked them to fix it they got an attitude and told me they weren’t doing my nails so they took them off on top of them already having bad customer service experience. I would not recommend this nail salon.

My daughters nails were HORRENDOUS! They were rigid, uneven, and crooked. This is the third time they’ve messed up her nails, and we asked to fix them and they said they were fine. $27 wasted. I would not recommend for manicures but the pedicures are great.

There customer service was really bad,, once we got in a chair. My nails were uneven and when I asked her to fix them she had a attitude. I seen a coach roach on the table beside me,, plus there were flys everywhere. I watched a lady supposed to be cleaning a foot slacking tub after someone used it,, she sprayed it, filled it with water, turned the jets on and drained it then just barley wiped it out with a dry cloth. Highly would not recommend

I had a mani and a pedi done. Very satisfied. Great service and great friendly staff. Prices not bad. I enjoyed my visit. I will go back.

I asked for pink and white ombre and pretty much got 2 separate colors. Not blended at all. The first pink he used didnt even show up, my nails were still white, then 2 others pinks were tried. 2 of my nails would still be all white if I didnt say anything. On top of that my nails are uneven on the sides and tips. I will never go back.

I have recommended this place for years but never again after yesterday. I asked for the ridges on my toenails to be smoothed before she painted my nails and she assured me that it would not show through the Polish and she was wrong. I asked for extra scrubbing callus removal so I would have smoother feet and she said I had no rough places. She wanted a fast pedi and didnt even offer a menu of services. I got a $50 manicure on my real nails and walked out with sloppy thick fake looking nails because she did not want to spend the time a $50 dip/manicure requires to not look like a sloppy acrylic job.She knew I was planning to go on a cruise to celebrate my 15 year cancerversary I was excited and polite and I didnt get that in return. I called today and they think I should come back in. On the day I am leaving for the cruise to have it fixed??? No!

Went in for fill and pedicure. 5 people on staff and no other customers. Had fill done and they said it would be a minute for pedicure. Then all 4 girls left to get food. 1 guy was left and he said theyd be right back. Really? 4 girls chit chatting picking up food! Im no, empty salon and I found it to be the rudest thing they all walked out on me. Plus the guy wouldnt even do it. I walked out.

Just got my nails done at Top Nails & Spa by Katie! Theyre beautiful and she did such a wonderful job!

The staff is friendly and they do a great job with nails. Im picky and will let you know what I want and they listened and I got exactly what I wanted.

Went for a regular fill now one of my nails are broken and the other is chipping gel paint. I’m not satisfied so this will definitely be my last time ever goin here...terrible job even after I asked the nail person to put on tips over my regular nails because I wanted them to last wouldn’t breaking or chipping....
