Employee did not apply rubbing alcohol prior to polishing toe nails after performing cuticle care. He did not apply any lotion to my feet prior to polishing toe nails also. I paid more for a higher priced pedicure, but received less services than the cheapest pedicure. I want Lee or Kim next time ONLY! No Lee or Kim, NO SERVICE again at this location. Employee consistently removed his face mask after salon has taken down the clear plastic partitions at each station. Please place clear plastic partitions back up for customers safety. Thanks.

I just moved to the area and stopped in one day. Impressed with cleanliness, organization, and smiles on patrons faces. Recently retired, and wanting to make up for all the time I had not invested in me, Kim had a lot of work to do! She was gentle, thorough, and I chose gel mani at her suggestion. I LOVE my nails and I go back every 2-3 weeks. She always delivers!

Beautiful as always. They were fast and proficient! Great product for the price you pay. $80 for a Mani and a pedi with polish on toes and gel on the fingers.

Mrs Kim has been my nail tech since 2012. I LOVE her work and the relation we have developed with her and the staff. Consistency and loyalty are key. She prides herself in my services because of it. I can sit in the chair and only need to choose my color as she has LEARNED me through my consistency and loyalty. She’s will to do all I bring new as well. I absolutely love my nail tech family and would recommend here. Just as your barber or beautician has to learn your hair, hands are the same way.

I’m pregnant and they were very accommodating to the fact I couldn’t use acetone, they still got my acrylics off and provided me with a wonderful manicure for a great price!

When I got home yesterday I noticed the bottom of my foot and side of my big toe were bleeding. Kim rubbed so hard during my pedicure they took off my skin and I have cuts on my feet. I didn’t see it before since I had sneakers on after my pedicure (got gel). It’s pretty painful especially when hot water touches it. I did feel her scrubbing rough but she stopped when she saw the look on my face.

Lee did a great job on my nails, he was rough in the beginning but in the end he did a great job.

Previously had my nails done here needless to say some of the nails fell off without my knowledge....no pain at all. Today got an emergency pedicure....feet scrubbed in plain water. Toenails clipped raggedy lotion only applied to legs.. Ended up going to my appointment with ashy feet🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️....never again

Very rude!! Talked and laughed about us the entire time. I wanted dip polish over my fake nails but they kept trying to say they had to take them off and put new ones on to do it. I know they just wanted me to spend more money. Once I kept repeating that I did not want my nails taken off they showed me a powder I could get. Kept forcibly moving my wrist and hand! Overall a horrible experience. Mine and my friends nails didn’t even look good & definitely not what we asked for!! Would not recommend going here.

I went and got a normal pedicure and a set of pink & whites. They did an amazing job. I also got my daughters toe nails painted. She is seven and messed them up a little and they even repainted it with no aggravation, I even told them to not worry about it that I would touch it up at home but they wanted to do it. The lady who did my nails had someone come in and ask how long she had left with me because she wanted to wait. She told her one hour, she looked at me and said she didn’t like to be rushed. The man who did my pedicure was great and thorough as well. Felt like I got a deluxe pedicure. They all took their time and did great work. They were very pleasant as well. Deff going back. Wish I knew how to post a pic of my nails cause they look bomb. I’ve got two compliments from strangers already. Go see them!

I suppose it helps who you have doing your nails. I am always satisfied when I leave this place!! Great attention to detail. & my mom and I also had wonderful ladies working on them as well! Its also very clean and relaxing. Truly a buoyant experience THAN EVER. & I received a rational manicure/pedicure.

Just recently started going here. Cute, lasted for about a month! All ladies are awesome and super pleasant. I told what I wanted and they cleaned up everything very nicely. This place is so nice and relaxing! God bless this place. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

So first the man told me to sit down in the chair and put my feet in, well he didn’t mention to tell me that I was putting my feet in someone else’s dirty water. He ended up changing the tub a few minutes later. Well then when he was massaging my feet and legs he didn’t do my right leg. Finally while he was doing my feet he kept passing gas. I’m not even going to mention how my friend got treated, she’ll write her own review.

Mrs Kim has been my nail technician for at least two years and as long as she is in business. I wont r going anywhere! She does excellent work and is always concerned about my actual nail care (gel overlay on my own nails). She REFUSES to allow a slight lift or chip to remain to protect my own nails. The staff is like family there. They are ALWAYS cleaning and Ive yet to see an off day. She listens to my concerns and gives me what Ive asked for BUT will let me know if something in my choices is not the best. The pedicure techs are amazing as well. ALL AROUND AMAZING EXPERIENCES FOR ME ONLY! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TEAM KIM!!! Shes also very patient. If you dont like lined or waits, then just schedule your appt. Thanks TEAM KIM!!!

Today I went in to get my nails done, Ive been here probably a total of 3 times. Needless to say (Im guessing the owner) she swiped my card 4 times yet she kept saying it declined. I told her I didnt have any cash so I will leave my phone and go down the street to the bank. When I got there they told me the money had been taken out and if I payed her cash I would be paying her twice. I asked two bank workers they both said the same thing. They even printed out a statement for me to take back. I know sometimes money can be reversed but they told me the transaction was cleared! When I got back she told me she would write me card number down and call her bank Tuesday. Mind you I told her I will be on a cruise with no cell service. She also told me the people at the bank was crazy. I asked her could she check her machine again to see if it went through and she told me no, she did it once already. I asked her to call the police because I refused to pay her twice. After asking her to call the police multiple times she told me I should just trust her. Trust you with my card number? Seriously. However she eventually got mad and told me to just go and dont come back which is perfectly fine with me due to the fact my nails were so ugly and uneven this time around. Funny thing about it is, my first time going here it was a lady in here complaining about the same thing where the week before they told her, her card declined and she paid them cash yet her transaction went through with her bank. She argued with her about it too. I never write reviews but this time it had to be known!

I went to this place a few months back and the lady that did my nails that day while filing my nails cut into the skin around my nails and made it bleed on a couple different fingers. Before I left she put ointment on my fingers and acted like nothing happened. I went back to her shop yesterday thinking I would get someone else but she sat down. I thought ok well it may have been a fluke thing last time. Again she digs into the skin around my nails and completely screwed up what I wanted for the design which was clear with some glitter at the end. After leaving and really looking at my fingers and my nails I went to Ladonia nails and thankfully they were able to fix what this shop had screwed up so bad and noticed right away what had happened to the sides of my nails from the filing. I will not be going back to this place and I definitely dont recommend it. Both times I went for a full set of gel nails. Horrible experience! I usually dont leave reviews but felt I needed to after the second time.

When I make an appointment, they not only honor that time slot but I get a reminder call the day before. They are so sweet and professional in a work! Also, they do an excellent job on my nails/pedicure. Love you Kim Nails & Spa!

My friend and I stumbled upon Kim Nails & Spa The service was absolutely fantastic and clean! I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure for an amazing deal. I would highly recommend this place, especially to those who are just visiting Phenix City.

I just moved here from Virginia so I was looking for a new nail home. I checked places with good reviews and this is one of the higher ones. But I was so disappointed. After I left I actually went to Columbus and got my nails redone. The polish was really thick (I have gel polish) and some spots weren’t even painted. When I went to the other place the lady actually told me my nails were crooked.So I will never ever go here again, even if it is closer to where I live.

Went with friends and my friend started bleeding because her nail tech filed her thumb too hard. My nail tech filed for 20 minutes straight causing my thumb to be rubbed raw. We were there for two hours. My nail tech constantly pushed my hand away and didnt listen to my design idea. She did white gel acrylic base and I wanted black on the sides and she said that I only said white when I showed her the picture.

There are very rude and unprofessional. For it to be a nail shop they do not give what customers ask for. Instead they will tell you and talk to each other about they dont want to do your nails. So if its time consuming dont ask them to do it. They will refuse you. I will not be back. If anyone decided to go there, you go at your own risk. But they very unprofessional.

Ive found here about three weeks ago. The technician & worker here greeted me right when I walked in. I think this place is great with quality products. It was awesome salon!

If I could give this place no stars I would. They are very rude and the Nail tech named Jay told my mom nobody wanted to do her nails because it was too much work. For $87 (pedicure and manicure) we shouldve got service with a smile. You could clearly tell they were talking about the clients in their native language. I will never return to this establishment.

We won’t be coming back. This is my daughters 2nd time ever getting her nails done. We went to Ruby’s the first time and had a great experience but it was packed so we came here closer to the house. I’m 41yrs old and have had my nails done several times and I don’t think I have ever seen nails come out looking like this! They were pointing upwards, she told me that that was just her nails that did that 😂 lol. Needless to say she redid them and the funny thing was that all the sudden her nails were straight 🤦‍♀️ Must have fixed themselves in like 2 min, AMAZING! I didn’t get a chance to get pics of the 4 that looked like they were pointing to the sky but even the finished product wasn’t great-some were still pointing up just not as bad and some were crooked. Waste of our 2hrs we spent here and $45 we were charged. We will cross the river and spend our two hours at Ruby’s from now on.

My number one recommendation is to make an appointment. I was very pleased with the service. They were so friendly and sweet. And i stayed on top of their work. Good prices, good customer service,. . whats not to like. The whole process was pleasant compared to most nail shops. I dont go anywhere else for my manis/pedis.

These are the rudest people that I have ever met. my three year old dropped a nail polish bottle and broke it. I was already attempting to clean up the glass when the lady up front told me the trash can is over there and you need to clean the polish before it dries. and her attitude alone was rude. after that she wouldnt look me in the eye, then told me my nails were terrible and she couldnt do anything with them. Id have to go see someone else. I told her not to worry about me just do both of my daughters, since I thought they were already working on my oldest. Come to find out, they had skipped her. all they were getting was their nails and toes painted. so when 20 min had passed (2 people had left that came in after I did) and she hadnt came back to the front to me (i was sitting up front and was blocked from seeing her) I went to check on her. She hadnt even been started on. When I brought this up to the store, along with everything else that had happened, the lady I spoke to then told me that no one there was rude and tried to blow me off. They were very demeaning. I would give them less stars if I could, but I will never suggest anyone go there.

This place doesnt even deserve a star. My sisters and I came in and they didnt even greet us. We wrote our names down and what we needed done and sat there for a while. Still, nobody looked at us or spoke to us. After waiting we got up and left because we arent going to give our money to someone who isnt welcoming or has horrible customer service.

The only thing thats nail salon has going for it is the man who can get out ingrown toenails other than that every time I go in they screw up my nails. And want to overcharge me
