We set an appointment which was confirmed the day of the apt. Then no one ever showed up. I called several times and their was voicemail available from then on even tho it had worked originally. I felt avoided. It’s Ben a couple weeks and they have never contacted me to explain or reschedule. Very unprofessional.

We have been on service with them for over 10 years. They always give a courtesy call before coming to the house. The price seems competitive and fair. The best part is the ants and rodents do not make it into our house, even with weather changes and all the construction going on nearby.

Do not use this service under any circumstances. They have lied and over-billed my account multiple times, and refused to refund the overpayments despite conclusive proof of payment in the form of my cancelled checks with their name and account printed on the back of the check. They are deceptive, dishonest, and we still have bug problems. Stay away.

I have used Jay and his company for 25 years!!!! Never have had an ant, spider or rodent problem since then and we have lived way out in the country from Petaluma to Geyserville for 22 of those years. Before we move in, he gets rid of anything there, and afterwards he comes on a regular schedule to maintain. He uses environmentally and pet/kid friendly products. BUT if you have a nasty Tick problem he has the material to wipe them out in a field. Just have to keep kiddos and animals away until it drys, 1/2 to a day and they are gone. Jay and his wife Holly and Peter run a tight ship and they do anything you ask of them. Gopghers, con web removal, etc. you wont find a better or more honest company (we switched over for $5 less a month and the competitors would just drive in, knock on the door and if no answer leave a bill and do nothing. Caught them on camera. Not Jays company. I have much more enhanced security now and they ALWAYS do the job!
