Matt came out to my house and did a wonderful job, was super helpful, informative and understanding. He really made me feel secure that the issue was being taken care of properly. He was super nice and friendly as well. We also have a 2 year old and he made us feel secure that all traps were child proof as well!

I called Orkin after Clark flaked on calling me back. I was looking for same day service for a flea infestation and the lady on the phone said they would not be able to come out until the next day. I told her I had to try other options and would call back. a little while later I received a call from the Orkin technician and he has some openings and could be at my house between 2-4pm or 4-6pm. I agreed to 2-4pm. That was the last I heard from Orkin. The guy took my credit card info and never called me back and never showed up. to add insult to injury, today I called a different pest company called We Care and they were going to have their tech call me to schedule an appt and guess who called. it was the Orkin tech. I lost half a days wage waiting for this guy to show up and he never did and I am still stuck with fleas in my house. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for pest control.

I just finished my first-ever experience with this company and Im completely floored. The scheduling was fast, easy, and comfortable- and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I spoke with two different representatives and BOTH were kind, easy to understand, and very informative. Thats not even the best part. The tech who came out today was the epitome of what a professional should be. Im a high functioning autistic, and can be a bit of a handful (especially when worried, and I was very very worried on his arrival)Mr. Chris(I really want to leave his full name, but dont know the policies- and dont want to break any rules)Mr. Chris not only put up with me, but was VERY thorough, explained everything with high detail, and above all... was super kind and understanding.Luckily we didnt have an infestation... but I fully intend to get the yearly service anyways- just because the experience was so positive.

Do not use the Petaluma branch, take my advice and go with other companies. The first visit was great, the initial evaluator gave a good assessment and was professional however he disclosed that he is out of town and he is covering for local guys. We paid $275 on the spot with a contract to take care of pest. The plan was to return with a Carbondioxide machine for gopher control. From that point onward, we kept on hearing excuses from the local office, including the machine is broken or unavailable. After 3 weeks of waiting, the local agent shows up and says this jobs will longer than he hoped for. It will take 2 hours therefore it is too much for him. My husband told him that for $275, he can spend 2 hours like the initial evaluator said. Horrible experience....they said the manager will call us but he never did. Stay away and save yourself from this type of business.

My problem looked more like large beetles. 3 wasp next were also found. Dan (serviceman) was very polite, provided before and after information. Was very polite and on time.

Raymone did a very thorough inspection of the attic and crawl spaces. He found activity and took action straightaway. He took the time, didn’t rush - very detailed, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant through out. Must have been at our property for 2-2.5 hours in total. We appreciate this and are happy with the service we got. Now we’ll wait for the results.

I had some roaches outside. They came and made an assessment for me the next day and we’re out to spray the day after. They always called before coming and were respectful, on time and informative. 10 out of 10 would call them again. They made it hassle free with reminder calls of upcoming appointments and it was always the same people calling and coming to the house. They knew what to expect from me and knew their way around the house.

They were professional. Liked the sales guys. However, I have a lot of ants so not sure why as I’m supposed to have monthly service for spraying. I’m hoping they will come back to spray.

Jeff Arga did an inspection only. He gave us options.I would like detailed information on the spray options including the ingredients in the sprays, the effectiveness etc. please text me with details. I will need that before proceeding.

Technician was very professional, clean and assured me that he could take care of the problem. With rodents. He was polite and considerate of the house in the attic crawl spaces he had to access. He will return in a week to see if we caught some rodents . I will not know the outcome of the placement of traps

Antonio Cordova was the representative that came from Orkin pest control he was very professional and polite. He walked me through everything he was going to be doing and listen to my concerns about chemicals since I have two dogs and a cat I was very happy with their service and will see them again in two months!🤗

We live in rural West Sonoma and have a guest cottage that was inundated with ants and spiders. John from Orkin came on time and was highly knowledgeable and thoughtful. He went right to work and came back a week later for a follow up visit. He brought a ladder and got up under the high interior ceiling A with a shop vac. Great effort, highly recommended.

Orkin is highly responsive which I truly appreciate. At times they don’t follow thru with some of the specialty services such as mosquito treatment or mole treatment but overall they are good.

My treatment was done incorrectly and I was lied to by an associate there named Carlos. I was then transferred to the Bay Area branch without notice and it ended up being a blessing. Lupe from the branch was amazing...she gave me back a sense of trust I had lost in the company and brand of Orkin. She was informative and quick to rectify the problem. The following day I received a treatment from Jason and he was super knowledgeable and was detail oriented. Between the service provided by Lupe and Jason I feel restored and hopeful that the issue has been taken care of in a professional manner.

Matt Stephens was our Orkin man today. He shared as much information has he could with us today and was very comforting about our giant spider situation (something that makes me extremely uncomfortable!!!) he was extremely professional, but also was able to speak to my 3 year old about the chemicals he was using to “scare” the big spiders away. He was prefect for the job. Thank you for sending such a great employee to help us with our fears and for getting this job done.

I regret hiring Orkin. I will be spending the day digging out all the soil in my yard and replacing it. I have asked every time that they not spray as it can get into my soil and they still do. It’s dinotefuran which is highly deadly to bees and also not food safe. Sad I have to dig up all my crops.

Ricardo today was incredible! Our house is large with lots of hidden crevasses and other places to check. He spent over an hour today under the house, in the attic, and outside. I highly recommend them.

Orkin came out to our home and immediately handled our rodent situation. They improved our home defenses and even made suggestions to further increase our resistance to further rodent issues. Wow! I was very impressed at the professionalism and helpful suggestions of Anthony who answered for Orkin. And I was blown away that the specialist showed up just a few hours later the same day.The specialist, David, inspected the yellow jacket nest, which was in a stone wall, asked what I had already tried to use to eliminate them, and then went over two possible treatments. I felt comfortable since David was neatly dressed in the Orkin uniform, and had been with Orkin for over a decade.David showed me a list of the chemicals he would be using, and I agreed. He spent a long time and was very thorough to treat not only the nest, but any other area in the wall that may have access to the nest.The effect was surprising. In a short time, the yellow jackets were falling out of the nest and in an hour, they appeared to be all dead. David also scheduled a follow-up inspection five days later, just in case. The whole experience was as good as a TV ad!

Third pest control company this year. Yea it’s February, I know. Thank goodness for Orkin. Tim found the issue in a very short time. Tim was not only very sweet and polite but knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Orkin. I will never use another company.

Outstanding service during each visit. Never any problems encountered. Overall service have been outstanding without complaints.

Useless for rodents. They set the same exact traps thati already had and did nothing that they said on the phone that they would do. Tried calling customer service many times to tell them about the experience and got the run around and told we would be called back 5 different times and then they just sent us to collections before ever calling us as promised. That shows how much of a untrustworthy company they are. I would never recommend them to anyone for anything after this experience.

I’ve used Orkin for approximately a year or more In the past I had many issues with technicians and billing, however whenI complained about the situation a couple of times I immediately received corrective actions. I now feel like I’m being treated good and my pest are finally being brought under control. Thank you for listening and making the appropriate corrections.

Carlos arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the behaviors and patterns of mice and very thorough. He moved my fridge, stove & bed to find the holes. He wasn’t rushed, very patient and really wanted to solve the issue. I would highly recommend him / Orkin to anyone.

Jeff from our local Orkin in Sonoma county showed up on time and called when he was on his way to our home. As these are unique times during COVID 19, he performed prudent PPE behavior by sanitizing his hands and donning his mask prior to greeting me - I am an RN and he adhered to hospital-like standards doing this! - and listened to what I expected from the job and closed the loop in communicating by telling me what to expect from start to finish. He thoroughly executed the spider extermination with great efficiency. I would request Jeff for any next job through Orkin, he is a role model for any employee at Orkin. Take good care, Jeff!
