Great nail salon. A little pricey, isnt everything else.

Visited there today April 13, 2021. absolutely the worst nail salon in petaluma by FAR. went in for a mani/pedi, showed up on time and the two workers there were extremely rude. also the manicure was plain awful and smudged as SOON as she told me that it was okay. then they refused to fix it then continued to charge me and my friend 133 dollars for just two pedis and One manicure. that was just a simple paint and go. no apology, nothing. absolutely terrible this store is. do not visit this salon. look for better places in the area. if i could add pictures i would. -0/10ps. this service took 3 hours. our appointment was at 10am and we didn’t leave the building till 1pm.

I’ve been going to this nail salon on Edith and East Washington street the last 3.5 years I lived on Edith across from the shop previously. The woman who work there have been nothing but amazing to me. The place is extremely clean & very well aired out from the fresh air outside. I love it because it’s not the factory style nail salon. Very quiet but busy. They do a nice job on my feet & nails. I’ve really appreciated their friendly attitude towards me too. Thank you, owner & the other nail tech for your services. ❤️

I originally came here because it was the only nail salon open on a sunday night at 7:30. but now that i’ve experienced their INCREDIBLE manicure and pedicure, i will definitely be back during some more ‘normal’ business hours. super sweet staff, and a clean & neat salon. they did such a good job on my embarrassingly neglected feet, that i tipped them almost the same amount as the cost of the mani and pedi.

The polishes were old and left tiny bumps after they were painted on.
