The ladies are all very nice and helpful. They are very professional, yet sweet and make sure you come out smiling. I recommend Top Nails....they also have shields at every station for safety precautions! 💕👏💕

I came to top nail to get some acrylics off and get gel nails and the lady soaked my entire hand in alcohol for 45 minutes and i told her it was burning and she said its okay it take off nail she rushed through doing my nails and when i went home my nails started chipping the next day they came off so easily and my hands where very dry and had red marks on my hand because of the alcohol and i went today to do my eye brows and i specifically asked for her not to make them thin and to keep them thick. and the same lady left my right eyebrow so thin and wax half my front part of my eyebrow and waxed the tail of my eye brow off and my left eyebrow still has hair around the tail part and made it too thin. they have very poor service and i will never come back.

I got a gel manicure, after 1+year of nothing professional done to my nails. I wanted a really light pink and they didnt have exactly what I wanted, not a huge deal. What I didnt like was that they didnt cut my nails straight. My thumb has an angled cut and my pointer has one corner pointed and one rounded. The edges arent very clean. After a week some have already chipped, which Im surprised with for a gel manicure. When she was trimming my cuticles she cut my skin at the corner of my nail, like I had an ingrown nail (but I didnt) which hurt for a few days. Ive had better manicures and I wont be going back.

Though the people were nice, the place was dirty. When she asked me to walk from the pedicure chair to the manicure chair I was happy that my toes were dry enough to put my Flipflops on, as the floor was covered with peoples finger/toenail clippings.I had a manicure dip, let’s see how long until my nails start chipping... Also that’s all she did, no cuticles trimming, no soaking my hands in soap water, or a brief hand/arm massage, very disappointing.The reason I went cause google said it was one of the top 3 in Petaluma, it’s safe to say, I will not be going back, merrily for the hygiene factor.

I went here today because my usual salon was booked but I was pleasantly surprised that she did a great job. At first it was quiet for my taste and I didnt know how I felt about that but then once I started talking they started talking and were very kind people. I would go back again.

I love the people their very nice but when I made my appointment for 4:00 and I came in at 3:50 they asked me to come back in 30 min like if I make an appointment I expect to come in and get my nails done not 30 min after my appointment

Michael is Amazing ! I wont let anyone else do my nails. I get so Many compliments on my nails ! I recommend him to Everyone !!!

I recieved great care and service but my gel nails didnt last.

Paid 40$ for uneven nails... Could have done it myself for less... Not going back!!
