Living in Paradise these days, where the grass is greener, and management is sweeter! Our family has never been happier. We moved-in 1.5 years ago into this beautiful community. Our apartment is a classic beauty with the best view of the gorgeous courtyard. The complex is clean, well maintained and the staff is excellent. Our manager Megan is simply amazing! She goes out of her way to provide us with a wonderful community and an excellent resident living experience. Megan is one of those rare individuals that blends social and professional leadership skills perfectly. Shes awesome! Our assistant manager Toni is always on top of things, making sure we all have our apartment living needs met on time and residents informed. She always blows me away with how quick and professionally she responds. What a great management team! Our family couldnt have picked a better apartment complex and community to live. Thank your Megan, Toni, and Staff for making us feel special and right at home! We absolutely love our apartment, community, management, and staff. We highly recommend Enclave at Arrowhead and wonderful staff!

I will just say this, everything was great until the complex had a change of management and up until we moved out. First, as you can see with the previous reviews there were so many issues with the new management handling our renter’s insurance. Second, they started this thing where we couldnt park backwards or we would be towed(previous management never did that), and lastly when we moved out we left the apartment spotless however we were still charged a cleaning fee. Be aware of this apartment complex, they used to be so great. Take your money elsewhere unless you like hidden fees! It clearly states in the lease if you clean the apartment thoroughly you wont be charged a cleaning fee but in fine print on another page it says you will be charged a cleaning fee upon move-out regardless! Such a joke!

I wish we couldve stayed longer. Thinking of moving to AZ, and not sure what apartment complex you should choose, choose this one. Maintenance was on top of any issue we had. Nothing like the nightmare stuff you read about at other places. Our place was clean when we moved in. We were able to put away our stuff away, right away, nothing was over looked! The staff is super friendly, and always understanding to your needs.Centrally located to pretty much everything we need, also makes for some noise due to the location. Our downstairs neighbor was our only issue with being loud all the time; but security was there to handle their 5 am parties each time.

We had nothing but praise for Enclave until we moved out. We leased a townhouse for a year and when we moved out we were charged $700 to replace the carpet. We have 3 kids but I wouldnt say the condition of the carpet was close to needing replaced. Either way, we are not the only ones, our friends who lived two townhouses down also had to pay for carpet replacement when they moved out. It seems like this is the new normal with the new management...especially if you have kids! My suggestion would be to put money aside for all the things they might want to charge you for once you move out. My only other complaint was that occasionally there were shady people on the premise, we saw a guy hopping the fence right next to our apartment. They also dont have security cameras in public places. My daughters bike was stolen from right in front of our door and there was nothing we could do because there are no cameras.**Edit: Enclave gives the same canned Response from the owner to everyone. We already discussed everything I mentioned above. If they wanted to make things better they would just call me.

We have loved our time with Enclave. They provide excellent service and have been very accommodating. I got locked out one evening and the security team came in a timely manner to help me without complaint. Apartments are roomy and comfortable and the staff are very responsive.

Wonderful place to call home! We love the location, that is what drew us to this place but what really sold us was the ladies in the office, Megan, Toni & Antoinette, each so friendly and have excellent customer service. We absolutely love our apartment, the cute bay window in the dining area and archways throughout really gives the apartment some character. We love it here!!

Beautiful grounds. Maintenance is OUTSTANDING. Management and new Ownership leave a lot to be desired. Dont leave anything unattended. It will be gone. Recent burglary of the Gym equipment. (In a Gated/Fob Community no less).Security for 2 hours of the night. Indifference and lack of concern from Office People. Look elsewhere.

I lived here for a little over three years. Its alright. Dont expect the office staff to help you with anything - they are the type of people who seem nice until you need something from them, and then they are not at all helpful. On several occasions I found them to be disorganized, but generally I interacted with the office as little as possible (I always paid on time, was quiet, etc. So they had no reason to interact with me). The move out experience was really bad. They said I didnt give my notice two months early even though I did, so basically they added on an extra months rent at the end. It made no sense but it wasnt worth arguing with them. And then a month and a half after I was gone, they called me and asked me where my keys were!! I had turned them in the day that I moved out. Smh. Really obnoxious people, Im glad to live elsewhere now.

We absolutely love living here! It’s beautiful, spacious and quiet! Love the amenities - we use the pool & hot tub all the time.The office And maintenance teams are AMAZING! Megan & Jessica are always so friendly and going above and beyond. Maintenance recently got a new team together and they are fantastic. So prompt and professional! Will absolutely be renewing next year!

We recently moved out after living here several years. The location was convenient. The communication from the office sadly, has really suffered with the new ownership. Shortly before our lease expired we were notified that the renters insurance they had on file was expired. They also stated that if it was expired they’d charge me to purchase their policy from their vendor. I quickly provided them with our updated policy which had never lapsed in coverage. Then, I’m told that the interested party needed to be changed on the policy. I had my insurance company update that and then they provided that information to Enclave. Before this, there had been nothing mentioned to us about changing the interested party on our policies. The only other communication was from 12/9 via email stating that if you’d used the renter’s insurance from the previous ownership to please contact them. We’ve always used our own company so that email did not apply to us. Anyways, I thought this was all taken care of but when I received our move out statement they still charged us for their renters insurance! I ended up paying it because the notice stated that payment was due immediately or would be sent to collections. In the past, I was used to seeing move out statements thanking us for our time there so this was a little different to see such a demanding statement. I then emailed to request a refund for the renters insurance charges as I never lapsed in coverage and provided proof. I never received a response back. Also while moving out, other tenants brought up the whole renters insurance problem too and they were not pleased with the new ownership. It seems like they’re trying to force people to use their preferred insurance company or it’s a miscommunication that needs to be resolved.

I have lived here for over a year now and my experience has been solid. The office staff is friendly and has been great answering my questions when I have them. Megan and Jessica have been so helpful. The maintenance team has always been timely in their response to any issues I may have.

Megan, the senior property manager at Enclave at Arrowhead in Peoria, AZ, is phenomenal! She has consistently gone above and beyond to make our transition to the community a smooth one. From the very beginning, she helped us to rent an apartment remotely. She talked us through the process, provided valuable information, and helped with the process every step of the way. She very clearly listed all the costs associated with the apartment so that there were no surprises. She also patiently answered so many questions regarding the apartment since we had not seen it in person.Move-in was extremely smooth because she made sure that the few issues that needed attention were quickly resolved. There was an attention to detail to make sure that we had everything we needed when we moved in after a 6 hour drive.When you move into an apartment community, you want to know that you can count on the staff to help you when needed. Megan has proven that she is committed to providing a great customer service experience!

I lived with my family here for 3 years. It is really nice, clean community. Megan and Shannon are so awesome guys who greet and welcome everyone when they come to leasing office and very professional/friendly persons. I wish to stay longer but because of job we moved out to new city. I would recommend this community to my friends.

Well-maintained and professionally managed with a nice, caring and top-notch office staff that made me feel like I was home. Any issue, if any, are addressed immediately. Maintenance also excels & responds very promptly and also very pleasant to interact with. Their a great team. Beautiful landscaping with large, fabulous pool setting, jacuzzi, well-equipped gym. BBQs areas at pool and courtyard. Youre a 5-10 minute walk to Target, many restaurants and the Harkin Arrowhead 18 movieplex. Safe area to walk. I cant say enough! Highly recommended .

I visited the Enclave looking for a place close to work. The minute I walk in the office until the time I left I felt at home. Megan and Jessica are very professional and personable. I will be moving in. This is the first time I ever put a down payment on a apartment this fast . 👍👌

I’ve lived at a few other apartment complexes and none compare to the friendliness and great customer service that I receive here at Enclave! Megan, Jessica and Shannon work so hard to make this community a wonderful one. You literally cannot walk past them without them saying hello and asking how your day is going, same goes with the maintenance guys. I love that! They are also on top of everything, which is a nice change from where I previously lived. I’m happy to say that everyone here at Enclave has continuously exceeded my expectations. Ive very pleased that I chose this place to live!

This place is amazing! The staff, the grounds, and the apartment! It is within walking distance of everything from shopping to some of my fave eateries. I was treated courteously and all my questions were answered. I met with Megan when I was looking. She was so nice and really knew her product. As a new apartment resident in the area I really felt that I was given excellent info. These places arent cheep and Megan acknowledged that. However, you get what you pay for and the list of amenities at this place include a gorgeous apartment with modern kitchen with quarts counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, crown molding and great staff that knows what they are doing an have been quite attentive to my request and I havent even moved in yet! But, I will be moving in this weekend!My paperwork was completed by Shannon and again, heres another lady that knows her product! Boy was she quick also! Within 20 minutes of my agreement call I had a welcome letter that included info about how to connect utilities with phone Numbers and all the other info I needed to close.Thumbs up Enclave! You rock!

Shannon was my leasing consultant. She was absolutely amazing! One of the best, if not the best, apartment tour Ive ever had. I want to hire her to come work with me! She was very thorough, funny, and attentive. She followed back up with me with all updates on the unit and was sure to note any comments I had about the building for a chance to make it better. Best client service! I cant say enough.

First off I want to say that Shannon in the leasing office is amazing!! She made the transition of looking for an apartment during the COVID-19 pandemic so easy!! The property is amazing and beautiful. The location is even more amazing, as you are surrounded by every store possible. I would most definitely recommend the complex!!

We were able to take a tour with Megan before the quarantine happened and signed our lease. She has been so helpful and great ever since. We have had to do everything online since then and communication was fast and efficient. We are loving our new home.

I went in to Enclave at Arrowhead to find a 2 bedroom apartment that was in my price range. Jessica was extremely helpful during the application process and we got it taken care of in no time. I ended up finding a place that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper so I had to take that. But the apartments are beautiful inside, huge windows and everything is brand new. I didnt end up moving in but I highly recommend these to anyone. My experience with the office employees was so pleasant. If only every rental company and front office at apartment complexes was as great as Jessica & Shannon!

One of the most beautiful properties I have ever lived at. The grounds are always in tip top shape and well taken care of. The office staff has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I moved in about 7 months ago into a unit that just came out of remodeling and it is stunning. The location is great if you want to be close to everything

I became a resident a month ago and everything has been so great. In November I called from Ohio looking for an apartment for a big move to Arizona and Jessica was super helpful. Her and I hit it off, off the bat and she made things very easy for us.My girlfriend and I did not see the apartment before moving in, which is always a gamble, but luckily everything worked out for us. The apartment was in great condition and exceeded our expectations for a 761 square foot apartment. Its very spacious, for what it is!So overall, yes I do recommend this place. Its clean, maintenance is great, its in a convenient location, and the leasing office is so helpful and easy to talk to.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I am extremely impressed with this property. I had a tour with Megan the property manager. The customer service and hospitality skills this woman has are incredible! The beautiful apartments and grounds are just a plus. The grounds are super clean. Staff seems to know all residents by name which is great hospitality. I can not wait to move in!:)

I toured with Shannon this week and what a ball of energy she is. She was so welcoming and informative. She gave me all the prices up front so I could make the best decision. I was looking for a two bedroom town home, however they did not have any available at this time. I am going to wait until they have one available because I can not imagine living anywhere else now. I have already pictures my belongings in the town home. So excited!

Toured this property last week and the property is absolutely beautiful. The office staff were amazing. I was going to move here, however my situation change and I will not be moving to Arizona at this time. If anything changes though, this is the place I will be calling home. Ive lived here since April and absolutely love it! The staff is fantastic and really care about their residents. The was my first apartment and first time being away from home. Everyone is extremely friendly here. Its really nice and peaceful atmosphere, but still really close to a lot of activities.

I Just recently moved into the apartment complex. We moved from out of state and never actually saw it until our move in date. The leasing office was great the whole way through our process of moving in. The apartments themselves are beautiful as is the surrounding area. The few things we noticed that were broken/etc upon moving in were fixed one day after turning in the paperwork for a maintenance order.

I lived at Enclave at Arrowhead for 3 years and absolutely loved it. As a young, single lady, I Google and research my potential new apartments for tips on my safety, my happiness and my potential sanity levels on entry, stay and exit of said apartment. I love, love this property. I never wanted to leave my unit, I wanted to pluck it out of AZ and take it to my new state. Could I occasionally hear a loud convo my neighbors had? Yes. But nothing to not rent here for. I truly felt safe in this building. The location cant be beat . Theres a pool, that is fun, occasionally gets crazy but normally nice and chill. Always Been pleased with service, Repairs, And office staff. Really great crew, feels like a real community. No complaints about my 3 great years here.

We moved out a month ago and we only stayed for 6 months while waiting for our house to be built. The office staff is the best of the best and always so kind. The pool and amenities are great. We always felt safe at Enclave and enjoyed our stay there! My only complaint would be the fluorescent lighting they chose for the new units, its like living in Walmart, I just got my own bulbs and changed out the ones I could. :) Also the lady above us was loud but seriously best complex Ive ever lived in!

I love living here!!! All of the staff is amazing and polite. It is nice to know that there is still property management that is professional. My unit is remodeled and so beautiful.

My wife and I were weeks away from being married and had no place to live, we were getting thr run around at other locations. When we came in Shannon was excellent, she was so nice and reassuring, took time to get to know me a bit, showed me an apt and I fell in love! The process was quick and painless and Shannon was there helping us through every step. We were able to get our apartment a day before our move in date which was so helpful because we were getting married 4 days after and needed to start getting settled in. Im so happy here, the community is safe and quiet and would recommend these and any of the Avenue5 properties to friends and family!

Best apartments in Peoria, hands down. From the look of the buildings, to the inside renovations, beautiful landscaping and to top it off the amazing team running this joint!! Love it!! I’ve been living here for almost 3 years, and soon will be leaving this apartment complex. It is quiet for the most part and maintenance are quick to respond. Great service from them. The employees at the office are nice and they listen trying to help with any issues. Great service from them as well. I gave this 4 stars due to the fact that some kids run around taking mats and knocking on the doors and running away. Reason I’m leaving when my lease is up is because their prices are pretty high compared to other complexes near. Although, it’s located near everything, I live in a classic apartment and don’t feel the price is fair to the model of the apartment. I do recommend this apartment complex to anyone, it’s really a great place to live.

Enclave at Arrowhead is a beautiful property! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! From the moment I visited the property up until now, all the staff Shannon, Kayla, Megan and Jessica are awesome and the maintenance guys too! They truly honor their word! They are very responsive to your needs and are quick to help me. They are excellent at keeping the property clean and nice all the time. Absolutely love the staff! Kayla and Megan were completely helpful through the leasing processing. We relocated from the east coast and they were so help before we got here. Once we were finally in the area Kayla gave us a great tour of the complex as well as different models to make sure we were going with the unit best for us. After signing the lease they have been great about helping us with references and recommendations in the area. The property is clean and well maintained. Prior to move in the apartment got repainted and professionally cleaned. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of complexes! The staff makes you feel at home before it’s your home!

Kayla is always extremely helpful. Every time Ive seen her as she is giving potential residents a tour, she is always smiling and seemingly providing a positive and informative experience. A very welcoming presence as one walks through the front doors of the main office. Enclave is a great community. Wonderful staff, from the leasing office to maintenance.

My wife and I had just received a place at Enclave and the Leasing Consultant, Lillie Stoker, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very timely, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. She made sure that we were well taken care of and was very interested in satisfying our wants and needs. Overall, the entire application process was very smooth and painless. Though we havent moved in yet I can say that the location and facility seems to be outstanding. An great place to live, always clean, well maintained and maintenance is always on top of their game. She even gave two tours to my sisters, who live close by, as they arrived to see the Enclave community.Being a newly renovated unit, there were a few items on the construction punch list. Arnold, maintenance, addressed and resolved the issues the very next day after we moved in. And did so in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to figure out how to fix one of the maintenance issues.The property is well-maintained, spacious, beautifully landscaped. I havent had a chance to try the pool or gym yet, but the pool and spa look so inviting.

I have been living here 6 and a half years. The ladies in the office are always helpful and work well with us in the time if need. The maintenance guys are always courteous and take care of business. We dont plan on going anywhere else until we buy a house.

After moving into my first townhouse ever with Enclave at Arrowhead, I refuse to go back to a standard apartment. Not only do I have more space, but it limits my neighbors to being located on either side of me(no more above and below neighbors.) With that said, things can still get noisy. However, Enclaves security is nothing short of diligent, quick and professional. I was woken by repeated stomping and cheering coming from one of the side neighbors. It was after 10 pm on a Saturday night. This was not the first time my sleep was disrupted by these neighbors. Security arrived at my neighbors door step in less than 5 minutes from my initial call. Needless to say, I was able to sleep afterwards. I have also had the pleasure of meeting more of Enclave at Arrowhead’s professional staff. Whenever I walk into the lobby of the leasing office, Shannon always has a welcoming smile and answers all of my questions. Jessica makes things so convenient for me whenever I need directions and help finding things nearby. Arnold is equally energetic and is always busy keeping Enclave in tip top shape. He showed up immediately (day of initial call) when I needed help replacing one of my ceiling fans. And Billy actually gave me some popcorn to save for a movie night after finishing up the ceiling fan repairs. And just FYI, if you find a stranger parking in your spot, Enclave has its own tow service. No more having to call an external tow company. I am very happy to be in this safe gated community. I live in a two bedroom / two bath townhouse. It comes with a 2 car garage with an additional driveway. Walking distance to restaurants and Target. Thank you, Enclave at Arrowhead.

I enjoy the friendly atmosphere of this property. Everyone I encounter is nice. The grounds are kept clean and the apartments are beautiful.

I have lived here for over a year now. And, I can honestly say, it has been a very positive experience for me. The maintenance staff is very attentive. If anything breaks, they fix it really fast. The office staff is super nice and very helpful. They have updated the entire outside of the facility. The landscaping, pool, gym, pretty much everything. All in all this is a great place to live. No complaints.

Wow is all I have to say!! Enclave is truly amazing from their staff to their amenities and even their emergency maintenance staff!!Last night I came home and noticed my key would not open my door and I get it they just replaced my lock a few days ago so maybe I needed to get used to the new lock. When I noticed that didnt work, I immediately called their emergency maintenance number and right away they called me letting me know they are on their way to my apartment. Within minutes of arriving, Adam from maintenance placed a completely new lock on my door and everything.Remember it was about 9pm when I arrived home from work and was surprised that the emergency maintenance people came right away with a smile on his face especially with how late it was. Enclave truly looks out for their tenants and treats you as if you are part of their family. Very impressed with Enclave and their amazing customer service!!If you need a place to live or are potentially thinking about living here at Enclave, my family and I highly recommend it. This is a place where you can call your home, plus their amenities are extraordinary.Thanks again Enclave for always being there for my family and I, you have made this place a home for us and we greatly appreciate it.

Shannon was awesome. Very welcoming and enjoyable. She made my wife, 9mth old son and I feel welcomed as soon as we walked in. She was more than thorough through the walkthrough and really made the process enjoyable. I would recommend you go in and just talk to her even if you don’t want to live there. Also, seeing the manager interact in the same manor really emphasized that the atmosphere is created at the top and is showcased through her employees. Exceeded all expectations.

I’m so hesitant on apartments because right now my apartments are AWFUL! My boyfriend and I walked in after reading such great reviews about this place and Kayla welcomed us with a great smile and a great personality! She was so personable and real with us about pricing, bugs, and renovations. She made us feel like she really wanted us to know everything about what comes with moving in. It’s also a HUGE deal that she actually lives at these apartments and isn’t just talking it up! I’m in between this one and another but Kayla’s great customer service ultimately puts these ones on top of our list! Go kayla!!

I’ve have lived in a lot of high end communities . I have to say I truly have the most respect for the team that works here . The manager here is very professional and cares as if you your family . I can’t stress enough on how living here has made me secure living on my own .

Have yet to move in, but the tour was wonderful! The area looks very well kept and the communal facilities are updated and very nice. Kayla was extremely helpful and made the experience fun and easy. Definitely looking forward to moving in!

I rarely write reviews about a business. We moved into Enclave two months ago from the Midwest. We worked with Megan and Kayla during our move and they were amazing. Everyone in the office made our move 10x easier. When we were moving in, they all were very helpful and made sure we were happy. They definitely went above and beyond what we had expected. Shannon and Kayla have always been available and assisting us with even the smallest detail. Arnold from maintenance is a rockstar and gets work requests done quickly. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new place!!

Enclave at Arrowhead is an beautiful property with an amazing staff! Vina and Cayla are always very professional and quick to respond. This is always our first go to property when we need something in the Peoria area because they really care about their residents and they all work very hard to make sure everyone feels at home. And that means a lot to our clients who are away from home! What more could you ask for??

I’ve lived at Enclave for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love it! The new staff here is so amazing! They really make it feel like home and the new look of the property is absolutely gorgeous! I recommend these apartments and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

We downsized after being homeowners for 25 yrs and moved here in late Sept., for a change of pace and to be close to our business. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful with our transition!! I cannot say enough about them, they are a great team!! Very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Maintenance has immediately responded when needed and we are very thankful! When we moved in, the complex was going through a huge renovation and we being in the construction business were very impressed with the daily progress, which is never easy when occupied. It was professional, clean, neat and no disturbances. The transformation looks wonderful and we are eager to start using the amenities. We feel safe and happy here in our new place and thank the whole Enclave staff!!

I’ve been living here for 1 year as of now and I’ve renewed the contract. Was sad to see the management change but the feeling of sadness quickly overturned as the new management did a far superior jobAs for Vina the property manager who did a splendid job on taking care of me while there was a confusion amongst the renewal agreement and rent. Location, Location, Location !!!!! Within walking distance to anything you may need. Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment. Quick access to the 101 via Bell Rd. New management as of July 2017! Many positive changes currently underway. New paint on the exterior buildings with a great looking color scheme. Beautiful redesigned landscape throughout. Currently the office and clubhouse are getting remodeled. Most importantly are the staff at Enclave. They are willing to listen, friendly, polite, and professional. Look no further and come tour the property. You will want to call this your new home!

When we moved in the management was in transition, but after the new management was intact everything improved. Communication in the office was better, if we had questions they were answered quicker, and all problems were dealt with in a timely manner. We enjoy the location of the apartment and the specs of our unit are very nice. We would suggest coming in for a tour to check it out and get to know the office team.

The apartments are in a wonderful area and the layouts are great. The staff is caring and attentive especially Megan who is always helpful and kind. I have lived in many apartments and living at enclave has been nothing but a pure pleasure

The best apartment community in the area. I have lived here for 9 years. I have grown to appreciate the safety, quietness, and the very best location, that is literally ground zero for the new P83 in Peoria. The new renovations and professional landscaping are impressive. The best value is the staff. Truly the best office and maintenance I have seen. That makes a big difference to me. No nonsense here. I have no complaints. I hope to live here another 9 years.

Enclave at Arrowhead is the place to be, jokes apart. I have had the best rental experience since moving to Enclave. My 9 years old son totally loves the community and he has expressed to me how much happier he is with this complex in comparison to our old residence at Pillar Bella Vista. The staff team members are; Cayla (Who got us approved and ready to moving in two days, Awesome!!!), Vina the friendly Boss Lady, who is a bundle of joy to work with and Lillie, who is friendly and quick to address phone calls, requests and inquiries. You are dealing with professional, respectful, courteous, fun staff, quick to address needs and concerns. The Community has recently been remodeled and it look prestige. I love the attention to detail from all of the staff members and the maintenance team. The Clubhouse is full of fun toys for adults and kids. The colors are warm and inviting. Neighbors are friendly, my child feels safe to ride his bike in the community and as an overly protective mom, that give me peace. My previous landlord were a nightmare to work with, it was hard to escalate any issues because senior management refuses to speak with tenants, this is not the case here. I am full of praise for this staff and community because they have exceeded my expectations in every way possible and this give me sleepless nights. Love, love, love, Enclave at Arrowhead. In case you are wondering, it is located at 83rd Avenue and Paradise Lane which is one block South of Bell Road, right across from the Peoria Sports Complex. You can literally walk from your apartment to the baseball field or the restaurant district on 83rd Avenue. Minutes from Arrowhead Mall. Whats not to love?

This has been the BEST experience we’ve ever had!! From setting this move up from 1700 plus miles away to getting here and having our expectations exceeded!!What more can you say about the AMAZING staff, the amazing apartments and townhomes, the awesome amenities, and the location with mountain views in the distance!!You have to check this place out!!

I lived at this location for 2 years and it has been the worst experience for my family and I. First when we moved in there was a huge ant problem and no matter how many times we contacted maintenance for the issue they never showed up. We ended up having to deal with it on our own. Secondly they had complete office staff turnover twice in the two years. We had signed to renew our lease 60 days prior to our lease date at the office. Everything was good to go...except a few weeks before the renewal date we got a letter on our door stating that we never canceled or renewed our lease and we are now considered month to month which was going to increase our payments by almost $300.00. Then after that got all taken care of, we were on automatic rent withdrawal and had been the entire year. For whatever reason with the renewal of the lease it never withdrew our automatic rent and it didnt go through. We never got a call or notice from the office except a letter stating they were going to take us to court if we did not pay in 5 days with late fees! Next, during monsoon season we came home from work after a heavy rain with termites hanging all over the top of our walls! We contacted maintenance immediately and no one ever showed up the next day to take care of it. My husband had to handle it on his own. After this was all said and done we needed to get out of our lease one month early which enclave agreed to due to all our issues. Which we were very appreciative...until we got a bill a month later almost equivalent to our months rent in damages, cleaning fees, etc.) I contacted them multiple times via phone and email with no response. Months later I get another bill with a $270 late fee charge added to it! I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone and I know my fellow neighbors at the complex would agree as well!

As of July 2017 a new management company has taken over, and they are making a lot of upgrades to the whole place, which was already pretty nice. The new rental staff is knowledgeable, fast acting, and polite. The location of the complex is terrific; it is quiet here because it is at least a few blocks away from the highway, unlike other rental complexes around here. It is also right across the street from the Peoria spring training complex, which keeps it quiet and uncrowded too. You can walk to Barnes and Noble, JCPenney home store, Target, and like 25 restaurants.

I have lived here for over a year now. And, very honestly, it has been a very very positive experience for me and have renewed the contract again!Apartments are spacious,clean, neat and well designed .Gym, Pool, barbecue, Club houses looks so luxurious.We have all the Supermarkets, dine-in restaurants, shops, Arrowhead mall, Banks .. everything are just a few steps away!and you have gateways through apartment directly leading to those.The area is amazing, apartment is beautifully maintained. The maintenance staff are amazing too, they are very attentive and responsive.They fix issues quickly .The Office staff Vina, Meghan, Kayla are amazing . They are kind and considerate towards residents /prospective residents.Whenever we had any requests - they were very helpful!Overall, for anyone who is looking for an excellent apartment with all amenitites and awesome management team.. Here you come!Love it totally!

The service here has been amazing so far, We moved to Arizona from Chicago so we checked out a handful of rental properties. The staff was very welcoming and friendly from the very start. We had the pleasure of working with Kayla on showing us a model unit and giving us a tour of the whole community.My fiance and I toured an updated unit that was staged beautifully and the finishes looked very high end.She was very genuine during the tour answering all the questions we had and there were a lot of questions since we dont know much about Arizona. Kayla was not pushy in her follow up call with us so it made us feel like they arent just people trying to rent out units to anyone walking in without listening to your needs. The overall community is very nice the pool area and gym were very clean, the pathways to the homes were also well taken care of compared to the other properties we went to see. I highly recommend checking this place out and dealing with kayla if you can.

My husband and I have been living here for a year and a half. We are very impressed with all of the updates being made! We have seen the updated apartment and wish ours could be done!! The staff is very friendly! The updated gym has everything we need! (except wifi!!) We truly enjoy living here!

Lily in the front office is a great human being, she went above and beyond to help me break my lease. Shes very personable, caring, great at her job and treated me with such respect as if i was part of her family. I had moved into the unit and 2 months later was offered a amazing deal on a house that i couldnt pass up. Words could not explain how well she took care of us. Awesome member of the staff!

The management team especially Megan was very helpfull and very informative. She is awesome every question i had she was able to answer no hesitation. Made me fill comfortable. The property is beautiful and well kept.

Very happy they have new office ladies! The old ones were very rude and not understanding at all! Today my fiance went in there and talked to Megan about our rent and she was very nice and understanding of our situation and got it taken care of without any hassle! So thank you Megan wish you were there from the beginning!

I lived here for a full year and I am very disappointed that they would charge me so much on move out. Around $700 bucks. I had a 1 bedroom apartment with a garage. I dealt with a broken door most of the time I was at this property because the maintenance staff is just useless. I did most of the repairs to the apartment myself because when you called the maintenance staff the fix was worse then the actual problem. Just FYI if you move in know that they will charge you for paint, carpet cleaning (even if carpet is clean) garage door remote (even if you turn it in), etc. They will nickle and dime you on move out. Excessive and unjust. I have never experienced this at any other apartment or place that I have rented. I feel very upset that I use to call this place home and now that I moved into a home I have a nice move in welcome from Enclave to pay $700 bucks within 30 days or they will sue me. Nice threat from their office huh? Payed rent on time every month and sometimes early and I get threatened to be sued. I will pay them but buyer beware!

I have had a really pleasant experience here from day one. It is really close to the 101 and the office staff Diana, Grace & Laura are really helpful. I put in a work order and it was done the very next day. I love it here!

We love Enclave leasing staff! They are so helpful, responsive and cheerful. Maintenance is always very attentive. We would definitely recommend them.

This has been a great place to live so far! Unfortunately prices are going up, so we will likely be moving out when our lease ends. The office staff are helpful and upbeat, especially Kayla, no matter what my mood is she is always positive and that goes a long way. The pool and gym are top notch. The only thing I see as a major drawback is that you can only use CenturyLink for internet here.
