I toured this place and it looked l pretty nice but very expensive for the small space. Theres always trash on the sidewalk including a Christmas tree in a bag thats been there for over a month. They dont shovel any of the snow on the sidewalk. Ive fallen several times walking on their sidewalk.

Every Sunday I listen to my neighbor slam their toilet seat down every 5 minutes and various other noises that mimick living in a war torn country. Otherwise, I love this building; centrally located, well maintained, and awesome staff. Just a friendly heads up that if youre sensitive to noise that the aesthetically pleasing exposed brick walls are no barrier for the sounds of intoxicated neighbors who celebrate Sunday Funday religiously.

I am a traveler nurse and when the pandemic hit places to stay greatly changed. Sam the property manager came to the rescue, and was so helpful. He was always available to answer my questions. Even showed me the furnished apartment at 9pm when one of my 12hr shifts ran late. He was also very accommodating with the move in and move out dates. The apartment was remodeled, clean, and the furnished apartment had just the right amount of amenities needed to make it feel like home with just a few extra items from my actual home. The apartment building is safe, quiet, and everyone that lives there has been very nice and kind. I would highly recommend EMR apartments to anyone looking in the Peoria area especially health care workers that work at OSF St Francis Medical Center. I did a 3 month contract there and was able to walk to work everyday! It was a great experience.

The reason why EMR apartments has been a great experience for me is simple: convenience. I work at the nearby hospital complexes, and the staff here have worked very hard to make this an easy, nice place to live for people who just have too many things on their to do list. Pretty much every cost is bundled, the water is clean (I checked the kitchen tap water via a series of independent chemical tests: its just a little hard, because of normal levels of Calcium Carbonate for the area), the place is essentially spotless and very well maintained. The carpeting is nice, and the air conditioning/heating system is extremely effective at maintaining whatever temperature you want. Oh, and the other apartment residents are all quite pleasant: Ive had no one to complain about in the slightest. Ive had only two hiccups. First, the stoves are electric rather than gas - and as a big fan of Chinese stir fry, this was quite a disappointment. Its a lot harder to cook stir fry on an electric range. Second, make sure you visit the laundry room before doing a load of laundry. The laundry is the only thing not bundled, so you need to download the app that they use to your smart phone and link a debit/credit card to the app. Its easy to do, but I didnt stop by beforehand and ended up needing to run an extra trip on my first laundry day.

Was a travel nurse at OSF, located right across the street. Had no issues during my stay here, very quiet and the renovations look great. Internet service was excellent. They have one small workout area but currently building a second one; didnt get to use it during my time here since it was closed due to the pandemic but it was opening up again as Im leaving. Property manager Sam was also great to work with, giving me the opportunity to stay a few extra days when I couldnt leave at my expected time.If Im ever back in Peoria for another assignment I wouldnt hesitate to stay here!

Great and responsive management, secure building, utilities included in the rent payment including internet. Maintenance is spot on, very professional and VERY responsive. No complaints from this tenant!

Enjoyed my stay with a friend. Room was very quite and we slept soundly. Apartment building still has some renovating on the upper levels but property still very clean...up to level 6 or 7 complete and heard project will be finished soon. Totally enjoyed the free coffee at the coffee lounge in the main level.

Great building for medical students or if you work at OSF. Management is very receptive to feedback and will respond to any complaints/issues you have in your apt! Sam and Adam will take care of you here!

DO NOT MOVE THERE! This place is a disaster, it is supposed to be a place to call home, but no it is not! They are constantly bumping around and banging all through out the complex. It is impossible to sleep. It is either construction or inconsiderate neighbors bumping, slamming and banging all throughout the day & night! I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up! And there is still no mailboxes in this place and they have been open for lets see....5 1/2 months now. Anyone can get your mail and do whatever with it. All I can say is ask tons of questions before moving in before you fall prey!
