Hi everyone!Stadium Vue is the place to at and feel at home. It is as beautiful as it shows on the website. Thank you to the owner just had the whole complex painted, changed fixtures, lights and extra. As for management Stadium Vue ever sense Louis came along things changed and as well Ray. Louis with a smile, kind, always there for tent needs and keeping the complex looking clean and quite. Congrats for Ray ( good luck with your promotion miss you) she always answered the phone never disrespected anyone, always smiling and at the end she says God bless. We still have Louis that I will always pray to keep him due to no one can do a better job then he can. I say that because I was here before Louis came aboard it’s a change every sense he came. Thank you πŸ™ for having Louis here and please we attended to keep him. Stadium Vue has everything on complex and out of complex the reason I say that we have every restaurant, grocery, stores, mall and the great thing is it’s all walking distance. Trust me because if it wasn’t a good place and homie to leave at all the town homes wouldn’t be none vacancy until because I wanted a place for my brother nothing until December.Thank you πŸ™ again for Louis and God bless...

Ive loved living here. Luis is fantastic, hes always kind and courteous when Ive needed anything. Any time Ive needed something done in my apartment the maintenance staff is quick to respond, and they do a thorough job. The community looks great as well, we love it. Thanks yall!

I have had a leak in my house since October! Contacted management 4 times about this and an excuse is always made and no this is resolved, which is a liability on them. Made an appointment for someone to come look at the leak while I am home and no one showed up. Now that the complex was bought out the new guy in the office is not helpful at all. The lady who use to work the front was great always wanted to make sure everything was done right. So over living here can’t wait to move out to say the least !! When they gave us our new lease to sign it didn’t have my name on it it had another tenants information! Talk about another liability. Let’s also add that this is the second time this summer the pool has been green. This place is extremely pricey to have a green pool you can’t swim in when it’s 115 degrees out side!!!

I wish I could say this is a great place to live, but I can’t. The location is fantastic, and it’s quiet here. That’s as good as it gets. What you see on their website is NOT what you get. They show beautifully painted homes with nice flooring, cabinetry, and appliances. What you get - dull, lackluster paint, cheap carpet, old and stained cabinets, and appliances that are sorely outdated. Our washer and dryer say that they were manufactured in 2006. Our refrigerator/ freezer and microwave have duct tape to hold parts of it together. When we moved in there were some issues that maintenance was supposed to fix. This was 3 months ago and we are still waiting. We’ve had some issues with a couple of our appliances. We’ve called, emailed, called again, emailed again, and no one has even bothered to check on the issue. It’s to the point where we have thought about replacing our own appliances because they are literally on their last leg, and maintenance cannot be bothered to check and fix/replace them. I would also go so far to say that our appliances are using up a lot of energy. We came from a 3 bedroom 1400 square foot house and we paid less for electricity than we do here where we have the 2 bedroom 1100 square feet. Think $150 versus $225. At our home, though, all our appliances were fairly new and energy efficient. So, if you don’t mind paying for old appliances that waste energy and close to $2000 for an β€œold looking” townhome with dingy paint, carpet, cabinets, and appliances, then this is the place for you.

Absolutely. Awful. Do NOT live here. I don’t Want to bore you with my lack of eloquence I’d rather the pictures I have do justice. After pushing my move in date back a WEEK (with no compensation for it) this was the state of our place. My boyfriend and I regrettably didn’t head the warnings please please please learn from our mistakes.

I am very happy that I decided to move into Stadium Vue. I just left a different property that used to be managed by Avenue 5 and happy to be at another Avenue 5 property. Luis is really helpful, and I found just the right place to call home.

I toured the property with Louis, the property manager, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. It’s a beautiful property the gym is amazing and the pool and hot tub were very nice! The property is close to everything restaurants, shopping and banks. I can’t wait for the next three bedroom to be available.

I had high hopes for these townhomes and I am disappointed with their staff. I called to schedule a tour for the next day and was told to come anytime between 11-4, no appointment necessary since there were many openings. We showed up just before 11 and the leasing agent acted annoyed that we would come in without an appointment and quickly told us to come back next week. She didn’t bother to get up and get our names or contact information. This is not the professionalism that I expect from a leasing agent and I now have no intent on returning.

This is a nice place from outside only! I dont even know where to start. Appliances all not functioning properly, electric problems, A/C unit is too old and killed me with the electric bill, and dirty carpet that they refused to replace or clean. They changed the washer/dryer and literally left halls in the wall and never even bothered to come fix them. What bothered me the most is they suddenly decided to raise my rent for the new lease by almost $300!! Highly dont recommend this place and you could get a lot more for your money.

We have resided on this property for 5.5 yrs and never have we been this disappointed...the upgraded amenities are ok, and the latest New Manager Luis appears nice and amicable to a degree. However lately the turn around times for service requests are often not the best. Steve the Head Maintenance Technician is AWESOME, he arrives in a timely fashion, and does his job with the utmost Professionalism, Knowledge, and Experience! Without Steve the (Head Maintenance Professional) this property would be a total MESS!! There are other concerning issues on this property that cannot be addressed through Steve, and should be addressed through Management; i.e., Landscaping, Garbage, Port A Toilets in front of Tenant residences, and again the severe need of Adequate assistance/help for Steve of (Another Maintenance Professional) who could assist Steve with the necessary upkeep and ongoing maintenance of this property, and one who would not be Cherry Picking the Tenants/ Jobs which they will or will not service/do..so this property can again be as it has always been, i.e., WELL MAINTAINED!!!We are expecting Visitors and we are Praying that they DONOT COME @ this time BECAUSE of all of the Graffiti on the Bldgs which are/were supposedly being painted (for the last 2mos or so) & of course all of the above mentioned issues + others... too numerous to mention in this format!!

Absolutely disgraceful I wouldn’t let my enemy live here they are so awful. Just a pretty place with a lot of problems underneath and management that doesn’t know how to do their jobs. Nothing was ever fixed, the A.C went out a total of 5 times in 6 months, washer and dishwasher had to be replaced and leaks were a regular occurrence.. not to mention being STOLEN from by maintenance. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay! This includes their sister property Zone Luxe apartments which is even worse

I personally dont live here, but my mom does. She has a 2bedroom and its a great layout and the rooms are big. The complex is also very quiet. If I was going to move back to Peoria, this would be the place. My mom is very happy and the management takes great care of her. Definitely a great place!

The new management staff is really nice. I met the property manager Megan and the leasing agent Shannon, they were both really helpful with my work order request and the maintenance man Bailey took care of it pretty quick. They are renovating the office and fitness center and I hear its going to be pretty awesome. I am eager to see how it turns out!

I have been a resident at Bella Vista for over a year and enjoyed my time here very much! The staff was always pleasant, including the new management staff that has come in. The complex is clean and well well well maintained. It was a pleasure living here! Would recommend to any interested parties that can pay the price!

All the staff is really nice, professional and responsive, but maintenance requires multiple requests over a week minimum to get anything done. For the 100+ apartments here, there is only one treadmill in the gym. Also, there is no recycling here which means driving it all the way to a recycling center.Edit to review 11/2019. Pillar is now Stadium Vue Townhomes and I feel the maintenance service has dramatically improved. So I am increasing from 3 to 5 stars. If they get a recycle bin Ill make it 5 :)

No parking. Had motorcycle and two cars. Had to park one car in street. Unable to park in driveway. Guests had to find parking on the street. Electric bill was 400+ in summer. They worked on air conditioning twice due to leaking Freon. All they did was add Freon instead of replacing or fixing.Three story, three bedroom bad floor plan. Third bedroom in bottom floor. Had broken leg leg at one point. If I slept on couch had to go down a flight of stairs to bathroom. If I slept in my room had to go flight of stairs to access food and drink. would have been same if my room were on top floor.Neighbors child literally bouncing off walls and nothing done to stop it. Wall in living room literally shook. No sunscreens. No dog park. No place for children to play accept in complex street. Not conducive to family living.Rent ridiculously high. Found a three bedroom,2 1/2 bath, 2 year old house in gated community for 700 a month less.Sorry, cannot recommend this complex.

I haven’t lived here but a friend of mine has for a few years and when I visited him always had good things to say about the property. Nice and private. I did look into getting a 3 bedroom but noticed they must be very popular because they’re never available. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. I’m looking forward to living here when a 3bedroom is available. Thanks for your help. Definitely reccomend living here, just please don’t take my future 3bd apartment ha.

We have been residents with Pillar since June 2012. We have been outstanding residents, we have never been late on our rent. We signed up 3 years ago to take on their courtesy patrol, which entailed us locking the pool at 10pm, and responding to the answering service in the middle of the night with noise complaints, trespassing, etc. We put our time and dedication into ensuring the property was clean safe and maintained. It was brought to our attention by leaving a note on our door that the courtesy patrol position would be expiring in 30 days, which is fine, but in return our rent would be back to the Market price and the company was only giving us 30 days notice, but requiring us to give them a 60 days notice to move out which mind you was not in the paperwork when signing on to do courtesy patrol. It states that you were no longer on a lease. You were from the start date for courtesy patrol on a month to month lease, but yet you are forcing us to give a 60 days notice, wether we choose to stay or not!? Now you tell me how that’s fair!?We understand that it had to expire but we would have expected their corporate office to give the same courtesy we were required of 60 days, but instead they are forcing us to pay a full months market rent here whether we stay or go. My husband and I are completely besides ourselves and we feel very used and unappreciated. We are deciding to move and because of the way it was handled or not handled, we will basically be paying 3 months worth of rent in a 30 day period because of moving costs, deposits, etc. I will never give any of my friends and or family Pillar at Bella Vista as a recommendation as to a place to rent. This property compared to others I have seen has been poorly taken care of, they dont offer you a paint touch up or upgrades that newer rentees are afforded, even after x amount of time renting with them. Pillar hasnt done any renovating since we have been here other than painting the garages and doors. I have viewed much older properties that are like night and day compared to Pillar at Bella Vista and for the price that they are renting for the amenities, the grounds, and the over all Customer service should be top of the line. The company also does not follow its own guidelines regarding pets. There are numerous breeds which are on the restricted list that live here. Over the years we have even given pictures of said animals to management and nothing was ever done. Numerous work orders were put in where we had to lock our dogs up, and they were told specific days that the orders needed to be completed but the work orders were never done. When we questioned management on it their response was oh Im sorry we forgot to write it down. So our dogs were locked up all day for no reason and thats your excuse? Im sorry but thats unacceptable. This happened on multiple occasions too. This place is so poorly managed its a joke. Huge disappointment, will never live in another Pillar Community again.
