I had a full set of acrylic nails done on Oct. 23rd for a trip out of town. Today, on Oct. 30, I ran my hand through my hair and found that the nail on my pointer finger had snapped in half. Its important to note that I have not done anything rough with my nails/hands, and I am baffled as to how it could have broken the way that it did. In addition to this issue, all of the the nails have a bumpy/ bubbly texture that began developing minutes after I left the salon, as if the nails werent cured correctly or for long enough. I had been willing to let the texture issue go, as it wasnt that big of a deal to me, but to pay 78$ for a manicure that not only looks as if I might have done them myself, but also has broken is very disappointing. On top of all of that, when I called to address the issue, they told me that since it had been more than 24 hours since I had them done, I would need to pay a fee to have them repaired. When I told them that I was still out of town, and requested a refund, they simply told me that they would be unable to issue one. Overall, the quality is not at all worth the price, and they are unwilling to remedy their mistakes. I will not be returning in the future, and I would advise for others to look elsewhere before choosing this establishment. I will say that the employees were very kind and personable while I was getting my manicure done in the first place before any problems came about.

Called to get a time scheduled for an appointment and they said they didn’t have any openings until middle of following week and that they don’t take walk ins. Then was told they wouldn’t fill my acrylic nails if I had nails on from another salon. I’ve been getting my nails done since middle school and have not once ever been told this or turned away. Was pretty disappointed cause this place was very close to home and not a far commute

Google says open 10-6. Get to the place “open” sign is on. Door says “10-6”. Door is locked. Call, they say “open by appointment only”. Suggestion, put that on your sign outside and your website.

Definitely the place to invest for all you nail and waxing needs!!! My pedicure was very relaxing with real rose petals and natural scrubs used on my sensitive skin, not bothering my skin at all. My dipped set was perfected by Jenny, she takes her time to be sure you leave absolutely happy with the job you’re paying for. I see people complaining about the pricing, if you want to only pay $20 and expect a perfected job please go on, these women are VERY talented in the nail industry, the prices are very fair for the amazing artwork these women do!

The skills of the employees is definitely good my toes look fine, however the prices are rather high and management did a poor job in letting the other workers know what price to say when asked. Poorly informed on prices and how to give customers the best deal. I also was not pleased with how they treated misunderstandings due to language barriers. I also felt as though I was being told off by staff when they began to speak in such a tone that was standoffish and not in English.

Nails came out amazing and its crazy how quite it is the tech was very professional and knew alot about nails and they can do pretty much what ever youd like you should definitely give them a try!

They take the time to make sure your nails are perfect! They have all the nail crystals and stickers! They have been able to do any design photo I bring them! Best nail salon in Pensacola!

I went to get a pedicure and this literally was the worst pedicure I ever had before a girl name allie gave it to me would not recommend this place to anyone! The prices are ridiculously expensive!!!

We came in and the staff was nice. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait... a hour later and we were still waiting. Without any updates! Not a very good first impression for a new customer. So, we left and will never go back!

The people were very nice and friendly. It was a great atmosphere. Very will priced. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Dont bother booking via Facebook. Ive been to this nail salon before when I was in town and had excellent service. However, this time I decided to book with them via their booking option on Facebook being that I was coming to town on a busy day like Saturday. I arrived to a somewhat empty salon and there was a worker checking out a customer. After I informed her of my appointment, she then said that she had to fill out some tickets and then she would inform her boss. I waited about 5 minutes before she went to the back of the salon. She then returned to tell me that I did not confirm my appointment. Wait a minute, but you sent me a confirmation of my appointment via Facebook?? I told her, Ill just go elsewhere elsewhere, and what they dont know is that I typically spend $100 at the nail salon.
