I came here today for the first time after seeing the great google reviews. I got a manicure done with dip powder and tips. I was greeted by the person I spoke with on the phone and was immediately seated. Everyone was so kind and the owner of the nail salon spoke with me with a big smile on her face. My nail tech has a great eye for detail and asked me so many times throughout my appointment if the shape and color were okay. She was patient with me when I was unsure of the nail length and color. She also easily followed the nail shape I wanted from a picture I found on pinterest. I’m definitely coming again and I’d recommend this place to my friends!

Van is a very sweet lady. She is very professional, greets everyone as they walk in the door, and even her employees seem to love her.In my opinion, she has done the best job on nails, here in the Pensacola area.I generally get the Ombre nails, but today, I asked her to paint them as well. They are beautiful.Thank you Van for such a beautiful job.

I have been to Vans shop many times. Van is the owner she is a very sweet, hardworking and caring person. I love all the nail techs, the comfortable atmosphere, courtesy beverages, and attention they show their customers. I love coming here. Van always does a perfect job on my nails. I’ve been coming here for several years. Van makes sure my nails last until I get them filled again. I went 3 weeks without a fill and my nails still looked great. She makes sure you are comfortable. The pedis are amazing too!!

Ive gone to Vans for years. I treated myself to a pedicure for my birthday at the end of July. Since then I had to be on strong antibiotics for toe infection. Ive since lost two toenails. My BIG toenails. The nail tech destroyed my cuticles, and that ruined the nails and lead to infection. I wont be back. Ever.

Great shop. I had no appointment and they already had a large group for a wedding there. They set me up right away and started on my nails. They offer pedicures with wine. They also have a kids pedicure chair as well which is very cute.Staff are super accommodating and very nice.It was a great experience. Great shop.

A friend and I decided we needed pedicures and wanted to try this place out. So happy we did! Everyone was incredibly polite and attentive. The pedicures were phenomenal and less expensive than what I would have expected given everything that was included. Ill definitely be going back!

The ladies were nice and the service was good. But, after a week the dip I got started to break. It was my second time going there. The first time I got my finger nails done I got on a water slide and they stayed on. But, the second time I would just be in class and one would chip.

I have been seeing Van since she started doing nails 12 years ago... I drive clear across town to let her take care of my nails and pedicures! No one will give you more Care and Quality Service than Van Nails!!! You will love, love her and her shop!

Three days ago I went to Van Nails to get my eye brows waxed. I was expecting them to make them even and look good. When the lady was done waxing my brows I looked at them and they look completely different from each other! One of my brows is coming up and the other one is arched too much. I did not tip the lady and I will NOT be back there! They did such a horrible job on my brows. I would NOT recommend anyone going there for their eyebrows.

Talk about Dont judge a book by its cover! Visiting from Georgia and wanted to kill some time...so I googled nail salons and Vans had great reviews so I put it in my maps and as I pull in I was a bit skeptical because of the outside. I decide to still try it out since the reviews were so good. I walk in and I am immediately greeted with smiling faces! I let the ladies know what I want (acrylic coffin shaped) and tell them Im nervous about the shape but I want to try it. They assure me that it will look good. Long story short I had a great time talking with some of the ladies and a frequent customer there! The young lady that did my nails was very precise with my nails and gentle. Very enjoyable experience. The price was even cheaper than what I would have paid in Georgia! Hopefully, I will return!

Ive been going to this place for 3 years for full sets, pedicures, and brow waxes and I cant imagine going anywhere else!

My wife loves this place. I get my feet worked on every once in a while and they do a good job.

She was very rude to me. First time ever going and it will be my last.

I love this place. I always get the deluxe pedicure because I get my feet and legs papered for about an hour. The staff are friendly. Van remembers everyones name. It is a great feeling to be greated by name when you walk in the door.

The tech did a horrible job. She kept saying she was tired. She came to the part and told me wash my hands and I told her I didnt like them. I told the owner. Then owner had to fix my nails. She was talking in her language showing the tech what she shouldve done. Then I was over charged. I got regular acrylic nails and polish but was charged for gel nails. You think I wouldve received a discount.

My daughter and I have been going to Van Nails for about 2 1/2 years. I have to say that most recently there has been a complete turn over of the entire staff. Sunce the turn over I dont feel like the quality of work is there as it once was.It seems that the polish from the pedicure bearly last 2 weeks. Where before I could get at least a month before the polish started coming off.The most recent time we went in was about a week ago. We requested the Deluxe for my daughter and the regular pedicure for my self. However, it did not appear that my daughter got everything included in the deluxe, but we were charged the same price. When we asked about it we were told that she got everything they just used different products. She paid close attention to what she was getting since this was her first time getting a deluxe pedicure. The young lady left a few things out based on the list of things included on the sign on the wall.Today my daughter went to get a manicure and the young lady clipped her cuticles filed the nail and polish. This is not a full manicure. Did not soak the nails or apply lotion for the massage and full effects of the manicure. When my daughter went to pay they charged her the full price and when she questioned the service they offered to take her back and complete the service. My daughter did not have time and so they took $5.00 off the price.We never had these issues before this complete new staff began working there.We love Van and her wonderful personality, but we should not have to question if we are going to get the full service that we are paying for.This may sound nit picky, but when you are paying for a full service at $80 for 2 pedicures you expect to get what you are paying for.
