I absolutely loved my entire experience. The tech was so kind and gentle. She asked how I liked my nails and if they were good along the way, and not just at the end. The atmosphere was relaxing and very clean, and as people came and went they were very good about sanitizing. I dont usually love to go to salons but this is one that I will go back to. Oh, and the prices were very reasonable. No complaints here! :)

This was me and my daughters first visit, for my birthday, and they took great care of us. Super friendly and professional. My daughter enjoyed the massage chair from her pedi and I loved my gel acrylic nails! I showed a pic and Heather worked it to the tee! One of the best pedicures Ive received, she really took her time with it and I appreciate that! Thank you guys for your business, we will return!

I visited this place on Thursday, 07/08 because of the excellent reviews and beautiful nail art. I went with a basic gel manicure.The nail tech was friendly enough but seemed very interested in the other techs conversation with their clients and a little distracted. He was very gentle, and asked what color I wanted. He assumed I wanted a natural nail shape, and I didn’t tell him otherwise, which is fine. The manicure pre-polish was fine. The facility is clean.He shaped my nails but left them very uneven lengths. As you can see, my two thumbs are not even close to even. If he got polish on my finger, he scraped it off with the corner of his nail and smeared it a few times, and didn’t clean it up once he was done. I was hoping to get some extra art on my ring fingers, but after I saw his work mid-process I decided against it. Pics are from Sunday, 07/11 - 4 days after my manicure. I work an office job and have not been rough on these nails and they are already peeling. The polish is very uneven around the cuticles. Before I left, there was a noticeable bubble on my ring finger. The polish look lumpy and uneven.I paid and tipped, but I definitely won’t be coming back. Van’s Nails on 9 mile provided a much superior service with my pedicure recently, so I’ll go to them for my next manicure as well.

I’ve been going to Mystic Nails & Spa for about 3-4 month with my mom, and her and I are ALWAYS satisfied by them! They are wonderful people, easy to talk too, great quality of the work they do on your nails and feet. So much respect for them and others who do this kind of job! I’m always IN LOVE with how my nails and feet turn out and my opinion stands! Great place!

I absolutely love this nail salon! The employees create a welcoming and friendly vibe making my session enjoyable. They are all very happy and seem to be having a great time and enjoy what they do. My nails turn out amazing everytime! Im always informed of prices and services before hand so there is no confusion. They offer walk ins and from what I see make the time for everyone that comes in. Love love love this place. Very thorough and detail oriented. I always get my pedicures done here! They take their time and don’t just rush through. I also get my eyebrows waxed their too and it’s always perfect! Great customer service and very clean. Definitely my new nail and eyebrow place for sure!

So I have gone here many times, and I will say the experience can be a bit hit or miss. However, the biggest thing I must stress is ask them to soak of your acrylics when removing. Twice now a tech has forcibly removed my acrylics using a separate plastic nail causing multiple fingers to bleed. My nails look nice enough for the price and my pedicure was relaxing, but I debate not going back due to method of removal.

I made an appointment for my lunch hour at 12. Got ther at 1155, it was obviously that everyone had just started with a client. The tech finally came to me at 1240. I wanted dip nails with tips. At this point i only had 30 min left that i could be there. She told me she only had time to do gel nails. I paid $27.00 after a discount. It has not even been 24hours and they are already chipping. I stopped going here years ago because they were never on time. but was hoping it would be better this time but it has only gotten worse.

Mystic Nails is a great place! Mia is wonderful and does an excellent job every time I come in for a pedicure and manicure. Such a nice, clean, relaxing environment with a great staff.

After spending $100 on a manicure and pedicure I am very unimpressed. The shop is nothing special. The technician insisted I get gel on my fingers despite me saying I wanted regular polish (which was $20 extra for both manicure and pedicure (in my opinion is outrageous).i had no acrylic or dip.. The gel wore off in less than a week. I had the mid grade pedicure. There was no massage and no cuticle cutting. For the price and experience I will NEVER return. Id rather go bellagio or somewhere in town where they take pride in their work.

Ruby did an AMAZING job on my pedicure. She took her time and really made sure to treat me as if I was the only customer in the building. She didn’t rush and was very professional. I will definitely be going back to see her.

I just had the BEST pedicure experience EVER at Mystic Nails off of 9 Mile Road, near Pine Forrest! Heather, the owner, and her staff were incredible! No trying to upsell us or skimping on service. The Herbal Pedicure, which is their highest tier, was only 50.00 and WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY! I have paid much, much more for much, much less.Calm, relaxing atmosphere and a genuine desire to serve their customers!Just an amazing and blessed experience!Thank you so much, Heather!!

Manicure looks fine but my pedicure ended up looking wack. I wanted a specific color from the palette they provided and when she brought the color out it didnt look the same, way too bright. I asked her if it was the same one i chose and she insisted it was. Turned out neon so it didnt work at all. During the mani my nail got hurt because she was filing too small. But to top it all off they are SO PUSHY. Theyll ask you a million times if you want a service and basically make you feel like you cant say no. I saw when another woman came in with her daughter to just get a pedi for her but they kept insisting that she get one too even after all her reasons for no. They do nails alright i guess but it seems like they care more about the money than customer service.

Every time I go there I get something really different the first time she decorated my nail with stones and after three weeks they were still on and this time I got a three hombre color which I absolutely love she took her time she offered suggestions and her work is beautiful the whole shop is courteous and accommodating I highly recommend the shop and since moving here recently I will not go anywhere else

Absolutely WORST nail experience ever! My daughter had longish nails under dip. The guy did not soak off the dip he literally use a nail tip to dig under it and rip it off! My daughter was literally crying in his chair by the time he finished from pain! Then he proceeds to put tips on because hes torn her natural nails (and of course charged us the extra for the tip that wouldnt have been needed if hed soaked off appropriately!) then the finish OH my word. How are the nails not even one single shade? CHeck out the photo this awful! They look tie-dyed or something. DO NOT GO! STAY AWAY!!!

Tina is accommodating, gentle, and fast....but not rushed. She is able to determine and perfectly match colors I desire and describe. If she is uncertain, she offers many selections before making an assumption. It is obvious your satisfaction is her priority. She did an amazing set of coffin nails and a super-thorough, and relaxing spa pedicure. I highly recommend her. I also received facial waxing while I got my nails done. I dont know that techs name, but I am very happy with the service. The business is very clean and the employees are friendly.Mystic Nails & Spa is my new nail care/spa of choice.

So my daughter and I went for pedicures; we were greeted promptly and were in chairs with 10 minutes. But that was the easiest part. We request the Delux pedicures, their mid line pedicures. Most pedicures now come packaged and thats what we thought, but they werent pre packaged; ok no problem, we rolled with it. They got my daughters water to hot, mine was warm but not hot. The person who did mine trimed my nails, scrubbed my feet, rubbed my legs but did NOT message my feet. Where as my daughter did NOT get her nails trimmed, or the dead skin/casllacuses scrubbed off. Both of us had sloppy nail polish jobs, you can see brush strokes and I am missing some on one of my toes. The whole object is to relax and feel better that was so not the case.

Mai did a great job fixing my nails, as always. my girlfriend got a pedicure and enjoyed it. mai also did my brows and they’re great ! she knew i was very nervous and she’s just made my brows “more beautiful” aka perfectly how i like them! thank you guys!!

I have been coming to Mystic Nails for about 6 years now. Staff is always courteous and friendly. I always get compliments on my nails thanks to Mai, who always does an amazing job.

Thu was very thorough in cleaning and trimming my toes and heels. She was friendly and polite. She did an awesome job on my eyebrows as well🤩🥰.Heather has an awesome sense of humor and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and welcome!Highly recommend Mystic Nails!!!

I have used Tina twice for dip nails and she does not listen at all. I said multiple times NOT to file my nails because I like to shape them myself before I go... she took the file to my nails 4 separate times and now I barely have any nails left and they are uneven. Plus their dipp is over priced. I wont be back!

My father is a disabled vet in his 60s. My Autistic son is in his late teens. I bring both of them here about once a month for pedis. The staff is absolutely great with my son! I get my nails done here all the time!!!! My son and dad always leave happy and relaxed. I have never walked away being unhappy with my nails. And I am the person with crazy nail ideas. They are always done very well. This salon is always clean, friendly and reasonable with their prices. A lot of the other reviews I really dont understand. If you dont like the way they do your nails, well....say something BEFORE you walk out and leave an unhappy post. Its technically your problem for not saying anything before you paid.

Went numerous times with kids. Heather and the girls were always friendly. I would get a pedicure each time I went in. Miss being able to go as I moved away. I will be making a point to visit each time I come to town though!

My nails looked fat and had a strange shape. They pushed their own opinion on what THEY thought I wanted my nails to look like and I HATE that. Made my cuticles bleed and somehow my total for nails and pedicure ended up being over 200 dollars.. the moment I left all i could think about was two weeks from then when i could finally change them. Never going back. Found an awesome place by foosacklys.

My daughter and I went to Mystic Nails to get a manicure, because we had been told how wonderful the people are, and that they do an awesome job.So we walked in on a Monday and they greeted us, and got started. We all talked and laughed as if we were returning customers.I definitely recommend giving Mystic Nails a try! I live in Louisiana, but I will be back!

Thu was very welcoming and has a pleasant personality. She did a good job on my nails, although I would like for them to not be so thick looking.

They were very efficient but not rushing. Enjoyed them much more than the last few places Ive been. Everyone worked together and kept things moving. Plan on using them again.

I went into the salon because they said they were ready for me the lady told me to move to another chair I sat there for 15 mins and never saw her so a man came over put on two pinky nails and left then I was moved to another chair where a lady did my nails she didnt seem happy that she had to put lones on four nails which wasnt even what I wanted to begin with the design o wanted they said no and when all was said in done it was $65 for crooked lines and a crooked nail never would I have spent $65 on nails and I drove over an hour to get there never again!!!! Dont do it!! RIP off

When I went in they showed me a menu with three different services the first one was $28.00 the second one was $38.00 and I think the last one was$48.00. I chose the first service for $28.00 I did not need to pay an extra $10.00 to have hot towels rapped around my leg. Also I was uncomfortable with a man touching my feet and legs. I asked for a lady to do my feet and they said NO NO NO HE DO GOOD JOB. SO I FIGURED I WAS ALREADY THERE WITH MY FEET IN THE WATER SO I SAID OK AND AGAIN POINTED TO TH $28.00 TREATMENT. HE WAS VERY ROUGH ON MY FEET AND LEGS. I TOLD HIM HE WAS HURTING ME. HE SAID NO NO HURT YOU THIS GOOD FOR YOU. HE GOT NAIL. POLISH ON MY SKIN AND THE FLIP FLOPS I PUT ON BEFORE HE POLISHED MY NAILS. HE TRIED TO GET THE POLISH OFF MY SKIN AND FLIP FLOPS THAT WERE QUITE EXPENSIVE WITH A BRUSH DIPPED IN NAIL POLISH THAT MADE IT WORSE BECAUSE IT SPREAD THE POLISH ALL AROUND MY SKIN AND FLIP FLOPS. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY I USED MY CREDIT CARD I WAS EXPECTING TO PAY $28.00 PLUS A RELUCTANT TIP. I TOLD THE CASHIER I ASKED FOR THE $28.00 SERVICE THEN ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES START TALKING IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND I WAS THE ONLY CLIENT AT THE TIME. THEN THE MAN WHO DID MY FEET SAID HE GAVE ME NUMBER 2 ON THE MENU BECAUSE IT WAS BETTER FOR ME AND THEY COULD NOT CHANGED MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. When he was cutting my toe nails he stabbed my big toe with the clippers and made my roe bleed. A few days later my toe started hurting real bad so i thought i might have an ingrown toenail. When I took the polish off my big left toenail i noticed it was infected really bad. I had just spent $48.00 plus a $5.00 tip on a pedicure and had to take the nail polish off after just a few days because i got a bad infection from him cutting or stabbing my big toe wth the clippers. Also I think it is very rude for them to speak a FOREIGN language in front of customers this is America and they live and work here so they SHOULD speak English while at work. I could not care less what they speak at home...

This place is always busy but you get great service. And the quality is better than any Ive tried here in Pensacola. With nail shops on every corner, you have to be great and they are!

Amazing service! I had to bring my 2y old son in because the sitter canceled & they were so good to him and they let me get a mani and petty in peace. Grant it I’m not gonna bring the boy back, but they are absolutely amazing.

Decent enough place, clean as far as we could see. We only interacted with 2 members of the staff, and the younger woman was sweet and energetic, but the older woman was kind of sour and ended up slicing the side of my sisters finger.. not even in the quick, just the side of her finger. I get accidents happen, but she didnt really apologize or act like she cared. Our nails turned out alright, but we wont be going back.
