As soon as I walked in the door the man was super rude and politely declined to service me. I have never been treated so badly and don’t recommend anyone waste their money here

Im new to acrylic nails but Kim really knows her stuff and walks me through all of it. Shes very creative . Been in 4 times now and couldnt be happier! Love her .

LOVE both salons Kim and her husband own. They both show great customer service and amazing work. I will not go anywhere else. I am really suprised at any negative reviews but I guess you will have those people in every bunch. I love I can go alone and hold a conversation the entire time about anything and everything. 100% recommend to everyone that wants amazing work at affordable prices.

Walked in, literally nobody in sight, one employee sitting on the chair for pedicures and they turned me away claiming they were too busy. Do not recommend.

I have had many pedicures but I have to say Hen did an amazing job! What a wonderful message on my feet and legs. Give them a chance, do not go by the bad reviews it was a great experience! Thank you Hen!

Kim has taken care of me for 14 years. I own a home improvement company and put them to the test daily and they never disappoint. BEST PLACE AND OWNER!! Her whole family are awesome but fyi she will not tolerate attitude and rudeness.

THE BEST ACRYLIC NAILS in Pensacola. I have been to a few nail salons across Pensacola and Tim did amazing. They look very natural and the paint job was beautiful!It did take longer than i expected but quality takes time i would much rather spend a little extra time and get something i am happy with!I will definitely be back! :)

Wonderful, Kim has been taken care of my nails and toes for many years. She is a wonderful person and over the years she has become my friend. She and her family give great service and I look forward to going there every time.

The gel doesn’t even cover all of my nails the glitter is sticking through so it is cutting my skin and my nails are not even pointed there are dips all in it

Got done fairly fast and a pretty good job . They aren’t very talkative, they just do their job and that’s about it. My nails came out great and my eyebrows did as well. 30 bucks is cheap for a full set of coffin shaped nails so I was scared but they came out really nice.

The only man in the salon did my acrylic nails for me. I was disappointed in his treatment of me. I use a small Walker, because I have a walking disability. My husband helped me sit down in one of the rolling chairs at his station. He handled my hands pretty roughly, I noticed. Then he told me to go wash my hands. I said its kind of hard for me to get up again and do that. Normally at other nail salons they bring a warm wet towel and wash them off for me. He acted funny about helping me with that . So he gets a wet cotton ball to wash off my hands...really? Then I noticed he cut my cuticle and never said anything about it. When I finally realized it, I asked if he used an antiseptic on it. (I had mentioned I was diabetic also). He said, no I didnt. Im not happy about this and if I get an infection, you will be hearing from me!As he was to do my gel polish, he leaves the station goes behind my chair and starts rolling me across the salon. He never said a word about what he was going to do. I was quite embarrassed. I said dont you have more of these light machines, so you can have one at your station? He answered me, we have 2, we have to share them! (Kind of snotty) by this time, he knew I was not happy, so he finished up pretty roughly. I did not tip him and said I would not be back!

They are very meticulous in their nail doing process. Friendly and reasonably priced. They have a large customer base, so for the holidays get there early.

This review is for the Fancy Nails 2 located at the Pine Forest and Mobile Hwy shopping center. I have been here before with okay results and experience. However my last experience was horrible and I will never go back. I arrived to get a pedicure was seated immediately. The tub was filled with cold water. The girl started on my right foot. She trimmed my nails crooked. As she buffed them most the time she was buffing my toes not my toe nails. As she trimmed my cuticles she was cutting off my skin around my toes. She did this to my right foot then proceeded to do the callus remover. She then proceeded to my left foot to do the callus remover then scrubbed my left foot with a purple pad. The she started to put lotion on my legs. This is when I had had enough and stopped her and told her she hadnt done my nails on the left side or scrubbed my right foot with the purple pad. She aloe never cleaned under my nails on the right foot or filed them after trimming them crooked. I said Im going to leave now and go somewhere else. Also I had been there in the chair an hour and this is all that was done. I should have been finished in an hour as I was the only customer getting a pedicure. I offered $10 for the girls time even though she had done a horrible job and the lady that owns the store tried to tell me to pay $15. I said your crazy. I shouldnt be paying anything! I gave the $10 and left to go somewhere else to get it done right. The owners didnt even care what was wrong, offer to fix it or apologize. This was the worst experience ever and I will never go back nor do I recommended anyone go here. If I could give this place zero stars I would!

I have been going here to get my toes done every two weeks. Today she tell me she got 4 people in front of me but only one person waiting. All others getting nails done. It was 530 they close at 7 but have been there until 730........I have found someone else and moved on she funny acting and I have seen her turn other people away cause they come in with a kid.....

Their area was very nice but their customer service was not the best.they have dirty looks and it felt like they were talkin about me the whole time. They were not to gentle either they cut my skin and when I told them it hurt they rolled their eyes and continued.I would not recommend going here.

I will not return. Just left and came home and realized they half polished several toes and didn’t cleanup polish around some. Two ladies worked on my toes and never said a word as they were changing. Customer service was not great.This was a girl’s day outing so I was focused on enjoying my friends and unfortunately didn’t realize the subpar job until I home. Will never return or recommend!

The staff was friendly and it is clean...which is the only reason for 2 stars. The girl who did my pedicure was clearly new and training, never spoke and seemed uncomfortable. Three different staff members worked on me never saying a word to me when changing, just each other and I was unable to understand. They do not use a hot towel at the end and my feet were literally sliding in my shoes when I left due to so much lotion. They price is comparable but the service is sub par. I will not return nor would I suggest this place based on my experience.

Absolutely the WORST nail salon Ive ever been to. Hardly any English. I explained the simple (literally a diagonal stripe across the big toe nail) nail art i wanted and after explaining it 4 times it was still wrong. Take an extra 3 min and drive to the one by Wal-Mart.

They have great prices and they always do a great job.

My sister went into this place and asked to get her acrylic nails soaked off. They started working on her. Instead of SOAKING her nails off like any normal nail place would, they took an acrylic nail (that you would have put on your nails) and the cuticle clippers and literally pulled & ripped her acrylic nails off each finger. When she realized they werent soaking them off, she asked again to get them SOAKED off. She asked multiple times, and they ignored her. And then ripped off her acrylic nails. No drill. Nothing. And yes, she was in pain and in tears because they wouldnt listen to her and it hurt (obviously). That is ridiculous. No one needs to go here.

The shop is clean and technicians are pretty good.

This place is crappy and the lady who met me at the door was rude. They need better customer service.

I have been 2 times both was horrible... They skipped over me for hours to be waited on because I guess the people they knew was more important! The first time I went I had two nails that hurt for 3 weeks!!! The second time I ended on walking out after waiting for 2 hours!!! I wouldnt send anyone there and I wont be going back!!!!

Pedicure was great but nail polish peeled off the next day. It must have been whatever they added to the polish to thin it.

My first time coming here and my nails are different shapes from each other. The workers have a bad/rude attitude. Very bad service .. also give nasty looks the entire time. She kept leaving while doing my nails. I would never come back here again🙄

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!Ive been fancy nails for years to get my eyebrows done, the owner Kim is very rude Im absolutely fed up a to How she treats her customers. I went in there today around 6:00 pm 10/24/17 and again yelled at me and talked down to me. Saying if you want to wait 45 min because I dont have the time! Who tells their clients this and yells at them?! When I asked her why she was being rude she said thats just how she is and talks to people. Never in my life have I been talked to this way from any other nail salon in town! I will NEVER go back there again!!!! What a rude women!!!!

I liked the shop, I got a regular pedicure, it was normal ... rushed ... I was in a hurry so that was fine ! I came home and was looking at myToes and a lot of areas are not painted ... I wont be going back . I can paint my toe nails poorly 😭
