There are good companies, then there is United Towing. We had a minor issue with a tow job. They went WAY above to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Have been using United towing for many many years both business and individual. Always do a great job and have good employees. I travel a lot and put them on my wifes speed dial she used them several times dead battery flat tire I never even got a call while out of town. What more could be said.

Chase and United Towing are the absolute best! If you need a tow, call and ask for Chase. He is superior in his field and really knows his stuff. He is cordial, friendly, thorough, fast, truly exceptional and extraordinary! He even came for another tow for me on Mothers day. Within minutes he was on it!

My wife had problems with her fairly new to her car. Charles with United came out late on a Saturday night (midnight) and got her car to the mechanic shop with a smile and made it feel like everything will be ok. Glad that he came out to help us. Will use again if we ever need. Charles will be my go to, for sure.

Had such a great experience with United Towing . My car broke down in Alpharetta, near my work place, and had to tow it to Marietta . I honestly thought it would cost me over $500.00 to get it towed, but the front desk was able to give me a quote for less then $200.00! Alex the driver kept my updated as to when he had arrived as well as when he dropped the car off in Marietta. As for COVID precautions, I was able to have a contactless experience! Highly recommend!

I work for dominos as a manager and last night one of my drivers caught a flat and we couldnt fix it on the side of the road. I decided to call a tow truck for my driver to get his car home. I was quoted 200 for the tow. When it was all said and done it was only 120. I was able to pay over the phone and the tow driver let my driver ride along since he was taking the car to his house anyway. I will definitely be using you guys again. Yesterday I had to have a car towed that was missing the keys and was a pain to get on the truck because of that. The operator I had was named Dusty and he was very impressive with the skills he had hooking up the car and dropping it off. Ive had a ton of cars towed throughout my life and he was be far the best operator I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be using United over anyone else as long as they are available! I highly recommend them and Dusty specifically!

12/1/2020 So my son’s Dodge ram stopped off exit 12B McFarland Parkway and a tow truck driver with United Towing by the name of Matt came out to assist us and this guy was so professional and knowledgeable. Every move was precise on down to placing the vehicle straight in the parking space. Their prices were VERYYYYYYYYYY FAIR! Jay called ahead and arrived when expected. Jay is simply one of the nicest guys you could hope to meet. He took care of my car like it was his own and delivered it as promised. I tend to keep vehicles a long time and eventually things wear out. Jay at United Towing will be my go-to guy from here forward when we need a tow.

I called Progressive my insurance company for roadside assistance at that point it had been an hour, when the rep called me back to say it would be 2 hours before someone would be able to come out. The nice police officer that helped my husband and I referred us to United Towing and Earl was there to assist within 15 minutes. Thanks again Earl for the wonderful customer service. I will be sure to let family, friends and coworkers know about you guys.

Absolute scam! Awful that any company would make a bad situation worse. My accident happened literally 1 1/2 miles straight down the road to the collision co. Both the officer and I directed the towing co. to deliver there. I went to the collision co. to discuss repairs and my truck was not there. Instead, it was brought back to towing co. facility 20 miles away. My ins. co. paid for towing to the wrong place, storage and towing back the next day at almost $500. When I contacted the towing co. to see what happened with my truck I was told it was standard practice to bring to their facility and the driver was not instructed where to deliver. The receptionist was rude, had a touch luck attitude and the driver flat out lied about being directed where to go. Who in the world would not give the driver instructions and not inquire where their vehicle is being towed? Its fraud and why ins. costs so much. IF this is posted, I cant wait to see your sugar coated response. I could use a good laugh.

My motorcycle broke down on me on the side of 400 while on my way home from work. (11:30 pm on a Saturday night) I spoke to a lady over the phone, who said it may take up to an hour and a half before someone could get out there. 10-15 mins later Earl Pugh came to the rescue. He informed me he also rides motorcycles and made me feel like he was really there to help me out. I went from being stuck on the side of 400 in the dark to being home in less than 30 mins. I can’t Thank you enough for your help Earl!

Pleasant, helpful, amazing service! When AAA declined to tow my daughters car claiming it needed a recovery service they recommended United. United came quickly and easily loaded her car. Most importantly they noted that it was NOT a recovery job and did NOT charge me any recovery fee!

I got in my car to head to the gym and BOOM! Dead car! Wasn’t sure what it was but United came and saved the day and were here within 20 minutes of calling. He used his portable jumper because the car was down the driveway parked just too far away from my hubby’s truck for our cables to work! Once he arrived he gave it a jump, the car started and I was able to go straight to get a new battery. Very reasonably priced and again, turn around time was awesome!

Terry, my driver and I had one of the most real and entertaining talks on our 1 hour journey at 3 in the morning. He was prompt professional and hilarious. He made a frustrating situation enjoyable. Hopefully we won’t break down again, but if we do, I hope Terry is on call for United Towing.

Great customer service and fast response time. My family and business have used them several times and my ONLY complaint is their trucks. The emblems and outside look rough and the few trucks I have been in are gross.

Jay was incredible. I went to start my car today and had no power to the car. I called two other companies before this one and the other companies didnt have drivers today (Day after superbowl) United did have a driver available and they made it to me within about 15 minutes. Called me when they were close and got the problem solved. Jay was great and very knowledgeable. Excellent service!The alternator went out on our truck just outside of the ATL airport. I called United Towing and spoke with Sharon. During a stressful time, she put me at ease with her “can do” attitude and made the process simple. She was awesome! Later that evening, Earl dropped off the vehicle at our residence and took great care in placing the truck in our driveway. He was extremely kind and professional, as well. Great team!Whereas we hope to not require regular towing, United Towing will be our “go to” company for this service. I can’t say enough about these folks. Dusty was very helpful during unloading our car after it was wrecked in an accident. He was very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate and service us even in the rain.

This is long overdue. On May 31st of this year, I called AAA for roadside assistance as my daughter parked her car on a hill leading down a large ravine. As soon as she stopped the car and put it in Park, the car started sliding down the hill.She got out of the car and called me. Not fully understanding the situation, we called good old AAA and they dispatched a truck from one of your competitors.Upon further inspection, with the way the car was positioned, it did not take the driver long to realize that any singular attempt at pulling the car back on the road would be the equivalent to pulling the rug out from under someones feet and the car would have surely gone down into the ravine.The other driver was professional and concerned about our vehicle; it did not take long to realize we needed a second truck.The police officer on hand suggested United Towing as he knew they had a larger rig and so, in the name of getting the car off the ridge before it continued to slip into the ravine, I called your company.Soon, we had two trucks of the same size and capabilities. Your driver, out of concern for us, worked in tandem with your competitor and it was a thing of beauty. The two drivers see sawed, step by step, our car back, safely, onto the road.The driver from United Towing is to be commended for going above and beyond the call of duty.

In late September 2018, our sedan died on the driveway at my mothers condo and we needed to have it towed to the dealership. Jay, our Tow Truck Technician was friendly, helpful and professional. He was on site within 30 minutes, took it to the dealer for us for a reasonable rate. Weve since needed United Towing two additional times and the administrator who answered our calls is courteous and professional. They have a good group of people to work with when your car breaks down and you need it moved.

Called, said they would be over in 30 min, gave me a quote, got my bobcat out in about 20 min or so, paid the bill, we were all happy. Great driver, my grandson told me he was an excellent driver because he backed all the way down the driveway and backed to where the bobcat was stuck. United and Aaron saved the day yesterday. Our sons car has a lowered suspension and requires special treatment in order to tow. United has drivers and trucks that are equipped for low center-of-gravity LCG vehicles like his. Our driver Aaron arrived quickly as promised and took great care to load and unload the vehicle carefully to avoid damage to spoilers and chassis. On top pf all that the cost was very reasonable. Many thanks to Aaron and United - highly recommend them!

Jeff, with United Towing, arrived at the scene where my vehicle had suddenly quit. I was in front of a long line of cars, and in a potentially very stressful situation. After adding gas, still could not get it started, and the police needed it moved. Jeff was very easy-going, had a great attitude and lots of experience. He took me to a gas station to see if more gas would get it going, it did not. Then he towed me to the shop of my choice, and unfortunately, it was a body shop, not a mechanic. So, we went to a mechanic. Jeff never became impatient or changed his demeanor. This was comforting as I was having a pretty rough day, by then. Jeff and United Towing deserve high marks for their service tonight, and helped me greatly. I totally recommend them. It appears by the wide range of reviews that the service delivered depends greatly upon which driver you happen to get.

Our community had a towing contract with the company. They cancelled it without notice and owner would not return calls of board members to explain reason which left us in a bad situation. I used to sing their praises and even recommended them to other communities and private individuals but I wholeheartedly withdraw that recommendation. Do not use if at all possible. I am sure the owner could care less about this or other reviews but I wanted the good people of Google to know about this business.

My car died on me last night at a very busy intersection. I phoned AAA but they indicated that they could have a tow truck out anytime up to 2 hours from then. The police officer on the scene indicated that I had to get the car removed asap. I called United Towing and within 30 minutes they were there. Very polite, very helpful and very reasonable. Thank you very much for great service on a very cold night. I will make sure to use your company again if ever needed in the future.

Ive used them multiple times and generally happy with them. The driver got there in less than an hour each time, the truck drivers and office staff are always friendly and nice.Had 1 issue out of about 5 roadside service calls - The tow driver should be aware that theres ways to get cars into neutral before dragging it up a flatbed with the car in Park. My car got dragged up with locked wheels, I learned about this neutral release after the fact. He also got the hook around a sway bar and yanked it out of place. I was able to fix it myself for nearly free or I would have filed a complaint.

Great price for the distance. Driver was not friendly and figured whispering would be the best way of communicating over his massive diesel engine. When I have to ask WHAT 3 times, its time to speak up.

I was treated absolutely horrible. The owner was nasty and made it very clear my kind was not welcome there. RACIST! Spoke to me with utter disrespect. They originally quoted one price to me and when I came to pay the fee almost doubled. They ended up pulling the call and HEARD THAT SHE THE REP GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION. Did they care? NO. Im begging the lady at this point to at least meet me half way because how is it my fault I was quoted wrong? The owner comes up and basically says Im the owner take t or leave it - if I start being nice and giving things Way I wont have a businessCustomer service and respect for people of all colors do NOT EXIST HERE. And all of the reps were SMIRKING AND LAUGHING when I started crying. How can you laugh in the face of someone who is distressed ? I was blessed that my friend allowed me to borrow extra money or my car would still be there.Please be careful if you ever have to work with this horrible company.The whole environment is horrible from the owner down to his little minions.
