Worst place ever!! Went in to get my acrillic taken off my nails instead of soaking them she tried ripping them off with a fake nail and then nail clippers..till the clippers slipped and went into my nail bed.. I jerked back in pain.. asked her if she cannot soak them off she started having a additude instead of apologizing she kept talking in her own language under her breath the whole time..the polish she put on my nails was so sloppy a 5yr old could have done a better job..2 days later my polish started chipping off..what a waste of money!!! mind you when I walked in it was completely empty so no excuse there ! Guess i just Interrupted the little break time.. I would not recommend to anyone to go to this place it is terrible!

Amazing place, the guy that does my pedicures gives the best massages. Prices are affordable as well. I was beyond satisfied and will return. Ask for the gentleman their.

Ladies dont ever go to L & C Nails on 9th Avenue and Langley. Ive had the worst experience of my life. I came here due to me working and missing my nail appointment. Not only that he insulted me further by saying I just didnt want to pay for the service when Im very capable of paying for the service! I guess he stereotyped me for some reason. Maybe because my hair is tied up, because I just spent more on my hair than what I spent for my nails to get done. Andy is very unprofessional and rude. I will never come here again. It took everything in me not to slap this man! Now this is how far he filed my natural nails, to the point it hurt but he goes in to say this is how it should be. Smh like I dont get my nails done every two weeks.

Got my nail done 3 days before mothers day and they are already falling I pay 75 dollars for full set and color change on the my toe .35 dollars for color change on toes Never again

I have been going to this salon for a about 3 years now. I recently moved about 10+ miles further and was looking into other places to try but I feel at home at L&C. Everyone is so nice and the place stays clean. Currently on my way there now.

They charge $15 for waxing my chin, I had to go back. Poorly done. Same day got pedicure and after the oil was gone bottom of my feet looked like snake skin peeling. When I ask them to fix problem. The younger one was rude as HELL!!!!DO JOT GO THERE, They arent good at ALL!!!

They are under new management and new owners and I go to them every 3 weeks and they are awesome polite and have become my extended family I recommend them to everyone!

The service was great. The lady doing my nails was very polite and did a wonderful job. I came in for a fill but she took the time to moisturize my cuticles, lotion and massage my hands a well. I will be returning

Literally went in and there was no one being waited on, so I went immediately to a chair. Just wanted a good French acrylic job, which they looked great...but she put tips that were way too small on and just covered it up with acrylic. I was in so much pain I had to cut them off 5 hours later and soak them (no this was not my first time getting my nails done). I couldnt even grab anything. They were closed, otherwise I would have went right back in. So I went in the next morning with nub fingers, not even asking for a refund...just to take the rest of the acrylic off and they charged for the take off saying it was my fault. $40 down the drain. No refund, and pay to get my nails normal. And by normal I mean, she made me bleed from the sander drimmel thing on SIX of my fingers, all while saying oh, so sorry, that hurt?. Still had acrylic on my nails too. Will never return and do not suggest this place ever. Negative 5 stars.

We apologized for the bad service and quality before, but recently L&C Nails HAS A NEW OWNER and we are redoing a lot of stuff to make the salon better than before. We promise a better service and quality from now on. Come in and try us again. We will be having discounts as a reopening! Thank you

They were okay the first time I went. I went again an hour before they closed and they were in rush. My toes were not dry, so I messed them up in the car. I will be there bright in early tomorrow morning. I will never return after that.

Only one star because you have to give a star to review! Online they have a poster with prices and there dipping powder service is for $35. I went to ask how much before I actually had it done and the guy tells me $40. I told him I seen online its $35. That is not good! I decided not to get my nails done since they lie!

I have been here many times and have been pleased but last couple of times have not been good. Today was the worst. The gentleman doing my pedicure was obviously sick, coughing without covering his mouth, spitting into the trash can and wiping his nose on his arm and sleeve. I was trying not to breathe! I was getting a pedicure for an upcoming trip so I hope I don’t get sick from all the germs he was spreading . The staff I think, was arguing the entire time in a different language. It was very stressful. Lastly, there was polish all over my skin that I had to ask for another lady to remove. If you are sick, please stay home😡 I will never go back!

The worst experience I have ever had at a nail shop! The prices are high for the quality and the staff can barely understand what you are telling them. I got a gel pedicure and acrylic full set with gel polish and my mom got a full acrylic set with gel. They charged me 153$ ! The nails were crooked and I specially asked for long nails and got Easter eggs. I will NEVER go here again.

She did my nails perfectly and took her time instead of rushing through customers but it didnt take forever.

Hands down the worst experience ever at a nail salon. Too many negative comments to take the time to type them all out. (Coming from someone who works in a profession where members grade their experience on you, I don’t take lightly negatively filling out a survey on someone.) If I could give them zero stars I would.

The lady filed my nail to low on one side so I have a dent in my nail . My polish is lumpy and my old gel polish is still one three of my nails ! They also over charged me for a fill in . The sign says $20 for gel fill in but she charged me $33 This was my first time there and I am not pleased
