I love this place! The layout is well done. It has an upscale feel to the place. The staff are all very friendly. The place is super clean. They’ve taken a lot of sensible measures due to the pandemic. My favorite tech is Len. She is conscientious and detailed when doing my pedicures and she does an amazing job on my eyebrows! I can’t say enough positive things about this place.

I absolutely love this nail bar. They are very professional, courteous and definitely goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that I am pleased with my nails and pedicure every single time. They also have the most talented nail technicians in escambia county. They literally can do every single design on my nails that I dreamt up in my mind or brought with me via a picture to my appointment that day 💅🏿🤣 they are very down to earth and well rounded people. Clean, safe practices. My Nail technician was professional, personable. I got a fill in and a nail repair. Just moved to the area from Atlanta and Ive been with the same nail tech (Samantha) for 15 years, needless to say I was nervous. Natalie did not disappoint. Ill work her up to my level of sassy in time.

This was my first time here and I must say I had a great experience. I got a pedicure and shellac manicure. I had an appointment for today and they took me in right away. The guys at the front were cordial. The guy who did my pedicure (Allen I believe) did a great job and the young girl who did my nails was fantastic. I will definitely come back.

Nail tech rushed through my full set. My nails looked uneven. She was aggressive with clipping my nails and filed so hard that she gave me a cut.

Nat is the bomb with waxing...I really miss Christina doing my pedicures they have been mediocre every since.

I’ve been going to Polished for 3+ years and love it! The staff treats you like family and I’ve never had a bad service while there. The pedicures are amazing, my nails last and they are the only people i trust to touch my eyebrows. 10/10 recommend polished!

I called and they didn’t take anymore reservations that day but that did not matter at all! They are well staffed and I was in a seat in less then 10 min even when they were SUPER busy. Very clean and very nice. They do offer complimentary drinks although i didn’t get one you might just have to ask for one lol. Nevertheless they are great and professional.

We loved our experience at Polished! My daughter got the holographic nails by Ken and she cant stop looking at them! I like to have my nails buffed and its great to find a place that will actually do this in Pensacola! I love to help people moving to the area find great places to pamper themselves, so Polished Nail Bar will be on top of my list for nail salons.

I really want to like this nail bar, I hear great things about it, a lot of my friends get their nails done here, and the people working there are really nice, but every time I go I am never satisfied with their work. After spending 95$ for services, then a 20% tip I shouldnt have to come come home and buff my feet, or file my nails again because of sloppy work. In my recent visit the woman never cleaned my nails before applying SNS, and there was visible debris under my nail, also I still have some rough spots on my feet that could have been easily buffed out. I can do a better job at home, but getting this done is how I treat myself, and spending that much just to go behind someone and do it myself is isnt worth it.

Nail tech rushed to do my nails. Made them too thick acrylic wise. More focused on a regular customer that came in then me. She was nice she just needs to slow down.

Posting on husbands account but worse pedi I’ve ever had. It lasted about 20 minutes, currently have polish all over my skin and he sanded a place on my foot til it was bleeding. He was very sweet so I didn’t say anything while I was there but I will not go back.

Had the best manicure of my life with Tuyen. She paid such close attention to detail and really made the experience perfect. I had some poorly done acrylics (from a different place) soaked off, and then a gel manicure. I will definitely be back here and hopefully with Tuyen again. The place in general was very clean, everyone was polite, and of course they had complimentary drinks.

My friend took me here and she has had Lyn do her nails since they opened. Its a nice upscale Nail salon that even offers wine to their customers. Theyre always busy, so I suggest making an appointment.

I recently moved to Pensacola. This was the first nail salon I went to. I was greeted at the door. And everyone from the moment I walked in until I left was extremely friendly. I was offered complementary wine. They did a fantastic job on my manicure. Tina helped my mom, and she was so friendly and outgoing. It made the adjustment to a new place easier. The prices are reasonable, excellent work, and great service. I will be back!

Nat was sweet but she rushed doing my nails. she didnt understand that i wanted square oval shape nails. she gave me square round. plus this salon is mainly catered to older women. i wasnt even there an hour and was rushed in and out. while other customers just to have a nice experience. this was my first time getting a set from them. i have nail still showing where she didnt cover it with the acrylic and gel polish. the length is all off on all the nails and I had to file them when i got home. they only care about the rich looking clients. do not recommend for new clients looking for a nail set.

This used to be my favorite nail shop. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The environment is nice and clean, however, the one star is for the horrible job done on my nails. I came in 3/15/18 and spent almost $100 on full set and pedicure for my vacation. I left for my vacation the next day and needless to say before I came back on Sunday two nails are gone . ... IN MY SLEEP!! How does that happen? They didnt even last a full week. I will not be back... Every time one of these thin nails pop off... Its like watching your money being thrown away twice.. Because now I have to pay for something again that I have all ready paid for.

I got my nails done for a wedding and they were poorly done and overpriced. I got a full set. The nails had a huge gap between the acrylic and cuticle, they werent filed down correcrly(they were extremely uneven and bumpy and didnt blend into my real nails at all). I got gel polish and they didnt even put enough coats on. It was streaky and half way finished. My friend got the same polish job done on her real nails and she was charged as much as I was for a full set and gel. It was very disappointing. I paid and tipped to be nice instead of making a scene but I dont think I will ever go back. The nails are so embarrassing I almost took them off myself.

They didn’t take their time at all, and I really feel like the girl who did my nails didn’t know what she was doing. My nails are uneven and have bumps in them, I asked for coffin shape and it’s not coffin at all. The lettering I got on my nails are absolutely terrible, looks like a three year old did it. I usually don’t write bad reviews or even reviews at all but my nails are absolutely terrible and I spent 70 damn dollars. The only reason why I’m keeping them on is because I made them look better. I did and that really shows you how me who isn’t a professional nail stylist can do better than an actual professional. Get your money worth girls go to a DIFFERENT salon.

I love the nail bar! They give me great service and they are all very nice. They only thing is that I wish the had a more variety of nail polish. There are a lot of nudes and the same color over and over again.

You couldnt get better service at a salon if you sch a appt.you get right in. If you do have to walk-in and wait it is worth the wait great service with a smile the owners and their staff are so awesome they aim to please!!!!!

So, the people were nice. The reason I gave three stars is because it was way overpriced and I still didnt get what I asked for. The lady did a good job but I guess its poor quality because I havent even had my nails done a week, and they are already peeling and chipping. It was $47 for not even a week worth before they are messing up. Even though it was not a good experience, money and quality wise, the lady was very nice, that did my nails and she did take her time, so I did tip her well. It isnt her fault, they look high quality but use bad quality stuff. I usually try and post only if it is a positive because there is more negative than positive, but I hate for people to pay that much money for not even a week worth of nails. I had not had my nails done in almost 2 years, and I wanted to treat myself.....oh well, hope my experience was the only had experience. This is his wife by the way not Jake.

This is by far the BEST place in Pensacola! Not only do they do a wonderful job on nails, they easily give the best service. The owners are there every day, and are truly wonderful. I wont go anywhere else!

Nice people, did a decent job on a pedicure and manicure. Owners work right alongside employees. Some dont speak English, so that was a bit unnerving... You have to work at being understood sometimes.

This is the only salon I go to anymore. Really like the atmosphere. They’ve gotten more nail colors and added chromes and dip color recently. Nail techs are good, you just have to be clear about what you want.

Got my nails done here three days ago. First off one of my acrylics broke when I went to wash my hands during the session. Which wasnt a big deal but I thought it was pretty ridiculous that they charged me to replace the nail even though it was obviously not done correctly. Now Im three days into my set of nails and the polish has already begun to come off, not just a little bit either. At the tip and sides of every nail. Definitely a waste of money coming here. Dont foresee myself coming back in the future.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!I experienced the worst service here and it costed me $120! I made an appointment in advance to go here. I normally go to a different cheaper nail salon but I was planning my engagement photos so I was willing to spend extra for a better service. Unfortunately that is no where near what I got. Instead of a great job for the extra money I spent, I got an awful mani and pedi and a few rude employees for me speaking up about the disgusting nails they gave me. Everything went fine with my pedicure but where it all began was with my nails. I asked for acrylics not too short and not too long with the basic almond shaped ends. I even showed my nail “expert” a picture of exactly what I wanted. As she was doing my acrylics she broke 2 of them from changing the shape and grinding them down so much. She had to go back with more acrylic powder to redo them from it chipping. She continued to tell me what I wanted wasn’t what I really wanted and decided she knew what was best for me. When she was done I went to pay and didn’t exactly pay attention to how they looked. I had been in there for several hours at this point and was rushing to my next place I needed to go. After paying $120, I walked outside and noticed just how bad everything was. My left hand was a half an inch shorter than my right from how many times she filed them down to change the shape based on what SHE wanted them to look like. On top of that, the acrylic didn’t reach down to my nail bed all the way. My nails looked like had been growing out for a week already!! Ridiculous. Once I saw how bad they were and being uncomfortable with them looking this bad for my engagement pictures I returned back inside and showed the lady at the front desk my concerns. She said she saw the difference in length and the awkwardness in the shape of them also. She said I had two options: get a $10 refund to get them fixed at a different place (which is ridiculous because I paid $120 for an awful and messed up set!!!! $10 wouldn’t get me a new set which is what I needed.) Or my second option was to sit back down for them to fix my nails. I told them I didn’t have another 2 hours to sit here for them to try to fix what they had messed up in the first place! She continued to get mad at me for their mistakes and then pulled the classic “well that’s how your nail bed sits. That’s why they look like that. It wasn’t something I did. It’s your finger.” I have had acrylics plenty of times and they have NEVER been that bad. Although I had other places to be, I’d rather get them fixed and cancel my plans than only get $10 back. I sat down and she put extra acrylic on my left hand to try to match the length of my right hand, tried reshaping them, and repainted them. I can not explain to you how mad I am at how bad they turned out even after her “fixing” them. I wish I had never gone there. Please save your money!!!! NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!

The atmosphere is nice. The people were friendly. I made an appointment ahead and got seated easily. The only issues i had were with the pedicure i got. My ingrown toenails were not cut out and i still had dead skin on my toes. I have roughness on my heels that they were lazy about and remained after the pedicure. I usually get a leg massage included when i get a pedicure, but not here.

OMG!!! This is the best salon in Pensacola by far!! The service I receive when I go there is next to none!! The staff is very friendly, they have so many different colored acrylics polishes and more....I will never take my money anywhere else and the prices are VERY reasonable they are even open on Sundays!! Oh yea and by the way they do have a sign that say that they will close earlier than 6:00 if theres more people waiting which makes since but hey go check them out you wont be disappointed :)

The reason I am giving them two stars is due to fact that two of my nails chipped the day after. I wasnt doing any heavy lifting of the sort and hadnt banged them on anything. They just chipped. Ill admit, the salon was nice and stylish and the drinks were good but the nail work was subpar.

Im giving them a two star because the atmosphere is really nice, wait time is short, and the services are okay. However there are some major problems. #1 there is no listing of prices and services on Yelp, Facebook, google, etc. I had to call to find out and their selection is very confusing. #2 I went in with friends to get SNS done on our nails. Two of us were told 40, a middle range price for SNS, and our other friend was told 47. None of us wanted acrylics. We all wanted the same thing. I heard several other people told conflicting prices. I dont know if the staff doesnt know their own prices or if they try to swindle people they think they can. #3 the guy I had, Thomas, constantly kept going back to his phone not for an emergency but to play games. #4 Ive had my nails for less than a week and theyve already broken. Im not harsh on my nails and the only other time theyve broken is when Ive had them on for four weeks.In summery, you may have a good experience or you may have one like mine. I went because I heard a lot of good things about the place, but I guess theyre slipping

I had the worst experience ever for a pedicure. I told the receptionist I wanted to be sure they cut all the cuticle from my toes. I told the technician 5 times more cutting please. I still have cuticle all over every toe and I had to fix the missing nail polish on my first toe!!! I told them when checking out I was very dissatisfied and he said did you mean callus and I said no, cuticle. He charged me full price and never even apologized!! Never going back!!

I dropped by today & got right in with Christy. She did a fantastic job on my nails and had a great personality! I dont get to Pensacola as often as Id like, but when I do, Ill be sure to drop by again. 😊

This is honestly the best nail salon in Pensacola for their variety of shellac colors, talented nail technicians, wine/champagne, ability to do art, and theyre the only ones in town that are able to recreate designs off instagram/pinterest pictures like pros. I have been going to them for years and they are consistent in terms of quality excellence. I always make appointments because theyre so great, its a busy salon. They also do eyelas extensions though I dont partake, but those are very popular & people look very happy with those too. I highly recommend them as the best nail salon and get compliments on my nails almost daily.

When we come in I didn’t think I wanted to get a pedi but then realized I did after 3 other people put their names down on the list. A man came up to me & told me he’d make sure I got sat next to my mom. A sweet old lady did my pedicure. They serve you alcoholic beverages, coke products & water, if they don’t offer you anything just ask & they’ll give it to you.

I recently took a chance on this place with a friend and was amazed. The decor is very relaxing, clean, and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was at a very high end day spa but I only paid $50 for mani/pedi/brows. They offer complimentary mimosas, wine, beer, and coffee. With a place like this in Pensacola I cannot imagine why anyone would go anywhere else. I even prefer it over the Nail Lounge because I have found the staff at the Nail Lounge to be rude when they ignore the customer and talk amongst themselves as if you arent there and they are more expensive. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I got my nails done here for prom and the next day the pinky broke off and throughout the week all the others broke. i’m down to 4 nails and it’s only been a week. the acrylics aren’t strong at all(.)

Everytime I ever have walked in this place the staff is rude right off the bat. Who wants to be greeted with an irritated staff member? I understand being busy but that is never an excuse to give poor customer service. I will gladly wait 30-40mins if Im going to have a good experience. Hasnt been the case. Two times Ive actually gotten pedicures here and felt the staff was rude.... Tried one last time and walked out. Way too many salons in the area to go somewhere where people are rude for no reason.

Had my nails done today with the powder dip. Nothing extraordinary & upon checking out was charged $52! My nails have sharp edges & aren’t even. This is why prices aren’t posted, so they can mark up prices as they want. I’m spreading the word because that’s a poor business practice.
