I can not say enough about this company. The owner took fantastic care of my family when I was deployed and moved his schedule around to make them a priority because the A/C was out. 2 years later, I call and said my UV lamp said it needed to be replaced. That was $150 service call set up. The day prior to the work being done, the owner called and asked me if the lamp was actually out. Turns out it was not, it was just a system generated notice. He said, I can come out and replace your lamp and charge you $150. but there is no need if it is still working So many other companies would have just taken the work, charged me and not thought twice about it. Today, 2 years later the technician showed on time to replace my bulb. He opened everything up and then told me that it was still working, I must have just missed it before, and asked if I still wanted the work done. By now the bulb was 4 plus years old so I asked him to go ahead since he was here. Then he replaced, at no charge to me, the float switch with a better one than they had 4 years go. Then he made suggestions on the temp/humidity settings but I was in a meeting so didnt have time to listen well or mess with the thermostat. So he changed them for me.I am sure that there are good A/C companies all around us, but finding an owner and company that will ALWAYS do right by you and not try to take you to the bank can be a roll of the dice. I 100% trust this company with any and all of my future needs.

I called late one evening and someone was already out early the next morning! The guy showed up, diagnosed the problem, and left to get the part in only about 30 minutes. He was back much faster than he said he would be and the new part was installed in about another 30 minutes. The guy was incredibly respectful, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. I’ve now used this company twice and without a doubt I’ll be using them again if we have another issue!

My daughter overheard him talking to his company stating that the homeowner wanted something for free. The technician made no attempt to find out what the problem was with the air conditioner. He stated that the air condition wasn’t of good quality and was almost 6 years old. He stated that it was probably just getting old and that he didn’t know what was causing the noise and wasn’t willing to try to figure it out. He then tried to get me to pay him to change out the capacitor. Additionally he stated that the home warranty would not be willing to fix it without even making contact with them and making a recommendation. When my daughter called him out for making the statements that wasn’t true to his company he tried to deny them. At this time he started trashing the home warranty company stating that they wanted them to fix air conditioners but didn’t want to pay. My daughter stated to him that was not a customers issue. I was very dissatisfied. I can’t understand for the world of me how he came up with the home owner is looking for something free. We paid well for our home warranty. This is unacceptable.

This is now the second time weve had to use White Sands, and I am still just as impressed as the first time. We had to have our whole unit replaced, which is never fun. However, Mr. Davy and the crew made the process as painless and seamless as possible. They answered all my questions, got us our unit quickly, and went above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible on me. The men who installed the new unit were polite, professional, and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

After an inspection to sell my house the inspector called for an AC coil cleaning. I wasnt sure this needed to be done. So I called White Sands on a referral. First of all someone answered the phone. Second I got a call back from a tech within 10 minutes. and we made an appointment. upon arrival the tech was professional and after not seeing an issue he didnt stop there . He checked out the complete unit top to bottom . The charge was a minimal service fee . and now I have piece of mind i am selling my house with a perfectly working AC system.Thanks White sands

They answered quickly and solved the repair problem, finding the necessary part still under warranty, and installing it before a whole day had passed. You couldnt ask for a friendlier, more polite and courteous, knowledgeable service tech to respond when you have an issue and the summer heat is climbing!

Once power was restored after Hurricane Sally, we noticed our AC was not working. With two toddlers and a newborn, this was posing quite an issue! I called White Sands, and within 2 hours I had technicians in my driveway. Thankfully this was an easy fix and our AC is up and running less than 3 hours after I initially called. I am more than impressed with the cost, professionalism, and promptness of White Sands! Will definitely be using this company again in the future if the need arises!

Unit went out late afternoon, repairman arrived next morning, unit had started work inn the night, but he still checked everything and cleaned the evaporator coils.

Last Sunday 7/7/19 was one of the hottest days on record for our area. My tenants called to inform me that the a/c quit working. My first though was, oh great, add me to the list. This is going to take a while. Im sure that all a/c companies are just slammed right now. I was not very optimistic. I told my tenants not to expect a tech until later on in the week. I called White Sands Cooling and Heating and left a message. To my surprise, I received a text message on Sunday night from a gentleman named Scot saying that they will try their best to get to me tomorrow, Monday. Monday morning I received a call from Scot. He said that he could fit me in sometime around the lunch hour. As promised, Scot was at my rental unit at 12:30 pm. He had the unit up and running in 20 minutes. What a relief! Thank you White Sands for your quick response, excellent communication and most of all, Scot having the superior technical experience and ability to diagnose and correct the problem so quickly. When it was time (long overdue) to replace the original HVAC system in my home built in 1972, White Sands went above and beyond. I got 5 different quotes and White Sands not only gave me the most options, they made sure I understood how the systems work. I felt very comfortable making the decision on my own. To this day, I can call them with any questions and they usually make the time to come over same-day to assist. HIGHLY recommend!

I have been very impressed with this company. They are professional and very friendly. I had an issue that came up on a Friday night at 6pm and Scot had my AC unit running again by 8:30 that same night.

My A/C was out from Wednesday night until Friday due to some poor dealing with another HVAC company. I heard about Scot, the owner of Whites Sands and I called him at 1:30 Friday afternoon. When we first met Scot it was obvious that he was extremely knowledgable and competent in his field as well as being a real nice guy. Finally someone we could have confidence in! He replaced our entire unit over 2 years ago. Deciding to do so was probably one of the best decisions we have ever made. Scot truly bent over backwards to make us happy since we were a little gun shy after putting up with repeated bandaid fixes by seemingly less competent individuals. How nice to have peace of mind...rather than the feeling of impending doom.Since replacing the unit we have had absolutely ZERO issues. This unit is very quiet. Our room temperature stays constant. The unit is so energy efficient that even with the ever increasing cost of electricity our heating/cooling costs continue to be a fraction of what they were 2 years ago!!Scot offers maintenance plans to fit into anyone’s budget. I came home and my air wasnt working. I called White Sands and talked with Scot. He troubleshot the issue with me on the phone and knew exactly what was broken. He looked up the unit while on the phone and verified the warranty. He picked up the replacement part from the parts distributor when it opened in the morning and came right over to fix it. He even txted me when he was running a little latter than expect.All in all a very professional company, and i would recommend them to anyone having AC issues.

In the lad two years, weve had two major HVAC jobs done. First, in August 2016, we had to have a whole new system installed--White Sands did it, promptly and professionally. Weve been very happy with it. Now, August of 2018, we found that our houses old ducts were sweating all in the attic, causing water damage to the ceiling in some areas. White Sands came the next day, the crew went the extra mile tearing out the old insulation from around the ducts, sealing the leaks, and installing new insulation. Couldnt recommend White Sands enough.

Extremely knowledgable, had an entire system installed in about 4 hours. Im fairly knowledgable in HVAC, but Scot from White Sands k ew his stuff. Professional, they cleaned up after themselves, they didnt take any shortcuts. There was a hiccup with the system, I informed the company and Scot was back out in less than 24 hrs, found and fixed it with no questions asked.Scot does quality work, and he stands behind it!

Scot came right away to check the leak in my new Bryant A/C and Heating system. He cleared the drain line and when there still was a leak, came back right away to find another problem where it was the sweat off the lines that caused the leak. After moving them all was well.

While having other work done the AC stopped working. Called and with in minutes they spotted the problem and had us up and running again because the house was cooling down. Will always call them.
