Had an AC unit go out recently and was told that it needed to be repaired for approximately $2500, replacement was $4200 ($1000 higher that 2 other estimates). Was told by owner and his wife that our units were not covered by warranty because commercial businesses have 1/2 warranty as residential customers. Good thing I found the manufacturers certified repair technician. They repaired the unit for $580 and all parts were verified to have full warranty for an additional 4 years. One good thing (single star) I can say is that they responded quickly to our call. I can not and will not recommend this company to ANY commercial business.This is especially disturbing to me since my company is a non-profit that provides services to homeless veterans.

Good place to work Adam is a great employer they do good work he is extremely good at what he does taught me a lot his knowledge alone his worth hiring this company to do your work

We are still paying for the shoddy work done on our place at Lost Key.We had to pay for another mistake today, for work that was done two years ago. I am so glad we found a reputable company in Perdido Key.
