I have been a patient here for over 21 years, and drive an hour to go to this practice. Dr. Ira Kotch is professional, skilled, and caring, and his staff is as wonderful as he is. Wendy has been my hygienist the entire time and is gentle but thorough. Their COVID precautions are extraordinary, and Dr. Kotch has NEVER recommended unnecessary treatment.

I have been a patient for a while now and I have never had one single complaint. The staff is friendly, everything is very clean and state of the art and I love Dr. Ira Kotch and Dr. Russell Kotch. I can trust them and know that I am in good hands. My husband and children are also patients and enjoy going to the dentist... Through the years I have referred many people and I will continue to do so for many to come.

After 3 day of having pain and not able to eat. I was able to get in to see Dr. Kotch first thing this morning. I have other teeth pulled. As other dentist are pulling the tooth I would get pain. Not here. Not only did I not feel any pain as he was pulling my tooth but he did it so fast that I really thought he was joking when he said he was done and he pulled 2 that needed to come out. I was very emotional since I have been in pain for 3 days plus no sleep last night that he took the time to listen to me. I appreciate Dr Kotch and his friendly staff. I will be back. Best dentist I have see in a long time. You can tell he loves his patience.

I am a big fat baby when it comes to my teeth due to really traumatic experiences at other dental offices and not taking care of my teeth well enough as a teenager. Anyway, Dr. Kotch’s office is AMAZING! He is so kind and patient. And he does great work! He saved a tooth that I thought was going to have to be pulled. He was able to fix the other dentist’s mistake. Can’t recommend him enough. Btw I’m a crier too, and I was awake the whole time.

What a first class operation! I was referred to the practice when I moved to the area, and am so happy I found them! First of all, you will not find a more COVID-19 compliant practice. They have spent a lot of money to make their office a safe place for both their patients and their staff. Their staff is wonderful...I never feel rushed off the phone when I call. And both doctors are great! They take the time to explain the treatment plan, and my family and I do not feel like just another patient to bill when we are there. She cleaned my teeth and made sure that everything was done very well and safety was her main concern. He instructed me to call him on his cell if I had any issues. Fortunately, everything healed properly and I had no issues.
