Great Pedi! And my feet needed it after the pandemic! Nice welcoming staff. In the moose for fall!

I had my first appointment today with Judy and enjoyed my pedicure.After researching, then researching more and reading a lot of not so good reviews of salon and spa places, I finally came across P & L Nails & Spa with GREAT reviews, so I decided to call and make my appointment immediately. LolI spoke with Judy who was very pleasant.My Mom was with me on the day of my appointment and I met her Mom as well.The salon is family oriented, very nice and clean.What I liked most is that as soon as you walk in youre asked to wash your hands, Yes!I am looking forward to going back for future visits!!

P&l nails and spa is the best most relaxing salon I’ve ever been in. The owners are very professional and keep their place immaculate. It’s a wonderful experience visiting there. I.highly recommend their services and wish them continued success. 😊

Calm and relaxing environment. They take their time with you so you dont feel like youre being ran thru an assembly line. Friendly without being intrusive so you can enjoy some me time. Will return.

I had the pleasure of not only getting my nails done by Judy, but in meeting her and having nice conversations while she worked on me. I normally am very quiet at nail salons and always see everyone talk to their clients, but she made me feel very comfortable. They have a beautiful array of colors, I can’t wait to come back !

Judy is such a friendly sweet young lady with a wonderful caring personally. Appreciated that she was able to see me on short notice. Got the mani pedi deluxe combo in eucalyptus complete with a hot stone massage. Ill be back! Its great having a nail salon close by my home that is clean and cares about its customers experience.

Judy is a perfectionist and my gel nails always look beautiful. Anna is excellent with pedicures and best massage on your feet ever!!! They are both very polite and I always make an appointment since they stay busy. Just brought my mom here and it was a wonderful treat. Highly recommend

Judy and Ana were great! I came as a walk-in yesterday and it was perfect timing. I was taken right in, because Judys appointment canceled. I showed Judy a picture of how I wanted my nails and she nailed it! Very friendly and welcoming. I will be booking here from now on!

I would never go to another salon. I have been to 5 other salons in the area. I always request French dip, my daughter requests intricately designed dip. All the other places I have been to, the nails start lifting after 3 days. Atleast 2 nails are off in 5 days. Here omg. Its been 2 weeks. Our nails are still perfect. Not one has lifted, even in the corners. She lightly went over the nail itself with the drill and did not dig in to the creases like others do. She uses high quality powder and the designs are immaculate. Like I said, I would never go anywhere else. My husband even goes with us and loves his pedicures there. Our family and friends all love this place. Simply the best!

Judy is great! These ladies pay attention to what you want and don’t rush you and don’t make you feel like another number. P & L provides great customer service, quality, and inviting environment. Everything is clean and their pedi massages are eye rolling great.Support small business and visit P&L. Walk-ins welcome but if it’s the weekend, call ahead to make appointment (unless you’re ok waiting).

P & L nail spa is fantastic! I moved to West Pines 3 years ago and tried many different nail salons, but once I tried P & L, nothing beat the service, quality and professionalism of this place. I have nothing but good things to say. My gel manicures last forever! Only reason I have to redo them is cause my nails grow out. They use good products and are very clean. They even give you your own box with items they use only on you (ie nail files)... And nothing beats a good pedicure by Ana! She is very detailed, I get ingrown toenails and she is so good, I never feel her, not to mention her massages are to die for. I try and make an appt cause they do get filled up, especially on the weekends, but they do try and fit you in if they can. Honestly best place to go if your in West Pembroke Pines hands down.

Found this place close to the house, Ana is great, best pedi ever. Have brought my wife, daughter, friends etc.... I read the neg review below when looking for their number to make another appointment.... WOW.... some people just want it their way and when they dont get it, they give a neg review. This place is clean, all the staff that weve come across have been so friendly and welcoming. Their work speaks for itself in customer service for my family and I. We are still in a Pandemic, this small mom and pops business has stayed in business for us. Its simple make an appointment. Im at the establishment now with my daughter and its sad that its empty because they are following the bs rules of COVID. So theyre doing whats right and not allowing a packed house. A+++++++++ rating from us.

This place is outstanding! Im from Washington DC and am staying in the area with my wife. She decided to have her nails done and I decided to join her and get pampered. I have had plenty of manicures, so I know what to expect.The staff did a great job, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ponnhevy and Than did an amazing job. They put so much care into what they did. Its hard to find people that do things with care and they really impressed me. They gave us great advice for her nails and both of us walk out looking and feeling fantastic! I definitely recommend this place and will return when in the Pembroke Pines area. Go here!

Everyone here is very good! I get a consistently good pedicure no matter who does it. It is clean and they comply with covid protocols.

I found this hidden gem on Google and soo glad I did! The staff was so sweet and accommodating. I hate my feet touched, but Judy definitely changed my mind on that! Go here! You wont be sorry!

Pamela (if I am correct) was so helpful when it came to gel or acrylic. She also helped me with my color and length although another nice young lady was doing my nails they both were informative and friendly! Unlike other places they both had a conversation with me or another guest, I never felt like I was just staring at my hands in silence.

I’ve gotten facials here a few times and am always impressed! Mrs. Pon is experienced, tailors the facial to your skins needs and spends the full appointment working on you. I highly recommend her!

I went to this nail salon today! Ponnhevy took care of me. She took her time and made sure I was happy throughout the process. The salon was clean and the other staff members were nice and friendly.

I when to this salon for the first time Saturday Judy took care of me she was very friendly but sadly the gel manicure didn’t last they started to chipped the same day and after five days the polish chipped off completely on 2 nails I don’t know if the polish was bad

I decided to give this salon a try as I was looking for an affordable, quality nail salon close to where I live. I made an appointment and was happily pleased with my technician Jennifer. She was efficient, friendly and able to meet all my needs. She helped me pick out colors and did a very detailed job. I now have a reliable place I can go to get a beautiful gel manicure and pedicure without breaking the bank. I have already booked my second appointment and started to bring my daughter as well. I used to come to this nail salon for 3 years until i started receiving poorly done acrylic full sets. my whole family was pretty loyal to this one nail salon and we’d even bring in food from the bakery next door. when my nails and my mom nails started not coming out the way we asked the tech to fix them, they still looked rough and were shapes we didn’t ask for. I’d definitely like to come back and give it a try for dip. how much is it?

The staff here offer high quality service! Very accommodating and I left very happy with my nails. The ladies here are nice and very experienced. I’ve done acrylic nails with gel polish and every time they come out perfect and lasts up to three weeks! They even offer cool, pretty designs. I’ll be coming back!

This place is exceptionally good. The staff are friendly and talented. Pon gave me one the best pedicure I ever got in my life, even better than the pricey $$ spa pedicure I got in New York City. I am truly pleased and definitely recommend this place to others. I will come back here in the future for their wonderful service.

When to get manic and pedi after a long time, and they have a sneeze and face guard installed. I was in awe when I received my own VIP box with new nail toolswith my name, and number assigned so its used just for everytime I come in.

Absolutely horrified with their quality of work. When I made a comment about how poorly the manicure was, the front desk attendant tried to fix it but all she did was add another chunky coat of polish. Didn’t add top coat on it either until I asked. Prior to that, the technician used a buffer on my nails and immediately after used oil to give me a 15 second hand massage. All I could feel at that time was small grains of my nail particles being massaged all over my hands. Frankly, I could have done a better job myself. Really disappointed!

I have been coming here for years now and I have to say that they are well worth your time and money. The staff is very professional and friendly. Only the highest quality products will be used here. Thank you for the great work!

Ive been to a lot of salons and this one by far is my favorite. The salon is very clean and relaxing and the nail techs that were there were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Jennifer was my nail tech and she did full set acrylic and a pedicure. She did a fabulous job. She took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. I couldnt be happier with the final results. I recommend this salon and make sure to ask for Jennifer!

Great pedicure! However for fill in I made a point of explaining that my fingers/corners were very sensitive. And of course didnt listen and now I have 4 sore fingers that will take a few days to heal. Please listen to customer in future! Wont be back

The ONLY nail salon that pays attention to detail, gives you the time needed for all services vs rushing through like all the other nail salons in south Florida. There isn’t any service they can’t preform & always willing to go over above and beyond!

I just move here found this place on Google. The review was good so I give it a try as it is very close to where I live. I love my nail Tech and the way he does my nails and he is also funny I have a great time. The place is also very clean and odor less. Everyone very friendly, offering a relaxing environment and soft music in the back grown. They also offer complementary wine. Looking for “me” time go to this salon you would not disappoint. My wife always drag me to nails salon with her all the time, I never enjoy the experience until we found this place. I hate the smell of chemical that hit me as soon as I walk in awful smell. but I go with her anyway as it make her happy. Not only this place has no odor it has pleasantly smell (surprise) and very clean with relaxing atmosphere with soft music put me at east. that is the best manicure and pedicure I ever had. My nail tech actually talk to me the best nails experience ever. To all of men out there if you are like me ask your wife to take you to P&L Nails & Spa you would not regret it. or for the wife out there spare your husband agony by take him to this place not only you would enjoy yourself ( ask my wife she love her nails) your other half would be glad and happy as well. I just move to the area, found this wonderful place when I went to the Gym. I need a makeover for the wedding; everyone work there so friendly they help me select my nail color and style, my skin fell amazing after my facial, my hair up do and make up was great. When I left the salon I feel like a princess. I would recommend this place to everyone from skin to nail to hair to make up I love this place, love it! Love it! I would make P&L my plce for pamper from now on...

P&L is by far my favorite place in Pembroke Pines to get my nails done. The Salon is nice and clean and does not have your typical nail salons smell. The nail tech are very nice and sweet. The prices are very reasonable and affordable.

So I had a bad experience at Venetian nail salon, was looking for a place to redo my nails just get a plain full set because after like 6x of going to venetian and getting a bad job I was done with them. So I went online and googled nail salons in Pembroke Pines and was lucky enough to find P & L. I read the reviews and everything was so POSITIVE and that is actually what made me check them out.Everyone was SUPER FRIENDLY unlike any other place I have been too.My nail tech Johny was the BOMB and definitely did a great job with my full set and gave me the shape I wanted. So needless to say I will DEFINITELY be coming back and I truly recommend them 100%. Im another SATISFIED customer! Thank you P & L

So first time here and the nail technician is complaining how hot it is in here and she is arguing with her manager and on her phone multiple times. She is complaining to me and I just want her done with my nails so I can leave.

I have been to this nail salon twice and I will keep going back for sure. Great customer service! And the two times Ive been there was a walk-in and they saw me right away. The last time was 2 weeks ago. I think it was a girl named Jennifer the one that did my nails, a girl with tattoos. I got a regular mani pedi and the mani lasted almost a week! How did she do that?! Ive never had a regular mani that lasted so long. They usually start chipping by the second day. I am very happy with the service at this place. Keep it up guys!Update: It seems like I get new techs now when I go. Today I went and my gel doesnt look very clean. I hope next time they do a better job.

I tried to make an appointment twice for me and my wife, they insisted for us to just do a walk-in, when we got there we waited for an hour and then they attended someone who got there after us (it was apparently someone they knew). The wait was not fair. We got frustrated and left.

Im not one to write reviews especially a negative one, but I left P & L Nail and Spa só frustrated I felt the need to at least warn other customers for the future. I went in for a gel pedicure and a dip powder manicure the lady who did my toes butchered my nails down to the meat and kept polishing the nails super clumpy like a toddler was doing my nails after expressing my concerns it took her 4 times to get it descent put it and removed the polished 4 times. This was the beginning of the ordeal after nearly 1hr and 30min on my pedicure I was taken to sit and do my dip. Not only was it rushed it came out crooked sloppy clumpy and just a hot mess. I was charged $85 dollars for terrible results, which really pushed me over the edge I told the manager the issues and she gave me a $5 bill, how insulting! But I paid and moved on. Ive been a customer at the Nail Garden for quite sometime and they do a fantastic job for the same exact service for only $66 Im obviously never coming back to P & L Nails but next time Ill listen to the reviews. Super disappointed and frustrated!!!!...

Ive been going to P & L Spa for 4 years now and Ive never had a problem. Great service and amazing work.

Horrible, dont waste your time. You will need to go else where to get nails re-done. The owner or the person that seem to be in charge of the Salon has a very aggressive attitude and she lied. They were having problems with their credit card machine, I offered to pay with a check and she said for me to use their ATM. I asked if the ATM had a fee to use and she said yes $2.00 but she said she would take it off the bill. Well it wasnt $2.00 I just got my bank statement and the fee is $5.00. I ended up going somewhere else to get my nails re-done as they looked super thick and bulky and not well done. I dont usually write any bad reviews for anyone but with this one I felt that I had to.

I must from the last 18 years Ive been doing my nails, ive never had an amazing experience in another nail salon. These people are truly a gem!!!!!! My nail lady was on point (whats up Kathy lol) and the owner is a doll. I felt so comfortable there, just like a big family... They got me for life! I wont go anywhere else ever again, well unless I am out of town. Lol. Thank you P&L team.

The guy at the front was super nice i got my eyebrows waxed and she was very kind . I think her name was Mandy. I had never been there before, but highly recommend for eyebrows or any service!

I had to do my nails with no option in this salon, they do ok only concern I have is with their gel nail polish due to the fact that on my first day since getting them done 2 of my nails from my right hand have started to peel off and Ive hardly done anything if anything at all during the day 😑
