First and last time at that place. I went bc read good reviews but my experience was not good at all. Lady who did my nails cut my toe nails but never asked how short I wanted it. She cut it too short and one big toe longer than the other. My hands as you can judge by the pictures my 8 yrs old niece could do better. She didnt know how to do curve shape and all nails were different. My cuticles were not done correctly and nail polish all over my fingers 😩 Someone else had to do the design which wasnt bad but not impressive. The other picture is how I wanted the design or something similar. They might have good people as Lily which was doing a lady next to me and her job was good. The atmosphere of customers were in the older age as 50 and higher. Just wanted to let you know as I went just bc of the reviews but left really disappointed and it cost $64 regular pedi, gel manicure with 4 finger design.

First time here. I had an excellent experience. Linda left me feeling like a million dollars, after she did my spa pedicure, and Alex always does an amazing job on my nails!! It also helps that he has great customer skills as well!!

Nice nail place. However, gel doesn’t stay long enough and I don’t like that they don’t soak hands in the water. They do only dry manicure

I was recommended to go here from a friend she said that they do nails really good but my experience was terrible the guy that was doing my nails was buffing my nails too hard and He notice that I was pushing my nails back and he didn’t do anything about. until I told him that it was hurting. And then another thing he was talking amongst his others coworkers as he was doing my nails. That’s disrespectful and he was on his phone as he was doing my nails too.

My goodness I love my Hair Technician John B. He is the bomb. Literally been doing my hair and my mothers hair forever. Will never go to anyone else.

Unlimited Hair and Nails is the best in Pembroke Pines. I usually receive many compliments on my nails. They offer a large array of colors when selecting a polish color.The staff is very friendly and professional. The entire staff takes COVID-19 very seriously and ensure cleanliness at all times. I feel safe when receiving services. I alway recommend this establishment to anyone looking for excellent service.

Its hard to find a salon that combines good customer service and artistry, Ultimate Hair & Nails does it for me. Our two favorite nail techs are Lyly & Mary. They do fabulous work. Someone always compliments my nails. Highly recommended, very clean and adhering to Covid 19 precautions.

Great service! Great people, its the only place I go to for mani and pedi! Lilly is my favorite, very attentive to details and is very picky on my nails, I love it!

I always do my nails with Lili and love them every time. She’s very patient, talented and sweet. Everything is always clean and I love the environment. Will be back again that’s for sure and I highly recommend to everyone!

I have been going to Lyly for a number of years and she has never disappointed me. I always get compliments on my nails and although I get acrylics my nails are healthy and not damaged.

Came to try out the place and It was all a mistake, bad service, door is open there are mosquitos inside the shop, it didn’t look Clean is outdated. I ask for a pedi and manicure For my 5 year old daughter and they basically refuse it because they were busy with other people when the same girl who was doing mine could of done it, I ask Her this since the beginning and then she said she had had appointment, I didn’t like the place at all, I ask for opi and gave some cheap version when ask her she said is the same 🙄, didn’t like the place at all.

Lili/ Leelee was amazing 😊she did my set here. she got the shape right and the back flat. Place is nice and clean and takes great precautions for covid. Highly recommend. Mary does awesome nails as well.

My husband stopped in for a mani pedi and what a terrible job she did. His cuticles were poorly done. Told the manager and her response was a dry sorry that was it after taking our money. Please spend your money elsewhere, there are too many nail shops to subject yourself to this unprofessionalism. Please spare yourself

Have not been able to stop crying since I had my hair done there. They ruined my vacation and all I hear from everyone is what the hell happened to your hair?? I cant even go out in public looking like this!!!!!!! Have to find someone else to fix it now! Horrible!!!!!!! Do these people have a license or is it from a cracker jack box????? I spent 2 months in the hospital and am currently disabled, what am I supposed to do now????? Dont EVER go to this horrible place!!!!!! You are better off doing your own hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a bit taken aback that the prices were raised due to the fact that they were already high for the services they provide. The services havent improved and as far as I an concerned, I am still receiving hit and miss services which makes me angry especially at the higher price and no improvement in the service

I used to be a regular here. Since the change in management I went this Friday, prices went up like 40%, even with the sale its still more than before and the worst part is I got gel manicure Friday and by Sunday evening it was already falling apart!! So disappointed, I wasted my money. I do not recommend!
