I have been here 3x and each time my nail polish completely peels off or chips in days. The last time my nail polish pealed off in 1day and they had to give me a free manicure. By the way I work an office job so they can’t even try to blame me for it like they tried to previously.

Terrible experience! I would give it 0 stars! I asked for a nude tone and they gave me a peach color and my fingernails dont even match the same shade as my feet. I have cuts all over my nails and I had to go to another salon to get them fixed. Its a shame a nail salon cant even do their job correctly... its hard to believe honestly. Never coming back to this dump!

So bad!! i’d give it zero stars if i could, i paid $70 including tip and my gel acrylic nails started chipping an hour after going home and i didn’t do a single thing to cause it. it’s only been a week and the gel nail polish that’s apparently not supposed to chip is completely gone off two of my nails. the man layed the acrylic so thin. never. going. back. ever.

Went twice. First time was amazing a bit pricey but i didn’t complain because i did get dip powder on my hands super short set and a pedi all for $90. The second time was just last week before Christmas... horrible. I never do reviews especially bad ones but this one i had to. Not only did i call before hand to get pricing and was told one thing.. when i went and got my simple sets mani and pedi short simple styles i was charged $110 for mediocre lumpy uneven work. Of course i complained while i was there because i was told on the phone and in the store that a gel set would be less than the $90 i paid for a dip powder. A week later.. 1 nail broken, paint chipping and even more lumps found. There reason was “when you sit down and finish it depends on what the nail tech determines the price to be” NEVER GOING HERE EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER!

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received tonight. I had horrible service from Rosa. She literally threw my hand on the table when I told her that she was not painting the cervices of my nails. My nails ended up looking as if I have been wearing them for a week. Management barely did anything to fix the issue. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Wonderful work, from brows to mani/pedi. Stations are sprayed and wiped down after each customer.

I would rather not get my nails done then go back to this place. They ruined my nails.

I went there literally a couple days ago for a full set and I’m sorry it seems like they are lovely people but I asked for coffin shape and my nails were not filed properly And it looked really ugly and not only that it’s only been 4 days since I’ve gotten my nails done and 2 out of 10 of my nails have already broken from doing regular day to day activities. I work in an office so I was not lifting or pushing anything heavy . It’s such a disappointment because you spend your money to get your nails done but they don’t even last half the time their suppose to last .. if you want better service and nail techs who absolutely take their time to do your nails don’t go here ...very disappointing...

Awful experience that I had today in this place that should be closed down. I came in for a manicure and the front girl called for the nail tech (male). As I was choosing my nail color the tech asked if I wanted gel. I said no, only a manicure. He proceeded to open the drawer on the bottom of the sink to grab a bowl to use for my manicure, when he opened the drawer he hit my thighs and he didn’t apologize or say excuse me. I thought to my self “that’s rude” but I let it go. Then when I sat down so he can do my manicure he became so overly dramatic with the way he did my manicure. He was rough with removing my old nail polish, trimming my nails, etc. The whole time I would say to myself “what the hell is his problem”? Finally he started painting the nails but let 1/4 of the nails unpainted (the top portion of the cuticles). As he was working on the second hand I asked him to paint the entire nail. He started arguing with me and was saying “you want your fingers painted”. I said this is the nail and not the finger (why the hell does he care. I’m paying!!!). He finally said, if you don’t like the way I paint your nails then I’m not doing them anymore. He stood up and walked away. By this time the other tech came and took over. He then started yelling from the back of the room “you’re cheep and picky”. This is when I finally got mad!!!!! When my nails dried, I asked to see his license. I plan on speaking with the manager Tina. (Which happened not to be there at that time). And I’m going to post this on all social media outlets, inform friends and family not to go there. And I’m reporting them to the better business bureau and I will report him to the dept of cosmetology licensing of Florida.

I went to Kimmi to get a manicure and a pedicure and she is absolutely amazing! My nails were nothing short of perfection when she was done. Not only is she amazing at her craft, she is just as beautiful and nice as the work she does. Ive already recommended her to my coworkers who were equally as impressed with my nails as I was. She is my go to from now on, and I will continue to recommend her to everyone who wants quality service and gorgeous nails! Make sure you book your appointments well in advance! I called a week in advance once and didnt get an appointment until the end of the day I requested the appointment. She stays booked, so if you want her earlier in the day, you need to call them earlier than a week in advance to book an appointment. Shes the best!Ive been going to KT Nails and Spa for years to get my eyebrows done and Ally does them perfectly every time. Most of the time, I dont even check the mirror to see how they look when she is done because I know they are done well. Shes the best! She is an absolute sweetheart as well, I always enjoy speaking with her. Request her when you go, you wont be disappointed!Not only is Siera excellent at doing nails, but she made me feel really relaxed the whole time I was there. Even though it was my first time meeting her, she really added to my customer service experience and in many if not all cases, getting that kind of customer service is just as important, if not more important than the actual service you get. If nothing else makes you come to KT Nails and Spa, come for the type of experience she gives you. The fact that she does nails so well on top of that is just bonus! I highly recommend her!

I went to KT Nails after receiving bad service at another location in the mall. Sierra did my nails because I like her style and designs. Today was horrible. Sierra told me at the end of my service that she wont be doing my nails anymore. And that I can ask anyone else in the salon to do my nails. I asked her Why? She repeated because I wont be doing your nails anymore. I asked if I did something wrong? She repeated her previous statement.I knew something was wrong the minute I sat down. She seemed really sulky. I asked whats wrong. Showed her my new phone case. She answered but gave off vibes of not wanting to talk. Like she was holding back something. She said she wasnt feeling well but that didnt seem to be the issue. But I still was surprised by her statement to me. Really?!? Any reason is better than no reason.I always tip. Even last week when she told me a different price then she charged me . I still went back and tipped her. My new phone wasnt working so I fixed it and came back. During the time I got to breathe and not be mad she changed price. It was inconvenient but nothing to be mad about.Wow, bad look KT Nails!

Fast, friendly, and professional describes this nail salon. My favorite clinician is Rachel, who always does my Mani/pedi beautifully. KT Nails & Spa have so many specialty services to make you beautiful and it is a place to visit next time you are in Pines Lakes Mall and need a service or two!

I am very happy with my brows and my eyelash extensions. Ive been receiving nonstop compliments. Tiffani took her time placing each lash. I actually fell asleep when she was applying them. My lashes feels so light and natural. Thanks Tiff!

My experience at this place was horrible. The person that was doing my nails was a lady named Tina. She did my nails so badly because she didn’t even know how to paint them, file them or do anything at all. My nails came out super bumpy and uneven because she didn’t even know how to measure them. Also, when i told the guy at the cashier about my nails he told me to ask her if she could do them again. I thought that didn’t make sense because she’s the one that did them bad in the first place but i went to her anyway. She said and i quote, “What’s wrong? They look perfect” but they were crooked, uneven, not rightly painted. In total it was just a waste of money.

LINDA was the person that took care of me. She was so rude the entire time and even started to scream at me and telling me never to come back to the place. I asked her to fix my nail that was literally crocked to the side and she didn’t want to and then I asked her to paint my nails good because they looked so bad and she started saying “omg” and went off on me. She and other ppl that work there are super rude and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. My nails look disgusting I’m gonna have to go somewhere else and pay extra money to get them fixed. This is so not a friendly environment

I went for a full set of acrylic with black French. Extra $5 for French extra $15 for gel polish. I have no problem with the extra for the gel but for French they used less color polish and they only put one coat... it didnt look black French more like a gray!!!I dont think I will be coming back.

I prefer making an appointment because I like to maximize my shopping time.They have a variety of regular and gel polishes. There are some new brands that I have never even heard of but I love coming in for a new color and it always takes me a while to decide what color to go with.If you need a quick clean up on your brows, lash perm, tint, or even a full make over on both ask for Aly. Ive become a regular now on her services. You really need to check it out.

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to write a review but it should be ZERO stars!!! Went 2 times in the same week because 4 days later the gel polish was bubbling up and cracking (never had this happen before and I have been using gel polish for years). The only reason I went back was because I thought maybe it was bad polish.... anyways this tech was horrible (Linda is her name)!!! Everything I told her I wanted to have done to my nails she gave me a hard time about.... asked her not to file (love my shape of nails) she cut them!!!!!! Told her keep them thin she made them thick and super wide... Like come on!!!!! She kept asking if I liked and I mustve told her NO all 10 times she asked. Long story short when I go to pay there was an extra $10 that the front desk girl couldnt explain to me what it was for..... turns out it was a charge for filing and shaping nail. She cut off my nails after being asked not to file them because they were just fine! NEVER WILL I GIVE THIS PLACE NOT EVEN $1

Normally I have a wonderful experience here but KT nails yesterday was not a pleasurable experience yesterday due to my nail technician. She kept messing up on my nails. Ive never seen gel polish warp. My right thumb nail is not up to standard and when she got to my toes she must have been having an even harder time. I come to relax and I left so stressed and pissed. She kept messing up my big toenail polish and when I got fed up and asked her what the problem was we had a language barrier that made everything worse. I ultimately paid to get out of there. Its sad because I truly enjoyed that place growing up. I happened to be shopping in the mall and decided to go in because I needed a new polish. My toes look like a child did them. I cant recall her name it may be Mary or May or Marie it started with an M. You guys need to retire her. Her work is t clean enough to be charging $50. Im truly upset. Now Traci is amazing. She tinted my brows and Ill be going back for her.

There’s a Vietnamese lady there KIMMY, she does not like kids, and will make up excuses not to do your full service or attend anyone with kids. She will even makeup that they didn’t put your appts. Down for that service. This happened several times to me and I kept saying is impossible the people in the front are not taking down the right info. Until I finally saw the truth. Not good customer service at all !!! You could tell she’s young and has no kids and probably never will .... Not kid friendly at all... But letting you know because people don’t need to keep wasting time making appts. And making your plans and then you get there and she lies to you blaming it on the other employees ....Very racist !!!

Horrible service!! Horrible Management!!! Had my nails done before a business trip, only to notice how poorly my nails were done. Acrylic over my nail bed, chipping at the sides, uneven...I return a week later from my trip to show them the work and ask if they could correct the work as I paid $80 and they said no because it was a week later. I explained I was away on business and could not come in sooner to which they replied the manager said you this is the time for a refill so you would have to pay anyways....when in the world does someone need a fill 1 week after service?! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! It’s a scam!!

Girl named Kimmy gives really bad customer service, I made the appt. same day For nails and pedicures and when i get there she tells me if I want to do 2 services I need to do my appt a week ahead of time, and there was several people there having the same issue with her . she only did my nails then I had to do my pedicure with someone else, the other lady told her then why do u people make appts. For us for both services have us come then when we are here you tell us we can’t do both at the same day. People don’t have time to go to the beauty salon 2 times a week . We make arrangements and appts. For a reason. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Warning!!!!!!!!!! Horrible experience I had yesterday. I came to do fullest acrylics, pedicure, and eyebrows. My eyebrows came out wonderful like always & my pedicure was decent. But my nails were disgusting!!!! I had a nail tech named Tina, very unprofessional. She did my nails however she wanted, I told her to fix my nails because some nails were missing acrylic and my real nail was exposed and she said no its ok like that what???? Im paying for this! & she kept putting acrylic on my actual finger & left me with multiple cuts on my fingers. So unprofessional and disgusting. I told the ladies at the front and Tina came over and said my nails were way too short thats why she messed them up? Girl if youre a nail tech you have to know to do all types of nails. I left furious. Im never coming here again unless if its for my eyebrows.

The nail technician Johanna is horrible, you feel rushed, and 0 customer service on her end. Ali the manager the only thing she said was “sorry” but nothing sincere or even had the decency to apologize. First and last time here, what a waste of money and time. If i could give 0 stars i would .Just got my nails done a couple days ago and three have already broken not from doing any heavy work . I literally scratched my head and my nail broke .... it doesnt make sense . The nail techs need to go to training or work on their skills. So sad and very disappointed.

I will still have to pay the fee to get it fix like that is ridiculous. Why should I pay a fee for a nail that pop off two days after getting done . I told the manager and she hang up on me . DO NOT get a gel manicure with them. My nails chipped the next day . And when I called she said that this happens all the time ... what ?! I have never had gel polish chip in one day . And three day after the rest of the gel is chipping off my other nails. Waste of time and money

Horrible, lets just say my nails didnt even last a week $43 gone down the drain.. I dont know what Jack did but the day after two nails broke in the same spot, two days later 2 more broke, then i just took them all off.. . never going back!

Got pedi done, paid for the deluxe, $40, got home and the pinky nail polish is off, the two thumb nails are both bubbly and smooshed clearly too much polish even tho I stayed under the dryer for 25 min. Never ever again. Waste of money, have to redo. Dont waste your money.

My nails were drilled way too low, I was left with a slight scab. Also, the nail tech used a cuticle nipper on me, and then placed it back in the drawer without disinfecting it. On top of this, I was stopped in the middle of my service and told I had to go pay before he could finish my nails. I was expected to pay for an incomplete service before he could finish to ensure payment. Extremely rude and offensive. The service was mediocre and I received not one smile from anyone on the staff

Unsanitary. Tool was dropped on floor and reused without washing. They should get shut down for being a health hazard! Took a friend for a pedicure and they totally mutilated her feet. Completely dirty conditions.

I just left KT nails and spa, and Linda was rude and awful. She layed the acrylic without buffing my nails, and painted without letting me wash my hands. My hands are still filled with dust. I payed $48.00. I asked for coffin and they look like square. she was rough and my cuticles hurt. The tool burned me several times. When I told the girl at the counter how horrible it was. She did not care. I get my nails done every week and this will not be a spot of my choosing. I went because it is close to my business. You just lost a customer. Because that was a horrible experience and no one cared about how awful Linda is. Now you will lose even more customers from a bad review. Heres to you KT Nails and Spa. Do better.

I dont know why there are negative reviews ... been coming here for over 10 yrs and i go to the same handful of techs .. tiff, rachel, brian, linda which all do a wonderful job .. my nails and feet never have any issues

If there was an option for 0 stars I wouldve selected it, this spa is a mess, I had my nails done by an older woman who did not know much English and it was extremely hard to communicate with her, she was rough and would not follow the instructions I was giving her, my nails looked like they had not been done in 3 weeks when she was done because she had painted basically only half of my nails and my feet were even worse, she used old nail polish that didnt even match my manicure, but she argued that it was the same. She kept adding thinner to the nail polish, that explains why the polish cracked off by the next day. When I asked to speak to the owner, at the front counter a skinny short Chinese lady walks over and doesnt acknowledge my existence, she just begins asking the front counter what happened in Chinese and tells me she could not waive the charge that she could have someone else do my nails over after I had been at the salon for over 2 hours !! Crazy, I said no thanks and they said I had to pay or they would call the police. So I paid and let them know I would process a chargeback on my credit card which Im still in the process of 3 months later. What a nightmare! Do not come here unless you want a terrible job and rude, inconsiderate management.

STAY AWAY! I NEVER take the time to write reviews, rather my experience some where was the best or the worst. So it says alot Im taking the time to do this. Today from work I called KT Nails to book an appointment with Ally (not sure spelled correct) who is great at her work, but unfortunately work at a crappy place. The receptionist on the phone is the same girl always there (short girl with curly black hair).  I wanted to get my eyelashes done specifically by Allie because she is the best there. I was told they do not make appointments for the type of lashes I wanted. I asked ok what time does she get off because I want to make sure I dont miss her. The receptionist replied come anytime, she will be here until 9pm. So after work I make the long commute to the nail salon, just to get there and be told nauntilantly by the same receptionist on the phone Allie wont be seeing anyone else shes doing mink lashes, while another worker a male chime in yeah shes doing lashes. So I say mink lashes need an appointment right, the male replies yes, while the receptionist looks lost with blank stares. I reply so why wasnt that said when I called to ask, dont you think the receptionist should of told me that, so I dont come all this way? They could of cared less. I understand they will make money regardless of losing my business, but I find it disturbing they were so nauntilant as oppose to simply apologizing or even offering someone else, I got nothing after coming all the way out there

Horrible service the the lady broke one of my nails removing gel polish, seems like she was new. When I told them to reconstruct my nail with acrylic they charge me for it even though it was the lady who broke my nail. They made it and they didn’t finish it I had to tell them again to re-file the n they made it and they didn’t finish should I had to tell them to re-file the nail because they left it undone. As first time constumer it was a bad service I’m sorry.

Well, the lady was very kind but the work did not turn out really well, the nails are not well painted and they are very thick and I had to get home to straighten the nails since they were crooked, I was not really happy with my nails, everything They do it so fast that they should pay more attention and detail the work they do well, the truth is I am very sad with the result. 😢
