It’s hard to find a nice nail place here around this area, but luckily I found this location. The owner was really sweet and nice, and the nail tech was professional too. With a full set dipping powder only $55, great price and great experience. Definitely coming back!

Honestly cant even consider letting anyone but Na touch my nails ever! Shes so incredibly talented and patient with all my requests and designs. Shes very creative and is always happy to help me achieve my nail goals!

I just had a great time at NN Nails. The place was nice and clean. The people were nice and welcoming, and the services were great. Everyone was professional and courteous. I really enjoyed the Deluxe pedicure. I had two different people taking care of me. One for my pedicure and one for my manicure. Both were great. Overall i would highly recommend this place if you want great quality for your nail. You will not be disappointed.

I came in to see Na today and OMG I couldnt be happier. My nails were in horrible shape. I know that many will understand COVID did a number on me not being able to get my hands right. The minute I heard things were opening up, I called the salon and Na greeted me in the phone. She was able to quickly schedule me an appointment and Ive been hooked since.The staff is super professional and very knowledgeable. They make sure to practice safety during all appointments and maintain social distancing. The salon is super clean and the color choices are beyond what I expected. My last appointment I took in a picture and Na copied it perfectly. I cant wait for my next appointment!!

A scene. Read the previous reviews of this establishment. I read the others reviews from other establishments. I made a decision to call and make the appointment with them. Walked in. Greeted with calm. Sat down waited less than 5 minutes. Chair was prepared. Water was offered. Question mark?, is this extra? Silent laugh. No overall, I was taken care of and felt at eased. They care about their customers and their own establishment. Definitely would go back. The plus is, there is a presence of police in the area. Huge +++++++.

This place is amazing! The staff makes you feel like family, youre given a bottle of water when you sit down, and Im always happy to come back. They always know the latest nail trends and products, so I know that I will leave looking my absolute best. I am also very picky about my eyebrows, and their shaping is perfect. They dont thin them out like other nail salons. Instead, they embrace the shape you like, or help you choose what is best for your face shape. I have recommended this place to a lot of my friends, who feel the same way.

The prices are typical for area. What was terribly disappointing was the way I was greeted by Lina. In fact, I was not greeted. “Yes?” Was the approach with NO smile. I mentioned I had an appointment she turned around and handed me the color selection. Not for one minute did she show a sign of welcoming. I almost left but behind her sat a young lady, Denise, who did smile. Turned out Lina passed me to Denise. Manicure and pedicure were good, but I won’t be going back there. Very poor customer service was my first and last impression of this place.

Amazing Experience! Walked in on Saturday at 4:30ish. Salon had clients but not crazy busy. I was greeted by Nina who is so sweet. I had a full set coffin and polish change on my feet. They had a ton of color selections. Nina was friendly and offered water. Denise did my full set. TALK ABOUT GREAT. She took her time. Did them to perfection. I mean truly amazing. I will come back here for sure. Their prices are perfect too.

Best place for manicure and pedicure ever! I have been to many other places around Pembroke Pines area and none of them give you a Spa service like TQ Nails. The prices are way more cheaper and the service is great. Love it!

I love this place. As a diabetic, I need to be very careful who does my nails. Tanya is exceptional - shes a perfectionist!! She does my acrylics and did my permanent eyebrows. Outstanding!!She also does my waxing!!She is so kind and sweet. I left my last place even though they had a beautiful salon and did great work. However, the owner is somewhat cold in her personality and I never felt welcomed.I always feel a warm welcome at TQ Nails.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would!! Found this business through Yelp and Im so glad I did!! Only a short drive for me and would recommend this place even if I had to drive an hour to get there!! Owners are a husband and wife team and they have a wonderful attentive staff as well.

Fast and friendly service. My first time there. Steven was exceptionally nice.

Worst service. Came in as a walk-in and was advised to wait 15 min. I politely obliged and waited. I was helped by Miss Kathy who did a lovely job if it wasnt for managements poor ability to manage time. After waiting and being specific they did not complete my pedicure and asked me to return at s later hour, had I been advices of this earlier I would have simply gone elsewhere. The owner Tania lacked empathy and had poor management skills. Its a shame, Miss Kathy is talented but I will not be returning nor recommending this establishment.

My mom recommended Peter. Peter is a sweetheart, passionate about what he does. I am a very picky customer. I am always testing places, getting deals on groupon and believe me I have never been satisfied with any of the salons I have been to. Peter did a wonderful job! My nails look amazing! I searched google for a nail dipping salon for my daughter and I. We wanted to change nail salons. Read ALL reviews of different locations in our area. Then called 3, and TQ was my pick, forwarded my find to my daughter and she agreed. We were welcomed with a warm greeting and I am very happily pleased with my nail dip, Steve aka Phat took care of me while Q did nail dip and pedi for my daughter. Wonderful mani pedi experience. We will be back in 3 weeks. Hooray!!.

Just left this place. Wasnt able to be seen because I was told theyre fully booked. If thats the case they should specify that they operate by APPOINTMENTS ONLY. If you do walk-ins as well then you should have available technicians to handle your walk ins. This was on a Sunday at approximately 2:45.

He was polite & on point! 👌🏽😄 Massage was firm, & the scrubbing was pleasant.😌 Polish job was perfect.💅🏼 No streaks, bubbles, unpolished spaces, Nothing! This man kept asking all was comfrtbl. for me. He left my feet feeling plush-soft.😊💟 Pedi AND the polish lasted for 2 weeks!! The people who worked there were mannerable also.☺🤝🏽An older gentleman who was doing a manicure, offered me a bottle of water.💦 And this was all at closing time.

Got to this salon at 7:12 pm and the girl was doing a pedicure on a client she looked at me and then rudely said that she was closed eventhough her doors are open and the very big open sign is on. Poor customer service, I wont be going back.

This place was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I passed by one Friday night around 5:30 and surprisingly it wasn’t too busy. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, I was told to choose my color and have a seat. The lady took a total of four and half minutes to do my manicure. My fingers barely soaked in the water and she didn’t use cuticle softener. She snipped and filed and didn’t use oil on my cuticles either- next thing I know she told me to “go wash”. It is unbelievable that these salons can’t have one English speaking person, there is no way to know anyone’s name and of course, worst of all.. there is no manager. There is no one running the show or over seeing that customers leave here satisfied. They all simply comment amongst themselves. The lady who did my “manicure” was in such a rush to attend other customers she told me to sit down on the pedicure chair so another girl can get started on that. She went off to help someone else and then came back to polish my hand to put a top coat. She rushed so much that the top coat messed up my polish. She tried to clean the sides with her own nail which made it worse. Then she exhaled and grunted because she had to start over. The cotton they purchase is so cheap that there were tiny hairs all over and made it hell for her to re-polish. Meanwhile, a young girl (no older than 17/18 years old) had no idea what she was doing. The pedicure was horrible, she barely knew how to position her hands to hold the nipper correctly. She scraped the bottom of my foot so hard that it was red afterwards. She was inexperienced painting nails and my toes were a disaster. In the end, I told the first lady to not even bother and I no longer wanted polish on my hands. I vented to her that she was rushing and messed up my nails and if she has more important and higher paying customers than me that she needs to tend to- to go right ahead and that I didn’t want her to polish my hands. Then she had the nerve to tell me that my nails were “lumpy” and that’s why they messed up. When it was time to pay, I was told $30 (10 for manicure and 20 for pedicure) I said “I’m not paying for a manicure. Look at my toes, do you honestly think this pedicure and polish is worth $20”. I put a 20 dollar bill on the counter and walked out. I will never step foot in that salon again. I have never been so insulted and disrespected in this type of nail salon before and I have been to a good 20 or 30 nail salons in all of Broward.

I love this place! Went there for the first time last week for a shellac/gel manicure and pedicure. Got both done by a girl named Salinda. I made sure to get her name! She was very sweet and did a great job. Shes young, but dont let that keep you from getting your service. There arent many employees there (I guess its because its the slow season for nail salons?), but Ive noticed that they take their time to do a good job. My shellac mani was $25 - 5 bucks less than other salons Ive been too. Pedicure was $20. I got one of their business cards, which is also a stamp card. Anytime you get something done, they stamp it. Like since I got a pedicure and shellac, they put a stamp in one of the pedicure boxes and a stamp in one of the shellac boxes. Your 10th service will be free! Which is pretty cool. Ive never seen a salon do that before. Definitely coming here again and again so I can get a free service haha
