He’s very knowledgeable with over 20 years of experience and is extremely passionate about fitness. He truly cares about his clients and celebrates in your success and should you fall off the wagon a bit, because we all do, he’s there to lift you up so you can be your best self. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone at any stage of their fitness.

I feel so blessed to have found Fit Factory. Love is the most dedicated, professional and enlightening personal trainer I have ever met. I have been with him for many years now and I cannot imagine ever reaching the successes I have without the knowledge and guidance from Love. When I walked into the Fit Factory 3 years ago September of 2015 - I would have never thought at the end of 2018 I would still be here. However after 3 years, I have shed over 30 lbs and have committed to my health & fitness journey because of an amazing trainer Mr. Love Avril and his staff. Mr. Love is not your average trainer he is truly committed to defining and supporting the goals of each individual he works with . Through my lived experience of the Fit Factory - I have seen his commitment, dedication and love for each individual client . He has supported his clients wishes and assisted each in pursuing their goals. Love has a passion for what he does and his success is noted. I am a better person today having walked into the Fit Factory meeting Love and taking on the pursuit to the betterment of my health. I am grateful and look forward to the continued journey in 2019. This place is absolutely amazing. Initially I said I would give it a try for three months or so....and Im still here 3 years later. Each workout is something new and my trainer, Love, always pushes me to my limits. When you come here, its more than just a workout. Becoming a part of the Fit Factory family has been a godsend for me. My trainer, Love, has become such an important and necessary part of my physical and mental health. As a Healthcare Professional with my Doctorate, I work extremely long hours and am under tremendous amounts of stress day after day. Training with Love not only helps maintain my physical health, but keeps me mentally healthy. His workouts are always challenging but efficient. I used to workout 5 times a week with minimal results, but since I’ve been training with Love, 2 to 3 times a week, I’m not only at my fittest but my happiest that I’ve ever been. Words cannot express how thankful I am to be a part of the Fit Factory!

I love this fitness center. You would not think a world class facility would be in a hospital. Staff is great and friendly. Classes are terrific.
