This was a great experience I was pleasently Greated by Lindsay. I could not find my key tag. Lindsay knew how to handle the situation very professionally.I lost my keys so I needed a lock and Angel was there for me.A high percentage of the time I find people at the front desk high on what they think its power.You know the type., This team is not about thatBy the way the guy cleaning in the picture is Jessy, and Angel is behind the desk.

Im not happy to lay on those mats they have. They are old and hold the sanitizer fluid in the mat. You can feel the wetness when you lay down on them. Imagine what other body fluids are saturated inside these mats.

Great gym the kiddos at the front desk are awesome, the young man who always wears his planet fitness hat is always working and cleaning, you can tell he loves his job, the young ladies are very warm and welcoming I always see them cleaning and maintaining the gym to, I really like this gym, my only suggestions are to re arrange 2 machines in the 30 min workout room which is the rowing machine and the shoulder machine it’s positioned in a way that makes you feel awkward because if someone is on the row machine at the same time someone is at the shoulder machine you are forced to awkwardly be facing each other in close proximity while working out, (the reason I know people feel awkward is because as soon as you sit on the row machine the person on the shoulder machine will suddenly be finished with their shoulder workout, this happens 9/10 times which tells me all I need to know.. ) 2nd suggestion is to get the hammer strength back machine that most of the other planet fitness have, last suggestion would be to crank up the AC just a tad bit, other than that this gym is fantastic and you get 5 stars from me

I got my membership about a couple months ago and i really like it. The price is so affordable and way worth what you pay for. The womens bathroom is nice and clean, which is a huge thing for me. I pulled a muscle in my neck and in alot of pain. The girls at the desk were so nice, and set up the hydro massage bed for me about 3 to 4 times in a row, since no one was waiting for it. Did the same thing the next day and the girls were just as nice. Worth it!!!

The representative name Natalie, was very professional and friendly. She gave important details on how to utilize the facility and it’s many different programs that it offers.Natalie’s customer server skills made it easy to sign up and her expertise was greatly appreciated.

This is by far my favorite gym that ive joined so far! The gym is very clean and well kept which is very important. The few times that ive gone it has not been very crowded. The gym is not the biggest but it is perfect for its size. Ive personally done some personal training sessions with George and he is the best! He provides great advice and answers on any questions you may have on workouts and fitness in general. He always make sure that i am comfortable while doing my workouts but making sure i push myself. Ive been wanting to get some personal advice and tips on my workouts and George was the perfect guy to help me with this. I am excited to work with George as he continues to guide me to accomplish my personal goals!

The owner is just a great person. They make you feel like family even if you’re like me and feel intimidated to go! They check up on you when you haven’t gone in a bit and do whatever they can to help you get back on track. Love them!

This is a great place! I’ve been a member at 2 other planet fitness gyms and this location is by far the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fitness trainer George is the best!!! So helpful. He worked out a plan for me. He stays with me through the entire workout and is very encouraging. I probably wouldn’t continue if I didn’t have George to help me. I’m so grateful. This is the best gym experience I ever had and would recommend this location (and George) to everyone.

Easy one day pass. Overall not a hardcore gym. Max weight in dumbbells is 75 lbs. Some machines are missing like shoulder fly machine. Half the gym is cardio machines like bikes and ellipticals. The gym was clean its just not for me.

Machines are always working and they have plenty of free weights (dumbbells & barbells). They also have massage chairs and tanning.Wish they had kettlebells though.

Today was my first experience coming to Planet Fitness, after trying out many gyms. After being warmly welcomed by Vanessa, she helped introduce me to the gym and I ended up getting a membership!! She was awesome and the gym was perfect for me and a great price :)

Clean, good social distancing, temperature checks when entering and masks required when moving between workout stations. Hand sanitizer and equipment disinfectant placed throughout the gym. Most gym goers are respectable of your space and clean the equipment once they are done using it. Not too crowded even during peak times. Honestly couldnt ask for more from a gym during the pandemic.

Really nice inside but expensive. They charge a $50 on top of filing fees down payment and i asked what the down payment for so they ezplained its simply extra money for them to keep.. I went with crunch.

Favorite gym, but this is the only PF that actually abuses the lunk alarm. as a POC when i hear an alarm, it’s time to go, so my gym time always cut short here.

Pretty good gym. Only thing I wish they had different was that their barbell was loose so you can bench press without the assistance of the cables along with other exercises.

I enjoy my exercises and working guarding distance from other people; cleaning the equipments and very important to wear the masks to protect me and protect others; but I see some others not covering nose and mouth enough.

Love this gym! It’s the best and I love all the machines here and the workers are really cool.

I am a member at the Planet Fitness located at Palm and Johnson and it’s such a pleasure to work out there. They keep it very clean (there is always somebody going around refilling the cleaning sprays and dusting) and everybody that works there is very professional, from the managers to all members of staff (even when they the majority are young people). I was a member at LA Fitness and do not miss it at all!!

Trainer George is the best! He has pushed my body to the limits and in just a few weeks of daily sessions with him has transformed my body. He is simply amazing! Highly recommend.The front of the house employees are all very nice and welcome. By far my favorite location! Great job.

I have got to say. Out of all the gyms I have been to (believe me I have been to a lot) this one is by far the best. It is very kept and there is just something special about the atmosphere of the place. A nice pretty young lady greeted me when I first walked in. Rosa was her name if memory serves. She gave me a tour of the facility and professionally explained the prices for membership at the gym. Overall it was a very great experience and I will surely be using my black card menbership to its fullest at the gym

This gym is starting to look run down. There are 3 machines I use MWF and they are always broken. I have literally gone to 4 different staff members with the names of the machines and they are either not being fixed or keep breaking that fast. If thats the case.. replace the machines. One of the machines was the ONLY reason I came here. This has literally been an issue since before Thanksgiving.

Front desk personnel are always so friendly! I love coming here. The keep it really clean.

Great place for a really low rate

I don’t really workout much nor spend time at local gyms, so when I went for the first time in a while I felt a little nervous. I walked in and Chris from the front desk was so polite and helpful. He’s very kind and funny, so it made me feel welcomed. Also made sure that I had a good experience :-) Very clean and fun environment as well! Would come again.

Smaller than the other Pf i use to go to and the machines are a little outdated but it has the same machines and amenities that any other Pf.Good customer service, quiet location (not crowded) and spacious parking.Wish they had a big wall mirror to take selfies like the one i use to go to lol

By far the cleanest and most appealing PF I’ve ever gone to and I’ve gone to several different facilities. The overall atmosphere Of the gym is welcoming. The staff is very friendly and upbeat; one in particular stood out I remember her name was Rosa who was by far very accommodating and understanding of any questions I had. I’ve gone to this gym a good amount of times and plan on continuing.:)

I was looking for a well-equipped and clean gym, but I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, and as soon as I found planet fitness I thought it was a great deal between the two. I first heard about it because a lot of friends had recommended it, so I went to check it out. I was helped and shown around by Vanessa who was very nice and available to answer all my questions and helped me with my subscription. I also loved the training programs they have. Definitely recommended!!!!

Probably one of the greatest gyms I’ve been to in a while. Love the machines and have some great workers over there. This worker named John gave me a tour and was really great with communication and respectful with the mask rules and stuff like that. Whole pace was clean and tidy.

Vanessa was super nice and helped me out signing up for planet fitness. It’s super nice how they make you feel comfortable and makes you wanna go work out all the time.

This place was absolutely amazing. Keeps facilities very clean, always precautions especially with what is going on, and the service is immaculate. I was assisted by a worker named John, he provided wonderful service. It was seamless and very safe when it came to keeping his mask on while helping me. Planet fitness is wonderful!

I want to say thank you to the staff. They are young but that are tentative and clean. The gym is always cleaned and I see them working all the time to keep it that way. Thank you. Also today my phone died Chris and Rosa went above and beyond the call of duty. They put my phone on charge and my Uber that I set before it shut off came to the gym where I pinned.I recommend this gym and hope we can get through this pandemic and change in our world with love respect and strength. Good place. very clean. extremely attentive customer service. a couple workers were always helping me out when i had issues with machines the front desk was also very friendly and nice which i appreciate a lot especially one worker named John V. really attentive and friendly really recommend this place and if you see john make sure to talk to him as he’s a really cool front desk worker and a pleasure to chat with.

It was my first time going to this gym and I went with a girl friend of mine. The gym overall was very nice and professional like and the staff members were also very professional and friendly. I had a conversation with a staff member there named John and he was super nice and made my experience there so much better he’s a fantastic employee! 10/10 overall experience!

I’ve been attending this gym for a while now and i must say, i am incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, the organization and the customer service the employees provide. Chris stood out the most to me by making sure everyone always feels comfortable and safe at all times especially during these times of uncertainty with this whole pandemic. Moreover, everytime i walk in, i am always greeted with respect and a smile by him; I definitely always feel very welcomed at every visit. I always tell my friends to make sure to ask for him for any questions, concerns, etc! Huge shout out to Chris! He rocks! THANK YOU for always going above and beyond! Dont sign up if you ever plan to cancel membership as they will steal your money. I used to travel for work but now Im not due to covid so I attempted to cancel. I live 1200 miles away so going on site is not an option. I tried calling this office, corporate office, and even a location in my home state. None of this worked and I was still being charged. I then tried driving to a location near me which was nearly an hour away. This also did not work. Next I tried transferring my membership to a local branch, and this location denied it. Next I paid my own bank 50$ to block the transactions, then PF used a different account named ABCPlanetFitness to continue charging me. In all they have stolen almost 200$ for a service I cant use and they refuse to cancel. This is a scam of a business and I suggest you go elsewhere.

I have been here about a year and all good, machines sometimes are out of service but thats understandable. 1 star because they sent some people to clean the lights and all the dust is landing on the people. Its disgusting and unsanitary, if you have to close de gym for an hour would not kill us

Went in to open a membership and Rosa attended me. She helped me decide which membership was the best for me, and answered all my questions in a professional manner. Yesterday afternoon, I went to the gym and there was some dudes working out without their face mask, and the staff member was there saw them not even saying anything. Eventhough they always make sure they keep the environment clean and also they said we all need to wear mask inside everyone should respect that because COVID-19 is not a joke anybody can get it. Safety of the customers should come first.

I love it. I can still safely workout during this pandemia. My trainer George is great knowledgeable, very professional, helpful and friendly. I never had a trainer before so I was intimidated but George turn out to be great. Thank you George and all the planet fitness team for keeping safe.

Overall this gym is pretty good. With COVID going on they make sure so space everybody out and make sure health and safety are a key component. I would like to point out one of the managers her name is Rosa. She gave me a tour of the gym and was very friendly she made me feel as though I was at home. Overall the gym is great and they have a smart competent workers.

Every time I show up, the gym is always super clean, theres never any problems with the machines and everything seems taken care of. I usually see John when I come and hes always super helpful and nice! Constantly enforces the mask policy which I love!

Facilities very clean, the service provided my John was also nice as well. He was very pleasant at the desk and helped ensure that the gym is a safe place that I can feel comfortable working out at.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years. I’ve never experienced any problems. The bathrooms are clean. The machines work and if they are down, which sometimes that happens, they have them fixed within a reasonable amount of time. My husband and I couldn’t get the app set up on our phones and when we went the other day Adrian was so kind and took the time to help both of us. He had to add some information into the system for our profile and do some things with our phone. It took about 10min but he was patient and he seen it through so we appreciate that. I pass other gyms to get to this one and will continue to do so as long as service remains the same.

I just recently signed up and I’ve never been comfortable to walk around in a gym I’ve always felt nervous until I started going here. Good vibe, clean and friendly staff. Happy to be apart of it

They have a big variety of equipment and machines that you can use to work out every inch of your body. What I also value in any gym is the cleanliness of the facility. I can tell you that this gym takes great pride in keeping things in order and sparkling clean.

My experience at the Pembroke Pines Planet Fitness is always a good one! This gym is clean, the equipment is up to par and the front desk attendants are always polite and available. David is specifically always professional, polite, and helpful when I go early in the mornings. He has helped me with different equipment and made sure that my time in the gym is pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location when you dont want too much of a crowd. I was previously going to the Miami Lakes location and it was always too crowded. Now I am able to get in a great workout before I go to work because all of the machines are available when I need them! Visit this location!-Tanisha F.

I’ve been looking for gym for a while. The staff at Planet Fitness is so friendly. I came in last week, and Jeremiah took me on a tour, sat down and went over the rate sheet, and helped me sign up for a Black Card. The staff always makes it feel like a friendly environment.

I had a wonderful experience, trainer George was a great help & very knowledgeable made me feel very comfortable ! definitely knows what he’s talking about & is engaging, very excited to have my next session with George. Nice gym environment very clean.

She showed me around and explained to me the safety measures they are taking (which btw they were being followed), and also helped me with my enrollment.
