Poor customer service. I had such high hopes for this location based on the reviews but they failed my expectations.

Hiram Menzies is an insurance agent that is very knowledgeable of many home insurance policies in the existing markets. Ive been getting quotes from different agents for years, but none of them have taken the time to explain important and specific details within the policies offered to me. On top of his great knowledge, he also beat his competitors by far. I would recommend Mr Menzies to anyone who is seeking insurance for their home.

Upon needing auto insurance I bypassed the Annette Willis agency close to my house and traveled to the one on 27 Avenue. Lucky for me I met Mr James Spann and the great staff there. I have been a faithful customer since then. Continued success.

I have been using Scott Willis for my insurance needs and let me say Thank god for him. He is very knowledgeable and helps me when I am not sure. I have recommended him to several people and everyone tells me thank you. He is the guy you need taking care of you especially when you need it. Just wish there was more people like him. Now a days not to many people care or take pride in what they do. Thank you Scott for all that you do .

After using this agency since 2009 for property insurance purposes today after having a totally bad experience with 1 customer service representative and the office manager Hiram Menzies I will be changing agencies.I supposed this agency has so much business that good customer relations are not necessary to maintain their offices open and for Mr. Menzies to continue having a job. Mediocrity is a word that never existed in my vocabulary as I always strive for excellence in every aspect of my life....and Hiram Menzies is less than mediocre.....

Larry Willis was able to save us a significant amount of money and still maintain the same level of coverage, with the same insurance company. Amazing!

Dont know if this company is actually bad or if the people that I got to work with just completely suck. Hiram Menzies is not customer service friendly. I do not recommend working with him! These people half read their emails and ask you for documents that were already given sent.

Had a problem with my old insurance agent wouldnt return my calls or my concerns. So i decided to go the annette willis insurance company. Thats the company my mother used to deal with also & they were very help and knowledgeable about the insurance industry. They helped me find a reasonable priced home owners insurance policy.

Ive been a customer for over 12 years and I dont have any complaints, better yet, Scott always has been helping us with auto insurance and lately with Homeowner, offering best options according to our needs.

The Willis Agency has provided great service and found me affordable coverage with well rated companies for home, auto and umbrella policies.

Horrible customer service. If I can give it ZERO stars I would. SCOTT WILLIS (the owner) has been very RUDE and disgusting. Literally told me to climb up the roof and cover it to prevent leaks until they get to me!! He then hung up on me and said to go deal with my insurance company!! Nelda, Star and Yousabi are three representatives I dealt with, all they do is place you on hold until the phone disconnects.THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.Will be reporting on all sites possible and to business bureau.

Our agent, Hiram was very professional and thorough, extremely patient and persistent and l know that I got exactly what I needed. Two thumbs up!!!

After having insurance for over 30 years with these people, they told me Id be covered on a rental in ireland...and then said nope we dont remember saying that! Metlife said well, if they said it well cover it ANYway, at which point the agent decided she remembered that she DEFINITELY told me I was NOT covered. Which is crazy: I called to see if I needed to get supplemental insurance and I asked more than once!

Larry is always helpful and his assistant helped me when I had a minor collision.
