I was missing a form on a policy I transferred from a different state and rather than call me and let me know it was missing, they cancel the policy. When I called to ask what happened I got an attitude about how we clearly talked about this and it was my fault the forms were missing. I understand that paperwork needs to be complete, but Ive had the policy for 7 years, when I asked why she just couldnt have called me to remind me she informed me that wasnt part of her job. Ill be switching to a different State Farm agent now. I dont have time for rudeness.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!safe yourself some headaches and avoid this office at all cost. They were charging me for something that I already had stack up on my other vehicle. They pretty much told me oh well... no manager available to help and the employees have no discretion at all.
