I loved the woman that helped me with my car insurance her name was Mily . She responded to my needs very quickly and helped me getting the right payment plan. I even left her a gift( A Turkish bracelet) because of her kindness.

I was in the market for new insurance and went on line.one of the employees from this company called me.she really wanted to sell me this insurance calling me like crazy since i told her im looking for the best deal.(was on a Wednesday)in the weekend her supervisor called me to pay them $30 because they pay to get me drivers info!at that point i made up my mind to go it them.after wards the biggest mistake!i send my payment out.it took them 11/2 week after calling and texting them that i will send out a complain that i still not receive my paperwork and that i was on the road without any proof of insurance.they ignore my phone calls put me on hold for 30 minutes etc.i finally received it .the following week we wanted to rent a car .seems car rentals companies dont take this insurance company!i got in touch with them explaining that i need to cancel my policysince i cannot use a policy like that all!meanwhile i got an other insurance and since than callingthis company to cancel my policy.5 DAYS WENT BYtill today after sending my declaration page from my new insurance as proof im calling and ask to cancel my policy only excuses !im very frustrated !

I mean she is far most the best insurance representative Ive ever come across!! Very Knowledgeable, Professional, and intelligent! Beautiful as well!I highly recommend all to visit this specific branch to see LILIAN VILLAVIICENCIO. Prices are very competitive out there when it comes to shopping for insurance, but she will definitely meet your needs of offering the best deal. I explained to her my frustration and she met my needs immediately! We were on the phone for some time, but prompt, she made magic happen, I gave her my CC information immediately, and there it was! I got a great deal from Estrella Insurance company which is one of the best out there! They used to be good place to get an insurance, but last half of the year they became absolutely horrible.They sent a renewal reminder to my email one day prior current policy ends, and offered to check other insurance companies for better rates. I responded and than called them to find out if they have insurance options for less than I have for renewal. 10 minutes on hold, three times said my phone number, several times said reason why so I calling and ended with offer to pay renewal amount 😂Earlier this year I missed a payment by due date (I’m adult and I know policy terms and cancellation dates) and they had started calling me 3 times a day, texted and emailed, do I withdrawn permission to contact me for that. They bothered and treated me that my policy would be canceled right away if I don’t make a payment right now.Avoid ⛔️

I am very happy with this office. I got very disappointed with my previous insurance carrier and they were able to find insurance that fit my needs and I even pay less now. They are always willing to help you with a smile in their face. I really recommend this insurance office.

I recommend them with my eyes closed :-) I just did my insurance and they offered me the lowest price. The ladies in that office are very professional and they took the time to explain everything to me. I couldnt be happier.

I called the Location to make enquiries in respect of my auto renewal and Stephanie answered my call. she gave me the worst service ever. Stephanie was unprofessional from the beginning to end. She was extremely rude. Four days after I visited the location to seal my auto -renewal deal, STEPHANIE didnt welcome by greeting because I told her that I wasnt happy with the way my insurance price went up within 4days without moving or having an accident. She couldnt give me any cogent reason behind it. In addition to that, she threw my balance of the insurance renewal payment on table for me to pick up., I left unsatisfied with their service.
