Terrible service, in fact, what service? Im not sure if its a State Farm thing but the branch will only help you with opening new accounts (Spending Money). My brother was recently in collision where he was not at fault. The branch (Franah Marino) has not provided any help, we have visited the branch in look of advise and we have been directed to make a call to their claim department.Now is when I realize that I should look for another insurer.Again, terrible... terrible... terrible..

I will never ever again consider going back to this agency or recommending it to anyone. If you use your roadside assistance as an emergency, they will call you and suggest you get AAA so they dont get charged 75 bucks, every time you use it. Mind you I have had State Farm for 2 years now and not once I have ever used it. Way to rub off wrong a customer. Im keeping state Farm just not this agent .. already in process to switching agents. And apparently they dont care to keep your bussines with them. Rude staff.

Wonderful place, Yilean is very helpful, she is very nice, this office is very well staffed and every time I have a question or problem Yilean is always helps me and takes care of me.

They dont know the meaning of returning phone calls, under staff, If you call they keep you on hold for ever, or sometime let the phone ring 8 times before they pick up. if you show up they make you wait for ever and a day. They almost never return your calls .. Not the most efficient office and the Agent Franah really doesnt care enough to do something about it ... There are many other agents in the area that are a lot better then her.. dont get insurance here.

Jennifer is professional and efficient. Had bought a new vehicle and called her and everything was ready to sign when we go there.

I didnt like anything about the company. They were supposed to notify me when my payments were due they called me once and I made my payment after that they never notified me of my past due balance. Not only that but they cancelled my insurance without notifying me which they claim they tried but it is absolutely not true. If they wouldve notified me of the cancellation I wouldve made sure of having insurance, but since they never did my license got suspended and 150 dollars later I was able to reinstate my license. Now Im paying the price with a 142 dollars more a month on my current insurance due to having my license suspended thanks to franah marinos negligence.

I cancelled my insurance with State Farm, this office made a ton of errors, charged me over $300 after my cancellation. Over 15 calls, and months later, I got a portion back, but they still owe me a portion and claimed I wouldnt receive the remainder of the refund because it was it was too long after the original transaction. The entire time, I had to call so many times to get the portion of the refund, that too long after was a result of the many errors in their office, not because of delinquency on my part. Do not work with this office.

Was a loyal customer for about 5+ years they recently they cancelled my premium because i payed late because I paid a day before it would be late so that makes no sense and now they cant even reinsure me well anyways THANKS Im now facing the holiday break with no car insurance 😑
